Good for the area, considering this is the PNW, not too many trailer dealers here. Inventory goes up and down, and they have what they have. Know your worth, and make sure you insist that they let YOU drive the yard’s golf cart around on your own to check out trailers. What a disappointment. I traveled from Nampa ID in good faith with a check to purchase a stepdeck that Matt took pictures of and said it was in great shape. When I arrived there was not one person who could get me some help and no Matt. You would think if you sell someone something they would be there to show you the trailer. I had just talked on the phone with Matt, so he knew exactly when I was arriving. As far as I am concerned Trailer Solutions is a joke in Orting WA. I did not buy the trailer. It was misrepresented with holes in the floor, rust all over it and only 4 winches on each side.

Please ask all the questions when purchasing from them. Matt is just a sales guys and doesn’t know half the questions when asked and Gina (Controller) has no customer services. Rude as hell. If we knew they were shady we would have never purchased our trailer from them. It took them over 3 weeks to deliver our trailer after it was purchased. We were never told what the fee was going to be until the day it was actually shipped out. Our trailer was delivered missing pieces off the unit since early October and we keep getting the run around about the part being ordered. Now they are holding the delivery fee over our heads and not releasing our Title to the finance company. We have already paid well over $10,000 out of pocket and I know that includes the TT&L. I know this is illegal!! As we already signed the contract and the trailer is PAID IN FULL!!

The equipment is satisfactory but WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! I was shortchanged $1,000.00 on my deposit. The people seemed nice enough so I’m hoping it was just a typo and won’t be too difficult to straighten out. But still, a thousand bucks is a thousand bucks, right?

Good company had some miss communication but there team got it figured out even with it being after hours need a better way to reach important staff after hours even if when purchase or rental has been made a 24 hour contact number would be great

I saw a trailer on line that I was interested in and after asking Andy to measure this and that and weigh the trailer and give me a maintenance assessment, I bought the trailer and had it delivered. When I took delivery, everything was exactly as Andy had stated. great people to do business with and you can expect that what you are told is as it is.

My driver purchased a trailer from them. They made a mistake with listing the company as the buyer when i specifically told them the driver is the one purchasing it. And when i called to ask them about it no one knew anything (Leslie and Michelle). And i also called the finance company they go through Commercial Equipment Finance Inc dba Willamette Financial (Mark Farnario). The finance company only tells u what u need to know to get u to go through them. Once u have a problem no help period!! Go through your own bank better.
