I am extremely disappointed with the lowest level of customer service provided by Margaret ,she’s the service advisor at loves travel center in Lodi,ca ,My recent interaction with your representatives left much to be desired. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue, I was met with dismissive attitudes, long wait times, and a lack of meaningful assistance. It's unacceptable to treat customers with such disregard and negligence. As a loyal customer, I expect better communication, responsiveness, and genuine effort to address concerns. Unless there is a significant improvement in service quality, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. She has the worst attitude ever, she should be working there for sure.

This Love's location is a bit different than others. They do not have laundry facilities or an off-leash dog area. There is plenty of parking and green space for walks.

Showers are very dirty. Whosoever clean the showers should clean it properly. Can simply see the showers are too dirty.

Great location that's close to the 5 fwy and Starbucks, Carl's Jr. and Arbys. Large dirt area to walk around in, but check your shoes before getting back in your vehicle! The devil thorns are everywhere! It's definitely not a great area for pets to walk around, either. The store is clean and well stocked. The restrooms are in need of repairs. The showers are stained and in need of repairs as well. The water temperature goes from cold to warm. No hot water.

Clean bathrooms and clean eating area! This is your typical loves truckstop with all the necessities for road travel. This loves has an Arby’s restaurant connected to it. There were plenty of gas pumps for cars you really don’t have to wait in line. Getting in and out of the truckstop is fairly easy and there’s plenty of coffee and food choices.

This is a very nice Love’s store. They are on a large lot with lots of parking. They have on duty mechanics that can take care of your car or truck. Inside the store the employees are all very helpful and nice. I had several questions and they immediately answered them and assisted me with my purchase. Are used the restroom while I was here and it was spotless.

Had a flat, stopped in for a quick patch job on my tractor. That was 5 hours ago. To say the least they are lazy, I wish that was all I had to say. The tech, Matt, broke my stud after I repeatedly told him he was going to, I used to run a tire and rim shop. Then I had to wait an hour while they located a replacement and an additional hour and a half to fix it. This has made me late to my delivery and now will also be late for my next pickup. This domino effect is unacceptable in the trucking industry. We are expected to be prompt with on time delivery. Not only did this delay me it has also delayed every truck behind me. If people don't know their job and how to do it effectively they need to find another job. Incompetence is unacceptable.

The people working here were great! But I had a total of 4 people come to my car with no mask on asking for money, 2 guys walking around inside with no masks, and 3 homeless men at the front entrance yelling across to each other threatening to fight the other. I did not feel safe here while holding my 2y old. Love's in general is great, but I will not be stopping by this one again next time we drive through here.

I got here first in line at 7am for repair work. Two tires, an air-line, a trailer abs light. It's now 9am and all they've done was change the tires. Why, because the mechanic is doing pms on their own trucks. This place told me I was first in line at 7am. Nobody told me I would have to wait till after 9am until the mechanic would even start looking at fixing my trailer.

My man Constantino got my electrical coupler adapter fixed before i even had the chance to take a leak. Great service!!! You guys got an outstanding mechanic with you. This guy will go a long way and i'm blessed to be serviced by such an outstanding individual. Thank you!!!!!

This Love's Gas station is easy to get in and out of, prices are competitive with nearby prices. The restrooms we're a bit messy at this location.

It's always been a pile of garbage since they opened up. The DEF hose with the gaping hole in it is the last draw for me. I will not be back to this place. They knew about the DEF hose which should have been placed out of order long before.... and they did nothing.

I don't know who was cleaning the showers Saturday October 6th around 12 p.m. in the afternoon but they were horribly clean a lot of customers were complaining including me (i was given shower #3 so watch out for that shower) that was trash on the floor toilet was not clean shower was badly molded and stain and the trash can wasn't even cleared out I mean that's the least you can do is dump a trash can the saying was horribly covered with dust and debris people like truckers come from all around the United States and expect a good shower that we have either paid for in cash or points that we have learned so the least people can do is make sure we have a clean shower I normally tip people that clean the showers because I know that they deal with a lot of gunk in nastiness cleaning after another human is a lot so I try to make them feel even somewhat appreciated but in this situation I wouldn't leave a penny Added- the guy that is "cleaning" the showers only takes 5 minutes to do it so let alone lets me know that he's not even trying he just wants to get people in and out

Cheap gas, friendly service , clean store and really clean bathrooms. They have all the stuff a traveler needs. I love this place.

A good place to stop but only allowed to stay 12 to 24 hours unless you are a semi truck, but we had some fun here my stallion Ramsay and my dog marry had fun 2 Ramsay even left a good a hoof print here , thank you everyone here at the Love's 4 making our visit a good 1 to all the drivers that we have met be safe our new friends ,thank you Lynn Two Eagle my good friend from pain Ride SD 4 being on this important trip ,Lynn Two Eagle is Oglala Lakota Sioux
