The lady at the counter wouldn’t price check the 3 bags of Chips Ahoy. Directly under the bag, on top of the price there is a sign that says “Buy 2 Get 1 Free.” I wasn’t rude. All I said was what the sign said. She said she has a line full of customers… After I paid full price, I took a picture of the sign and then showed her for future reference, “this is how it’s being presented.” I travel a lot and have never encountered such rudeness. It was not necessary. Maybe Loves should have more than one person working the counter and honor misplaced signage… ?

Without question one of the worst loves in the southeast. Multiple pumps broken. Multiple touch screens at the pumps don't work so you still have to go inside to prepay for everything! 5:00 a.m. on a Monday and no coffee made, no tea made. Trash sitting around, every time I come to this one, it's the same old song and dance. This is not an isolated incident.

Will never stop here again people park wherever they want blocking other drivers in and manager will do nothing about it….. n the main office is just as bad

I read the bad reviews. While it's not the nicest Loves in the inventory, the staff made up for it with their kindness. They were out of diet Soda. The clerk gave me my ice for free

I went in for a tirepass at mechanic shop only to be told by the manager their system was down due to Bluetooth connectivity issues. They were very quick to refer me to other LOVES locations though.

On this day, 3-11-2024, the cashier at approximately 6:24pm,gave terrible service along with having the nerve of an attitude nor did they have any food available. The said cashier needs an attitude adjustment along with a treadmill. Never coming here again would give 0 stars if possible due to how much attitude was given. Get another job if you don't like it.

As far as a truck stop, this is the worst Loves truck stop I have ever been too. I posted a month ago that pump 19 didn't work, and when I told the workers, they said, "We know. The truckers always tear the machines up." Everyday I go there, it gets worse. Today, I stopped to get fuel and the key pad is about ripped off. I go inside to use my card, and the ladies were to busy talking to help the line of people..

Why loves kicks driver's out of the parking lot. But invite them to come and get fuel?? The management at night shift it's very rude... The black women. ... She even called the cops hahaha. Driver don't come to this location

This place was so nice. The parking is small for truckers and fills up very quickly. Says something about Loves I suppose. I do wish they would have hoses for the windows. They have the faucet just need to hook hoses back up. The retail area has plenty to choose from. The staff was friendly and helped to find an item I was looking for. They do have a Subway and a Chester's to choose for a fast grab as well as their food choices. Jakara & Kathyleen waited on us and was very nice as well as quick. The bathrooms were pristine and smelt nice ( a huge plus).

Clerks are rude and unwilling to work with customers. When I went to pre-pay for gas, the clerk took my money. I specifically said pump 2. When I got back to the pump, there was no credit to the pump. I went in to get the money changed to the correct pump but the clerk refused to refund my money because the other pump it was credited to had already spent it. So, basically, I was out $20. My wife, was able to locate the manager who refunded the money.

Parking lot is difficult, plus those lined up outside of the parking spaces. Ate at Chester's, where I was informed they surely do not open at the time their sign, right above the ladies head, said. Smh, get it together.

This is only loves that changes oil!! I was shocked to hear from other drivers and at reasonable price. They use really good oil to "Delo"

There is no shower when I come here 3/24/2024 because of their is no one take care cleaning .

I've never had a problem at this loves, employees are always curious I like tryckstops they seem to have the best sunglasses ? but aways a bit pricey, overall very clean stores, showers, bathrooms, and washers and dryers work good but again pretty pricey, back when I was on the road a lot it was very convenient. Glad that's over lolol.

Same as most any Loves. Subway and chesters chicken inside. Alligator souvenirs sold here.

I purchased a Juul battery. After charging it did not work. I had the receipt so I tried to return it. They wouldn't take it back. I paid $11.00 for that thing and it didn't work. Not only would they not take it back, but the manager had an attitude about it. I used to go there every day for snacks, gas, lunch, etc. I will never step foot in that place again. Not swapping something that does not work is wrong. I wonder how much they make selling things that are bad. Every other place I have ever gotten a bad battery from has swapped it out for me. This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
