Well, I went in to get an estimate on replacing my back doors and some other work. I guess being a one truck and trailer Owner Operator isn’t a part of their business model. Never heard a word, no estimate, no call, no email, nothing. Never had an issue with a Utility dealer before. I live the area. They will never have to worry about me doing business with them again. Probably saved me money anyway. Turned out great, at another shop.
Squeezed me in for whole roof job, only down for 3 days, and back running.
If you need service, this department is good. If you need parts make sure u get all price quotes in writing due to the fact that my first quote for doors on my trailer wasn't what I paid. My first quote was around 1,756.00 per door, they then charged me 1,765.00 per door, which we agreed on, and added 277dollars to the shipping over the 200 that they quoted me. So make sure u get ALL quotes from parts department in writing!!!!
First, trust Google maps on the roads to get there. It's off exit 132 take Daentl Rd back and around. You will see the entrance. Second, above and beyond customer service from the parts deparent, considering we stopped in, no appt, for emergency trailer repair. They were able to find a quick solution and we were able to get back on our way in no time. Thank you.
Wally did a fantastic job aligning my truck this morning. Will highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great service!!
I've been trading here for a few years. Things we have done with NCU: purchased one used dry van, 2 used reefers, 2 new vans and one new reefer. We purchase parts for our trucks and trailers here, we have had one wreck rebuild done here, and countless other odds and ends. I tried Great Dane and Wabash, and the quality was less than acceptable, backed by unacceptable service. But with Utility, we get a great product, at a fair price, backed up by top notch service. A side note-you'll never see the large fleets pulling a majority Utility trailers. They aren't willing to pay a couple extra dollars for higher quality. Though other manufacturers have bent to industry pressure to build cheaper equipment, Utility has refused to abandon their integrity to fill mass orders. In business I try not to swear allegiance to any one place in case price becomes an issue. But NCU has come about as close as anyone ever will to being my one and only choice.
People at this company are incredibly rude! If you're a woman with a trailer that's not a semi trailer and attempt to carry on a conversation with service, expect to be cut off over and over again, and eventually spoken to very loudly as they try to walk right over you. I got the same treatment from a service writer as I did from one of the owners. No matter how cool and calm you are, you won't get a word in edgewise. Do like I'm doing and take your business elsewhere.
Shawn was the name of the best mechanic ever. I guess all the mechanics there are very good but this one put his hands on my trailer and did an excellent job. He fixed everything I asked him, even he missed his 530 brake, OMG this guy wasn't walking he was running.
Fair prices and staff was extremely patient and helpful. Needed some oversized load hauling materials (flags/banners, etc.) and I was shown multiple options and price ranges. Great place for anything trucking! Will go back!
Dear Richard Bloomquist, this is the young lady you screamed at to schedule the independent 401k plan review from WEST PALM BEACH FL. I have to say you are the most rude and unprofessional individual I ever spoke with. I ask myself what does not being able to vote in Florida mean? Every state can vote. And how is that even relevant to the phone call? You need to relax or go back to school, please. You should be ashamed of yourself. Have a blessed day
Horrible company. Huge accounting problems. Severe lack of communication. Called to have them pickup a trailer. Got a time set, moved equipment out so they could grab it, Had the neighbors park their cars out of the way and the driver never called or showed up. Completely wasted everyone's time. After they finally picked up our trailer after leaving it and blocking our dock for months. Badger Utility continued to bill us. Told them it was a mistake and they took us to court! A year later the case is finally over after they filed to dismiss it the morning of the court date. Search WI ccap for the documentation. Called and spoke to the owner Richard Bloomquest in the Madison area office. He refuses to reimburse our company for all the legal fees and inconvenience. Quote from Richard: "In time you'll get over it." That is how the owner deals with making a mistake with his customers with costing them time and money. There are other companies out there that do the same thing. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.
I dropped off a stack of new flatbed. Really nice staff. Tim, the guy that received them was great. The lady who made copies was really nice, too.
Nice people here with a good selection of trailers and parts
We have a Jayco Trailer with a Torflex axel. We discovered that it had gotten bent either before we purchased it or on our travels. We took it in to see Wally. He took one look at it and informed us that he couldn't fix it and recommended a new axel. We had been calling around to our camper dealer, Jayco, and even Dexter (the axel maker) to find out the cheapest route. Wally had offered to eyeball it first for free to see if it was even possible to repair. He recommended a new axel. His expertise, humility and overall desire to help was so refreshing in a world where customer service has become a requirement rather than a desire or talent. Wally is a great person to deal with and very skilled at dealing with the public. Though they were unable to help us today, we will definitely be taking any future issues to Badger Utility because of Wally's selfless commitment.
Great customer service and always friendly and willing to help you find what you need.
Awesome guys friendly and very helpful. If I need repairs for my fifth wheel and am in Madison will take it there before I will take it to the other rv dealers that are right there.

Great service. Very knowledgeable. One stop shopping for my trailer needs.
