Love TA! Good clean travel center but this location is short on staff and still manages to get the job done. The Popeye’s isn’t open all night, just a fyi. This TA could use more good workers too, especially overnight. Needs maintenance because various machines are out of service all around the facility! Get this location some help ASAP so they can get 5 stars!!!

Despite the busyness of the place, the toilet is still very clean - which is a very important factor in truck stops like this. The food is not that great, but easily fixed by going to Popeyes next door. The place sold lots of interesting stuff, from books to trucking supplies. A good place to stop. On the day of my visit the price of gas is lower than gas prices in Flagstaff.

3 stars because nice showers and most of the staff is super nice. However, my croissant sandwich was hard on the bottom and soggy on top and ALL the coffee except for the extreme caffeine was out. Cashier wad incredibly rude. This was at 8:30 AM.... also the parking lot is horrid

TA is always a great area to rest, eat and fill your fuel tank up. They are always ready to give you a great service and most importantly, restrooms are clean.

This place smells like it's about to catch on fire! Manager, please clean the fuel islands before an incident happens. Like a person throws a lite match and all goes up like an atom bomb. Come on, clean this place up! I'm calling EPA on you guys!! Lawsuit a coming! Not to mention the health care of your lizard lots.

Stopped to fill up and grab a bite to eat. All of the employees are very friendly and professional. This is a nice truck stop(I'm not a truck driver) with showers and a deli. They also have a Popeyes fast food restaurant. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo from the deli. Very good meal, they even grilled the onions and jalapenos!! I was expecting a mediocre deli burger and got a restaurant quality burger. Glad I stopped, I'm going to make this one of stopping fill ups whenever I'm driving through.

Mr. Shani Daughtry is a wonderful & caring general manager. He cares about his customers and does what's right, completely ethical and professional at all times. He's just like Mr. Clifford Maddox the area manager for TA/Petron in/near Earle, Arkansas. Both men are assets to TA/Petro & should be commended for their service to the organization. Thank you Gentlemen.

To start out I using like giving 5 to 4 stars. I cannot remember the names where there's a older lady, and an older gentleman that cleans the showers during the day that are very sweet and kind...kudos to them. And a older lady that has a long braid that is very sweet that works at night behind the register, kudos to her too and Mr Willie! Now on to the mole, I mean show. When I'm little tick , I will become very sarcastic; with this being said what's with the green substance on the shower head? I understand some employees want to work or some don't but I just love the feeling of greenness of slime or what not coming down on my body...Yah! And the fact that someone look like they had use the hot glue stick that is put into the hot glue gun and try to retouch the shower head? I've been to some TA's and sometimes they're not as good as others but this is ridiculous. And to Mr. Scott the Site General Manager, I know you only have so much to work with. But TA should be ashamed of themselves...this is a nasty violation isn't it? I had nowhere else to shower plus the Love's in Joseph City, Arizona well let's just say it look like Godzilla hit the place outside with grenades. And the showers were down until Wednesday or Thursday not really sure what had about the showers? It's comforting to see different truck stops and to know when they are brand new or they've been really really well taken care of. I've been into some truck stops are very old that such as some Pilots, TA, or Love's but still the employees do their best to take care of what they have. These big billion-dollar corporations want to take the trucker's money but they don't want to make sure we have the right accommodations. But I do understand there's some nasty truckers that will poop on the shower floors, just because and use the towels somehow among other nasty things. That's why I tell people bring your own towels you never know what people are did with these house? But as long as I know we deserve a little bit better accommodations that are fixed and clean! Not a nightmare!!!

This place was good and known one of the good places on my list. But unfortunately you won’t be able to get good coffee. 1st they don’t have good enough coffee if they have it taste really bad. Costumer service is slow and showers have a long wait time.

Sam is an excellent mechanic the shop got us right in and done. Everyone was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this shop for repairs.

Worst place ever!!! They will rip you off big time! Mechanics are 0 knowledge, staff rude as hell, they will make a fake invoice later on fixing it a couple of times till you hav no nerves anymore and time to waist!! Stay away for your own good!!

Small parking lot, limited fueling to 60 gallons and a couple lanes open. 1 hour wait for a shower and the reserved spots require an offside back. Requiring handicapped and those who pay extra for parking to get the harder parking spots is just poor design. I was stuck behind someone for 15 minutes trying to get into their reserved spot. I couldn’t back out because of the trucks already piled in behind me.

Fuel all on the ground and had been there all day and night, you can tell by the trail of fuel in the second photo. I slipped on the step going into my truck and then the clutch slipped right out from underneath my foot and hit me in my shin not a good experience The lady in the shower area was very helpful in the shower was very clean this was on the 20th I told the attendant out of the islands and he didn't know what I was talking about he must have been a new guy and not knowing what her job was regarding cleaning up the fuel

Love the place very nice very convenient parking is not that big but it is comfortable I must say inside you have a Popeye's to eat also the service is one of the best I've ever seen the staff is very comfortable and easy going great place to do a good stop rest come back all good you got showers restrooms and a good variety of things to get you up and going.

One of the nice worst TA, in the West so far, thanks for don’t care peoples, around here, and thanks for don’t care culture in here. the culture of not caring for nothing. Enjoy your worst place you made. :)
