Thank you Trudell Trailers, especially Team Nate!! They came out onto the side of the highway this morning and repaired our commercial trailer on the spot! It had major damage and they did a great job repairing it and got us out of a real mess WITHIN HOURS! Very nice people, great customer service and they know what they're doing. Reliable Hotshot Services LLC recommends Trudell Trailers for sure!! So glad we called them.

BEWARE!! We had a leaking roof on old trailer told girl to have them just go on roof and put some tar on there Hours later they did repairs from inside which took MUCH $800. longer with NO Warranty roof was "done" It still leaked.(They told me what rough shape trailer was in --I told them it was a rental which was being returned next day so do a quick cheap fix so we can still pick up our load- They ignored what I said --it took hours it still leaked!!!-- and we also lost our load because of huge time delay) Got trailer home Spent 30 minutes with roof cement--Problem solved. What should have been a 30 min repair from outside they took hours with no good outcome--Would never recommend these guys as I feel highly dishonest--U&F Trucking

If your thinking about using these clowns think again. Have worked with many shipping and trucking professionals over the years. These are by FAR one of the WORST. Rude and Unprofessional when contacted to resolve issue. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Keep looking as there are MUCH better companies out there that provide the same service better and a much better rate.

They were able to get me in and out for small trailer issue it was keeping me from being able to complete my trip and very fast courteous manner. And their charges for their service was very fair I would highly recommend them if you have an issue in the Green Bay Area

Looks like most of the other positive reviews were done by staff. First hand experience from real person is do not contact these idiots. Find another place.
