FYI.....staff does NOT CLEAN OR SANITIZE the toilets in the shower stalls.. waited for 15 minutes to get in the shower and this is what I found.. yes, they were busy but come on!, I thought that was what was expected of them in between customers.. 15 minutes to do what?!?... replace the towels and wipe down the mirror??? Disgusting...shower shoes is a must! ?????

On January 31st of 2024 I began my last long road Chinook adventure in my Destiny with my two dogs. It will be quick and mostly uneventful. But I will make it as entertaining for everyone as I possibly can. My first overnight stop was at this Love’s truck stop. Like most Love’s this one was clean and the employees were kind. I purchased some Cb radio equipment to make my trip more interesting. I stayed in the parking lot overnight because I came in really late from a late start and I needed the time to install my equipment. Thankfully I wasn’t run off.

I won’t go into the gory details but, suffice it to say, that we broke down on the side of the road at 10:30 AM 83 miles from this Love’s Truck Stop, but the tow truck did not pick us up until 9:30 PM (I’ll be leaving a separate comment on that situation). We did not get to Love’s until 1:00 AM! The first person to greet us at the repair facility was Dustin. He could not have been nicer! He was informative and explained everything that was going to happen. He looked at our problem and explained that, unfortunately, there was nothing he could do to solve our specific problem at 1:00 in the morning so it would have to wait his boss and another tech arrived at around 7:00 AM. He made sure we were safe and settled, and then wrote a detailed report to his boss and tech to review! In the morning I met with Kelby! He was actually nicer than Dustin (sorry Dustin!). He also explained what was the best way to solve our issue and promised that they would take care of us. Enter Tyler! Tyler is a young guy (not sure if he shaves yet) but talk about knowledge beyond his years! He went above and beyond the call of duty, which called for him to crawl under our unit 4 different times to make sure everything was fixed! I would have never guessed that people working in a Love’s repair facility were friendly, helpful, experienced, and honest (emphasis on honest) but these three are! They are wonderful representatives of the Love’s organization! We are completely satisfied and give Dustin, Kelby, and Tyler 6 out of 5 Stars!!!!

Typical Love's Travel Center. Very busy right off I-40. Restrooms seemed to be recently cleaned, and the drink / food options are what you'd expect to find. The price of gas was competitive, and a pump was available without waiting. They actually had water in the windshield cleaning bucket and a decent sponge / squeegee for the windshield. Several panhandlers hanging across the entrance and near the exit should be banned, but that's not necessarily a Love's problem.

For a tourist driving back from Arizona Grand Canyon to Las Vegas, this place is great. Clean toilets, wide variety of snacks and drinks, and fast petrol pumping. Great mid point pitstop, to keep our crew going all the way back to Las Vegas.

Gas Station Workers.Explain why you should mix old salads with new ones? Do you think it's nice to eat old rotten leaves, or are you really bad with money? Make the cost of salads not 6.99, but 16.99, but damn, let it be made of fresh vegetables and lettuce, not rotten !!

Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. My appreciation to the management for allowing me to stay two nights in my car. I felt safe sleeping overnight in the parking lot, because there is lots traffic at this rest area.

Trucks can get busy during the day. Only Loves for miles…. Plenty of parking up on the hill… thank you Loves. My only compliant is that Loves mechanics generally are not certified to repair trailers. One guy is and he is out on a road call. The main reason why I came for repairs was my trailer brakes…. Petro down the road is certified to fix trailers! Wasted time!

Fueling depot for vehicle & humans. Cash & credit cards accepted. Restrooms are iffy but serviceable. If you're heading back to Phoenix from Vegas and coming down the 93, skip all the gas stations through the 35 MPH bottleneck before the I40E onramp and jump on the I40E and head just a few miles out of Kingman to this Love's. Far cheaper gas prices (nearly a dollar less per gallon on a recent visit!) Inside there's a Subway that is clean and efficient along with a Fried Chicken place. Love's has plenty of options for soda fountain & coffee drinks plus plenty of snacks, candy, chips, and bottled and canned sodas, juices and other beverages.

Stop here all the time and it seems like Pat and Nina need a customer service class. It be nice if they would be much friendlier. Always seem like they don't want to help customers, you walk up to the counter and they ignore you and talk to each other or pretend like they are busy doing something else. I hope to see them a little more friendly the next time. If not maybe let them work something other than the registers.

By asking a simple question nicley to the manager Mike, are the showers getting cleaned? He snaps at me saying these two are busy behind the counter and I’m on my break. Could I have gotten a more I don’t care about your shower? He could have said, I’m sorry sir we are a little short staffed but we will get on it as soon as possible. I have many employees and would never tolerate that response to a customer. This manager needs training or a different job not involving customer service This happened on Sunday the 21st at 2pm I will make sure corporate is aware of this

Clean! Lots of selections for snacks. Has a nice gated dogs area, that was stocked with dog bags and appears to be kept up, there was only one small dog poop that was on the floor. Dog area also has nice benches to sit while the dog plays a bit. Highly recommend this stop for DOG OWNERS.

Have to give this location a 5 star and I tey my best to give an accurate review for the next person. So to start there is a lot of hard workers here. Showers get knocked out lines get cleared and best of all there tacos are actually very big. Huge problem for me is that many locations give u this tiny taco for that much money? These here perfect I'm telling you. Thanks for keeping us moving

The store side manager was rude as hell refused to do a cash advance for a customer who drives for a company who has a contract with loves truck stops and had major attitude over it I provided a picture of said manager who caused the problem and said that the other loves employees from other stores don’t know what they are doing because they have done the cash advances

The ceiling showers look like they have mold growing out of the vents and sprinkler systems but other then that the shower is fine.

Stopped to use the dump station for my RV. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. However, the dump station was challenging because the sewage port sits up very high in comparison to the drain and hose from my rig. It was the most difficult dumping situation in 4 years of traveling. Ended up with a decent sized mess because of the physics, and spent allot of time cleaning up. I hope they rectify this issue. Poor engineering on someone's part. A pit stop to dump shouldn't take 45 minutes. That's normally a ten minute job, and an easy one. Other than that, I'd say it was easy to get to the dump station and 10.00 to dump seemed fare enough.
