Shower only review. Shower 1 is messed up. I’ve had this same shower 3 times in the last 8 weeks and they still have not fixed the mixer. Water just shoots everywhere from it and you cannot adjust it. Also looks like a lot of black mold everywhere.

This trak stop was a major disappointment. First of all, there is no rest area for drivers. Moreover, there are no outlets for charging gadgets. There is not any one electrical outlet in the designated Wendy's area. The laundry doesn't even have coin-operated receptacles, let alone the deluge from the washing machines. The entire floor is flooded with water. In the parking lot for passenger cars are unnerving stickers warning that overnight parking is prohibited. Where are the van drivers supposed to go? The management of the trak stop apparently thinks about something else, but not about conditions for drivers.

This is for Gwen. The store runs like a well oiled machine when she's there. She's always professional, maintains a great attitude, good communications skills, and she takes her job seriously! She's the best? We need more Gwen's in the world?? Thank you Gwen??

I paid $88 for reserved parking for 4 consecutive days. Various security banged on my truck’s door multiple times a day questioning if I paid. Why don’t they look at the paperwork in their hand before banging on my property??!! Why give us the option to pre-pay online or in the app if your employees are going to harass us daily?? I’m not going to wait in your ridiculously long line just for a receipt. That’s the point of utilizing technology, so that I don’t have to interact with your employees. I was awaken repeatedly by these super zealous people. And the showers were not cleaned properly! NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst Pilot ever!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking lot fills up fast . Selection of sodas limited for anything diet. Snacks plentiful with a variety. The bean to coffee was not working , which was a bummer, but I found a decent replacement. Laundry room is small with only 2 washers and 4 dryers ( 2 of which were out of order) , but how many do you really need with only 2 washers. The working ones worked great! The shower room appeared clean and the water pressure was amazing and hot !! However , always, ALWAYS wear shower shoes of some kind!! ( IYKYK ) It's fairly quiet in this location while I was here, other than the normal truck stop noise.

This semi parking lot is a zoo! Every time I come here there are homeless people hanging around. The shower has good water pressure, but is need of repairs. The staff is always very pleasant.

How is it possible to have so many useless employees at one location? No wonder the place looks the way it does. The showers are disgusting. Only upside I see is that the freeloaders dont get away with parking in paid parking at night. If you cheapskates plan on parking in a spot someone else payed for like you do everywhere else you're not gonna be happy with security here cause they don't play about payed parking. They're gonna wake you up and make you move.

I had stop for a break. Even tho it’s was late night still they have 31 reserved parking space available. Wasn’t busy most of the pumps were available. Both food court Wendy’s was about to close and subways was already closed. So I guess they close at 11. Showers were available tho without a break.

Used to be nice or say wasn’t too bad 4 years ago. This time I’m not coming back. This ghetto thrash black manager with locks have the audacity to yell at me in the morning when I voiced my complaints that the showers were filthy and piss on the toilet seat. While she’s giving me attitude 3 staff members just stood there and did nothing while she berated me after calling them out and having to pay $18 for a shower.

Avoid this place. It’s very unhygienic. I notice the coffee pot is ancient and has probobly NEVER been cleaned thoroughly. There customer service very slow. And also shower waiting is too long. Maneger is not maneging his or her job properly. Thanks

Busy most of the time. Friendly staff at least at night. Parking goes fast. Parking lot is dirty as all get out, broken glass everywhere, saw an empty handle of crown sat on the back of someone's trailer. They need a bigger dumpster also. The first stall in the men's bathroom doesn't lock and dirty. Stock sitting in boxes in the middle of the floor.I did hear they'll be getting a renovation in 2024. All in all a 50/50 place.

The night shift at this pilot is awesome. It's a pretty busy location at times but the customer service outweighs the wait. The night shift supervisor Javi and the rest of the staff do a good job keeping positive energy and never miss a beat greeting me coming into the store. As a truck driver these type of interactions make my day!

Very small place for parking semi trucks, wish this place can get bigger as a trucker we need more parking spots in Phoenix, AZ and all spots what avaliable for parking semi truck get busy quickly. This location has showers which not the best shower, they not clean showers well so don't be surprised if you see garbage full, dirty towels, mirrors or etc. To take quick shower and hit the road is good. During daytime no line for showers but as soon parking lot get full will be line to take showers between 1hr to 2hr. Be safe ? and smart over the road, dear my friends. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. P.S. This Pilot need take action seriously about people drop trailers at parking spot and leave them more that 3 days. Its totally not fair for other driver who need parking spot for rest. Also they need MOVE PEOPLE who parked on side of parking blocking people to parking on empty spots. ==> PILOT TAKE A ACTION SERIOUSLY <==

Nasty, trashy, ugly, showers ran dwn, no one too clean showers properly, showers need full renovation, ants in showers, trash everywhere cause nowhere to put trash where semi park. Pilot word of advice quit opening stores pay people good wages to manage and properly maintain ur properties that you have already. Yes we need more truck stops but we need clean ones with good staff. and the location are getting ran through in 2mos because ur staff nt managing property correctly and cleaning efficiently. Listen!!!. Lazy goofy staff members just make the establishment look bad. You should have plenty of money to upgrade the showers when they start looking tore up from floor. 22.00 a night for parking where the money going.also the showers are staying running with water coming out can’t turn off. Maintenance guy said they need to be repaired.

Worst customer service had to watch the customer ahead of me bought a cigarette, she threw it to him. He just walked away. My self I booked a shower on the the cod did not work I asked the same lady at counter to help she just declined everything and told me to wait. After sometime I went back to here to know what is wrong, she said that she didn’t do anything coz I didn’t book a shower. Than what was I supposed to wait. Anyways I had to book another shower and left the place immediately. This the worst customer service and nasty place..
