The reason I gave it only two stars is because I had a nice size bag of laundry I was going to wash but just so happens the laundry room was out of order. Mind it it was a good medium size bag with another empty cloth bag on the top. I went outside and left not by the trash but sort of and they threw my stuff. When I asked about it the maintenance guy said yes they threw it in the compactor. Went inside to speak to the manager and he was busy on an important phone call. So I went out to get my belongings out of their compactor and one of the workers saw and made me get out. I hadn't gotten all my stuff out of there and not once did they offer to go in there to get the rest of my belongings...

Don't bother stopping here if you are in a motorhome or towing a trailer. This place is tailored for big rigs with fleet cards only or small vehicles the way their fueling station is set up. We were simply trying to fuel up our diesel truck while traveling with our fifth wheel. Couldn't fill up on the auto side as it was too tight to get in. Went on the big rig side where we fit, but since we didn't have a fleet card we had to go somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars I would. Never again will i visit this place. I will not be forced to do self check out!!!!! You do not pay me do do a cashier’s job for them. The rude attitude when asked if I could not use those machines was unbearable . I was not alone. Your person pushing people to use them was pushy and under trained . The line was getting longer and longer with all the confusion surrounding this. I should be able to be checked out by someone who is paid to provide a service not provide that service for myself and not be paid a wage. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!

I stepped inside and received a glorious slap in the face!! I kept thinking, is this a flying j or a different stop. The establishment was very clean. I checked out the coolers and shelves, fully stocked. They have a variety of foods which other locations don't have. The staff was helpful and beautiful. I have a single word to describe this location- WOW. As you can see by pictures, this can't be a flying j. Keep up the exceptional work!! I was here few weeks ago and you have returned, the establishment is still maculate as you walk in. Staff is real good with customer service. Recently, I gave this location 5 stars, well, they rose the standards, this is ultimately the first time, I gave a truck stop more than 5 stars- giving this establishment 6 stars. I hope they keep up exceptional work. Only one thing they need to emphasize, greet their customers when walking in.

The property has a mandatory CDL policy for showers, However be warned. For this reason I give four stars . OTR NON CDL DRIVERS MAY NOT BE ABLE to clean up depending on the cashier. The place is traditional stop. A decently clean & well stock store.

This. Flying J has just opened at few months ago last year. Their buffet of different ontrays are nice! Loved the Pot Roast! There's also a Laundry area at $2.50 Washer/Dryer with a large screen TV. Overall this place is spotless, right off the I-5. The down side, is The train at night when sleeping. Here's some pictures.....Enjoy!

Abandoned vehicles removed, and more show up in their place. I've had to spend the night here all week and I've been staring at the same abandoned vehicles every day. I get here, there they are. I leave and run my route, then come back. There they are. Not to mention the usual group of weirdos and vagrants that seem to have claimed this as their base of operations. At least the local drivers have stopped leaving their rigs here. Probably because the abandoned vehicles and weirdos take up all the spaces. Once again, this is a disappointment. Now, in addition to vagrants and abandoned vehicles, bobtail trucks are no longer allowed to park in the front lot. There are no open stalls in the CMV lot. I understand there is limited space here and the lot attendant is simply doing his job. However, it hardly seems reasonable to look the other way with a lot full of vehicles and an empty store. Not to mention the homeless and vagrants living in the parking lot. Why is no one giving these people a hard time? And now... a homeless family complete with small children has taken up residence in the drivers' lounge. I suppose there are worse places, and it is supposed to rain tonight. But, this is hardly the environment for small kids beyond a bathroom stop.

Dont know wha people are raving about when it comes to this location!!!! The female manager with the blonde curly hair is very rude to drivers. Being an owner operator sometimes i need to park and drop the trailer and go do my shopping. I stopped here paid for a reserved spot then the manager i mentioned rudely lied to me and told me it was against the law in that county to drop trailers. I called the county sheriff and he told me she was lieing to me. Went in to talk to her again she rudely told me she didnt have time to talk to me and was sick and tired of answering the same questions all truck drivers ask. Multiple managers keep giving the same lie and wanting to argue about the fact that it is the law and it is not. Basically they say that law enforcement does not know the law and isnt that what they do for a living.... This pilot flying J is also very dirty and unclean. The bathrooms were not tended too by pilot policy for hours i went in the womens room and the pitvures attached were of the restroom tgrough all shift..the morning shift did decide to empty the big trash cans and pick up the toilet paper off the floor without making sure the toilet flushed nothing ever smelled freshly cleaned the feminie trash cans in the stalls are still overflowing and nasty never gets emptied. You may just get sick here if not with covid with something else ... we have left this location and gone to the vanco truck stop 5 miles up the road where there is no issues with anything i need or want to do.

This is a great truck stop to go to, I highly recommend to visit this stop if you are a trucker. They have machines that fresh grind coffee and brew it as fresh as it can ever get. The bathrooms are among the cleanest I have ever seen at a gas station as well.

Haven't been there since the week of Thanksgiving, 2016. Wishing i still was but, after finding things out, when i got home, commercial DWI... BAC (blood alcohol content) of .1248. we as professionals, held to .04 legal limit BAC. 10 year suspension. Back then can't say it was my favorite place to go, rude staff, nasty showers and bottles and puddles of piss. Cleaner looking store. Best wishes and best of luck.

This is saved in my favorites! Plenty of parking space, great coffee, fresh food, friendly employees, a Cinnabon, clean showers & they are all big. No complaints whatsoever. kudos to Management and the employees! ???

I lay here without a load for five days. The laundry didn't work for five days. Nobody wanted to fix it. The sixth day I left there, even the sixth day there was this icon there, but in general does Laundry work for them or not? Never washed my clothes

11-5-2023 Sunday. 9am to 1pm Stopped here for shower & laundry. Shower Very clean. Laundry room clean. Person cleaning and mopping showers and store areas- Great job! Manager and store clerks very polite. Professional and great Attitudes. After reading past bad reviews it seams(at least) this visit Pilot has stepped it up. Thank you Staff at this Pilot.

This is one of the best gas stations in entire state of California. This people are so nice they have you if you lost something in the property I got my wallet they kept which I lost at this gas station. Thank you guys this guy are so God-fearing people thank you so much guys….. ?????

This is the best Flying J in California it has big bathrooms it's so clean and it has friendly stuff in here. This is brand new Flying J in California but there is a train ttack near it so it is not good for sleeping here because the train horns blow whole night.

One of the best Flying J's...fresh coffee 24/7(brew it on demand) clean showers, good food!! It is located right next to train crossing, train horn blows all night... BUMMER... park on WEST side of lot for quietest spots...
