I will definitely be doing more business here. Jimmy is very helpful and informative.
I just purchased a trailer from these guys about 3 months ago, Danny the salesman was very friendly, upfront, answered all my question honestly. He was a stand up guy. I love my trailer; it's in great shape plus I received a great deal on my trailer; the price beat everyone else around the Houston area and I looked everywhere. Stop by Great Western Leasing & Sales ask for Danny.
Jennifer, in parts, was VERY helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I was first helped by the service manager. He does not know how to talk to people and isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. THANK YOU, JEN!
When you get there ask for Jimmy he will get you taken care of. He is a great person and dedicated to his job. He made my entire process smooth and easy.
I rent trailer flatbed and step deck. It’s a great to deal with this people.
Stay away!!! Rented a trailer from Ft Worth that was not inspected. Big mistake. Once you sign the contract, you are stuck. Trailer was a piece of junk. Tires barely legal. Brake shoes almost worn out. Drums worm. But I needed a trailer. My mistake. $3,000 deposit and after 6 months later return trailer to Houston, TX. They fixed up the trailer like new at my expense. Kept my $3,000 deposit and now wants $990 more. Even billed me decal removal fee for a decal that was not even on the trailer much less mine. They replaced brake shoes, drums, and tires and want me to pay for it. Guess how many miles I used the trailer according to their bill? 1 (one) mile!!!! All that damage done in one mile. Oh that must be a mistake. Yes, it is like the rest of the work done. This company is a cheat and will steal from you. Stay away!!
They tell you one thing and do another. We left the trailer and was supposed to be inspected in maximum 48 hours and were told we would get our deposit back. After 2 weeks they said they did the inspection and sent us a surprise bill for some things we know for certain were not there. We asked for support for their charges and they basically said we should take their word for it and just apologized they didn't do the inspection within 48 hours. We should have taken pictures of the trailer, but relied on their good faith instead. In addition, Chad the salesman never replies to emails. Definitely we'll not do business with them anymore.
I would be careful with the salesmen. When you are negotiating a trailer, they are nice and friendly and say they are going to take good care of u, but after you buy is a whole different story. I purchased a trailer and they were supposed to fix a few water leaks on the roof and replace the door seal. Well the seal was just in pieces glued with silicone so it wouldn't fall off. I told him and at the end he replaced it, but the leaks were never fixed all they would do was put tar, I took the trailer back like 3 times and same thing they only added more tar. I ended up taking it to a shop and get the patched changed out of my pocket. So be careful this people are about the money and not a good costumer service.
Went there to get a quote for repair on a trailer knocked on the door the secretary back is turned towards me in the service center and I'm just standing there for about 10 minutes because she has earphones in walk over to a technician he has Apple airpods in just walked out definitely wouldn't want to do business with people like this who's is blatantly ignoring me
I purchased a trailer here on a Monday, by the end of the week I had to purchase 8 new tires. The Recaps were very poorly done and all the salesman would say was that they were not under warranty. I didnt even get to use my trailer 2 full days before my driver was left stranded. My salesman that was so nice when it was time to do business was very nasty when it came time to help me or offer a "Win-Win" solution. So now I have paid the cost of a used trailer in replacing tires. We are purchasing another trailer in 2 months and will not purchase here. I will make sure every driver and company I come in contact with knows how business is done here.
Great people to work with here. Easy to get in and out for the trailers and trucks. Great location off the 610 and how close to all dealers and truck stops.
Grate place to do business Daniel is a great salesman he's the man to talk too grate dude
Very slow service. Waited 1hr to just get someone to help. Literally only 1 person in parts.
They need to be competitive. Too expensive. Keeping it real. But staff and service are good.
Great service Brandon Shivers i recommend this guy if anyone comes to great western talk to him .
