This has to be one of the cleanest gas stations that I have ever been to. We stopped by while traveling on Thanksgiving. We were greeted right when we walked in and were thanked for stopping by when we left. A member of management was on the floor assisting customers and all of the employees had a great attitude! This location also has a dog park for those traveling with their pets. This will be our new pit stop place when passing through the area! Make sure you have it in your GPS or you might miss the exit.

Very clean bathrooms! Friendly staff too. And tue best part is the dog park! It's a good size and very clean as well. We always love stopping at Loves bc they almost always have a place for our 2 pups to stretch their little legs. ❤️

Nearly two hours of driving and traffic (uh, Birmingham!) since the coffee back in Jasper and it's time for a second cup. This was a top notch stop with one of the cleanest restrooms I've seen in a Love's. Clean enough that I took a picture! Snacks, drinks and other tchotchkes in the store as well as the usual Love's setup for coffee with creamers and sweeteners and all well stocked. The gas was amongst the cheapest I've seen along the road though no need to fill up yet. No trash at the pump areas.

Stopped in to grab gas and a sandwich. We are used to a delicious chicken salad sandwiches at Loves but tonight this is what I got from prepackaged Hillside farms chicken salad sandwich on the shelf. When I opened it, I was surprised. There was very little chicken salad on it. When I scraped the chicken salad off the bread, I didn't even have a tablespoonful. Bread was moist and tender but could barely taste the chicken salad. So for. $4.49, I got 2 slices for bread and a tablespoonful of chicken salad. Not worth the money. This rating is for Hillside Farms.

The mechanics at the shop on 4/4/24 am shift were very courteous and speedy. Brought in a trailer for servicing and they completed the work in less than an hour. I was on time for my load delivery after that. Shop is clean , uniforms are neat, mechanics are professional. Thank you

As a traveler, I use Love's location often. This one is not typical of their brand that I have become accustomed to. Parking lot on the smaller side. The choice of snacks was very limited, especially the chips. There was very little on the grill (hotdogs and such). The fountain drink was the upgraded one where you can add different flavors. That was nice. Half of the store was novelty items. At this location, I don't see why so much space is needed for it. The staff was dry/ unfriendly. Which made the experience more depressing. The best thing about them was they had the cheapest gas in the area.

Very prejudice and stuck in the old times. Night manager will come from behind the counter to keep blacks out but won't bother you if he doesn't see your face. We deliver to them but can't sleep on their lot

My reason why I read this store. 2 stars is because of the day shift cashier. She acted like she did not want to ring my merchandis up on top of that. She had an attitude which I could see. She doesn't want to work. But everything else in the store it's up to par.

Nice place to stop for gas and just about any type of snacks for the road. They have so many pumps that I can not imagine that you would ever have to wait for a pump. Inside you will find clean restrooms. The food they were cooking looked good but we did not get anything. They had row after row of chips and snacks. we did find some good snacks for the road.

What they do is something so illogical, two workers tell me that I can't stay more than an hour, I explain that I travel all over the country and I always sleep at love gas stations because in the morning I take a shower, they tell them I buy my breakfast and then I put diesel in my vehicle and they tell me no, I can't stay, it's so illogical, the customer that you ask to leave, like me, is the customer that in the end consumes at Pilot or Flying .. Now I ask you as store administrators. Who really loses? I think you lack a little more judgment, since you live off our consumption. If you go with the intention of sleeping, you waste your time and don't really buy anything from them, because even if you buy from them they still ask you to leave, so it's better to spend where you can stay, it's that simple.

I have spent so much money at this loves and I got tired I was trying to be safe and I had two workers come out run me of I was there about 20 minutes I was not bothering nothing and they did not care about me being there so if anybody is smart they would stay away from this loves this is the first time ever to get run of from any loves

Thank you for being open and sparkling clean. Casey was spectacular! He was happy and friendly and took great care of our food when he packed it in our bag. I have not had that kind of customer service in a long time. Super trucker friendly.

As many travelers know, Love's Truck stops typically offer a plethora of snacks as well as a large selection of phone accessories and charging cords; 4' - 12' long, in many colors. They now almost always pair with at least one, well known food chain. This particular one has an Arby's. We stopped here because my Grandson had to use the bathroom... so beware, this location's Men's room is currently under repair. He had to use one of the porta-potties sitting in the front parking lot. Not a huge deal for a 5yo, but others may prefer not to sit in a hot, stinky portable restroom...but I guess it beats the alternative of no restroom at all.??

Management sucks the store nasty from inside to outside there employees are rude arbys restaurant got black mold everywhere do not get any drinks from them loves 368 still owes money to there now and pass employees and so much more awful things that they did and still do.

Clean, big, has an Arby's. Pretty much a Love's. Not sure why, but there wasn't much signage getting off of the interstate headed southbound. Take a right off of the exit. The gas station isn't immediately visible but it's only 10 seconds down the road.
