4/14/2024. Had a flat on my horse trailer. Went in the shop behind Loves. I didn't have the proper tools. Jordan did the best job. If I could hire that young man I would. Polite, efficient. Now I'm on my way to parts store to get the tools.
I love how clean the showers are with the little amount of time Jed takes to clean them. And if that isn't enough, he always has fresh warm towels waiting. There's no better feeling than being welcomed to this at the end of a long hard day or when you're getting your morning started. It's a wonder he hasn't been promoted yet, because this kind of work ethic is an asset to Love's that I haven't seen at any other store.
Clean store and restrooms. Friendly staff. Hot coffee. Just stopped in for a quick fuel up and break. Overall appearances were clean so if in the area again and need amenities or take a shower, I’ll definitely be going to the Loves.
Great truck stop, friendly staff and hot showers . Only one small complaint. The water pressure wasn't strong.. but nothing that would prevent Me coming back or taking the 5 Star away....... I recommend this stop for anyone needing to recharge
This store was very nice. It has the usual items plus they have a Subway AND a McDonald's inside this store. Everything was pretty clean. The men's bathroom could be cleaner but still wasn't as bad as some other stores i have been to. I would recommend this store to all ages.
Prepay at the pumps don't work. Prepay inside didn't work at first when pumping gas. One of the clerks friends that she was hanging out with was standing right next to me while I was putting my pin in. Train your clerks customer etiquette. I'm a forty two year old woman with a four month old infant. I have never called another woman "baby" in my entire life and any employee that calls a customer baby should be fired. I'm not A baby. I'm not Your baby. And although I am over twenty years your senior I have not called you baby. Look over your cameras. Tkt # 4611897 3/19/2024
Grossest and busiest loves i have ever been to anywhere in the country, flip side the nicest and most helpful staff. Drinks always out. Ceiling leaking. Mold everywhere, showers disgusting. Thought i did smell bleach when entering. But this was Just overall bad. Paying 15 for a shower i would expect it to at least be clean and free of harmful mold. Maintenance shop guys are friendly, helpful, and on top of the trash in the parking area. Outside is cleaner than inside.
Truckers if you drive at night go to the loves in moody, this place is FILTHY, no employees working, mcdonalds subway always closed, dirty, careless and no food on the hot food rollers ever ready. Pumps are slow as molasses as well. rewards points system is trash too.
Love's Travel Stop is the top of the line gas stations for truckers and travelers all alike. Its like a mini airport store for vehicle travelers. This location has showers, McDonalds, electronics and so on. It is a bit congested.
I'm an otr driver that has stayed at this loves multiple times. my recent experiences have not been good. I've had to deal with dirty showers multiple times. the kid with the dreads only wipes them out with a towel. had to get management to get them cleaned minus the trash, hair and soap bubbles. I would recommend staying at the other two love's thirty minutes down the road in both directions. I will not be fueling ,spending money or staying at this location.
This is a great Loves. The bathrooms are always clean. Lovely staff always welcomes you when you walk in. This was our second time stopping here. It’s consistent. Each time, Jerediah (not sure if that’s right but it’s a unique name) is welcoming, hussling to get the next shower cleaned, and is great to have a chat with that makes the wait fly by. It’s a busy store. There’s a Petro on the other side of the interstate and it’s dead. We went there and came right back to Loves. We now realize why everyone uses this station.
I guess them welcome to loves greetings is for white customers only because I walked in and got looked at but the white man behind me got the greeting of the year ??? definitely won't be spending no more money here
As an OTR driver I've seen a good share of bathrooms, this one today took me by surprise.. The store is absolutely beautiful, well stocked, extremely clean, and the bathroom is what made me want to comment. I have never seen this layout! (and I loved it) ?
Nice clean store. Bright spotless bathroom. Nice people with a greeting and a smile. Very few other Truck stops I care for. Always prefer ❤️ LOVES.
I just have to give the mechanic shop one star. They kept me for 7 hours being second on shift and they couldn't even change a light bulb due to lack of materials. It seems incredible that they have a workshop like this. Just for tying a cable they charged 72 dollars. I will neither return nor recommend this workshop. No way. If you are in the area, go to the shop across the street, I didn't wait 30 minutes and they solved the problem with the trailer inspection.
