No deposit return after they backed up from the deal. We place the order of 6 trailer been waiting long time then they come back with higher price witch we did not agree. WE DID NOT BACK UP ON THIS ORDER. we have both invoices with the first price then higher price. Stay away from these guys they not returning my deposit of $6000 for months now refusing to refund my deposit back. STAY AWAY!!! JEREMY POLLEYA sales guy

Bought a reefer trailer 2 weeks ago and now I won’t be able to use it until May because of a damaged part that they said was fixed. They have no solution at all to fix the problem!

I got work done from this place spend all most$ 4000 first thing they over charged. It's ok I agreed to pay fix problem leaking in trailer. Still not fixes the problem. And very bad customer service no answer the phone or call back am sorry to say it's scam place. Please be aware. Rip-off big time

Its just impossible to get in touch with anyone in this place , after calling them 1000 time and leaving numerous voice mails , nvr got call back from them ever, if u show up in the place they will still dont want to come and resolve the issue. It happened to me numerous time

Never again. They made the sell and they are done with you. Ordered extra boxes to be installed and when I drove 260 miles to pick it up, boxes were mounted in wrong spots. I did not have 8 hours to waste there to fix. They only offered that i could go out of my way to Indy shop to fix problem. 9 months after purchase, trailer would not pass inspection with 2 wheel seals leaking. 260 mile round trip for repair at "only their shop". They covered SEALS ONLY. I had to pay for new shoes and install. I made 2 calls to Wisconsin service about reimbursement and received no return call. Live and learn.

Very busy place with great employees

I was low on hydro fluid in my dump truck so I figured this was an easy quick stop before any NAPA in the area was open....boy was I wrong...I should have walked out of this place after the first 10 minutes of pointlessly standing at the front counter trying to figure out what to do. Then they were trying to clean a dirty bucket to put fluid in it...amateurs.. I was told that I cant go in the shop because "they dont want to open the overhead doors and lose the heat in the shop" hahahaha. They wanted to charge me $105 per hour to add hydro fluid...what a joke. Long story short, I went to NAPA and added the hydro fluid myself.

Great people easy to work with. I have a parking space there which I love. Very very very recommend

Very helpful in getting stuff to haul oversized loads. Spancrete rents tri axle flatbed equipment from Amston trailers and they seem to be well maintained trailers

I was deposited for a trailer and the agent G charged me a deposit on it then they sold it to someone else before the due date that he sent to me. Totally disappointed and will never go there anymore.
