Stopped to see why one signal light on trailer wasn’t working. 156 dollars later no trailer lights working. And now have to go fix more than what was wrong to begin with.

Ken at K and L was great through the whole thing. The trailer was exactly what he said it would be and at a more than fair price. Its made me money from the first day I put it on the road. The service guys had it road ready for a Landstar inspection and I was on my way. I have nothing bad to say about K and L. Thanks and I'll be coming back when its time for the next one. The salesman Kyle is a joke. They never keep an up to date inventory so all you get when you call are maybes and a poor representation of what is actually still on the lot. He ran my credit and it came back good but after that I basically had to chase him around to get anymore information out of him about the process for buying or what trailers they actually had available. This is the first time I have ever experienced a salesperson not trying to take all your money. He just doesn’t care or have any motivation to help people that aren’t buying 60 k trailers. Now I have a hard hit on credit score for nothing because a place this incompetent sure as hell aint getting my money.

A very cool operation run out of a storage unit. I was passing through the area when two of my trailer tires went flat unexpectedly. I was stuck with two bad rims and desperately needed replacements. I called around to several trailer sales and repair shops in the area with no luck in getting the rims I needed. My last call was to K&L and bingo he had exactly the rims I was looking for. Within a matter of minutes the owner promptly met me at his “office” and was extremely helpful in getting me back up and running!

Absolutely amazing service, we broke a spring on our trailer early Friday morning and by 1 pm the staff at K and L had us back on the road . i would highly recommend K and l Trailers for service .. The staff at K and L take care of their customers through good old fashion service which being in the Industrial is hard to find now a days ...Thanks again to Darrell Jones and his Staff
