Entire parking lot is on an incline, So enjoy sleeping on an angle in your bunk. Way too many day cabs, 4 wheelers in truck spots (probably day cab driver) & dropped trailers taking up spaces that are supposed to be for OTR trucks.Yet no bobtail, straight or box trucks allowed to park in front where RV parking is (even though there aren't any RV'S, They're all parked down the street with hookups @ a small RV park) Front 1/3 of truck parking is paid Prime & even then, You have to either walk up the incline or 5-6 steps & across the diesel islands before you get into the store.Your calves on your legs definitely get a workout! Truck parking is a very poor layout & totally not worth the money to pay to park. Employees are pleasant though & store is clean. Should have stayed at the Pilot 1.5 miles west off exit 76, Forgot this location was situated like this & definitely marking it for future reference to go to the other location. Based on how packed the other Pilot is compared to this one, Other Drivers feel the same way as I do!

This store was clean and the staff were very friendly. My shower was clean and mold free. The guy cleaning did a good job, I didn't even have to clean the toilet myself. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't so outdated.

Worst place to get fuel. Small entrance to get in and the same entrance to get out. A Crossroads driver was protesting at the fuel island, and refused to pull his truck forward. He was trying to get another driver involved to join his protest, the driver decided to leave. People waiting patiently, went inside trying to figure out why this driver hasn’t moved his truck. The employees were looking for him and then found him. He knowledge that was his truck and he was protesting and they decided not to get involved.

Looks like a used car parking lot. Even has signs that say local drivers park up front but Jaden being the smart a** that he is informed me that nothing he will do about it. Really wish they would go out of business. To top it off pilot corporate guest relations is now closed on the weekends. And let's not forget maintenance that is supposed to empty trash cans and just rides around on the cart and does nothing.

Better than your average truck stop

Super Nice people are working at this location, Very pleasing customer service. The lady check out counter had a great customer service skills, Shower rooms are great and very clean super organized even with a bottle of water wow???

I give 2 stars because I don't know what happened to the 10 cents off for gas. If I'm wrong I'll say I'm wrong but need to stop acting like the 5 cents is great because it's not. Js

This Pilot really needs an update especially the showers. They remind you of the Marathon showers with shower curtains except you can get a Marathon shower for a lot less. Not the cleanest either. Also you can’t reserve a shower on the app they use a key system. Lots of dropped trailers and cars holding parking spots. Bright side Wendy’s was open at 5:30am and they were great.

No laundry, but amazing staff, lots of parking. Scales. Hot showers!! Thank you for a great stay in the Parking-Lot-Hotel after a long day.
