They need to redesign the parking lot. There's not much to begin with, but the worst part is one side is blind side back which wouldn't be to bad, except when people have the bright idea to park on the curb opposite the spots. Then, if there's not alot of spots it becomes impossible, because there is not enough room. I tried 3 times to back into a spot and I could get it lined up perfectly, but then I'd practically be pinned up against the truck on the curb.

I am a regular customer at this gas station and have always been very satisfied with their service and professional staff. However today I received the most discriminating service from the night manager. I was using their shower which I paid for when she came knocking at my door and demanded I leave because she said I was in there for 2 hours. This of course was a lie because her coworker was also shocked with her behavior. I went to try to talk to her but as usual she was in the back with other men smoking her cigarette or whatever she smokes. I just needed to let management known that this behavior made me a non return customer now. I am requesting corrective action against this employee as I know for a fact that she gives away free showers. But in my case I am a paying customer. This is the manager who worked the 1:00 am shift on 4/15/2024.

Still the best place in Salinas for a driver to get amenities. Staff is very friendly mast of the time. However, I think that sometimes they get caught up in restocking and forget that the current customer is ready to go.

They are no longer the lowest price gas in town. Check your Gas Buddy for that. But, if you are smart enough, the self-checkout lines are an amazing improvement. You can even get your gas there! So learn how to use it and you will be amazed.?

What a disappointment. I walked in to purchase a shower and the manager, Mathew, asked if i was a truck driver to which i replied no. He then tells me that showers are for truckers only. He directed me to a Love’s or a 7-11 nearby. I said to him i couldn’t believe that they’re offering their business to someone else. I then proceeded with Tina (God bless her) who did sell me a shower and apologized for her manager’s unprofessionalism. Tina made me feel welcome and therefore she should be commended for that. Unlike Mathew who essentially kicked me out for no good reason.

Who the hell had the brilliant idea of start a mayor repair or update in this pilot at the beginning of high season for produce? You come here and there are no showers, and if you come at night they completely shut down the whole truckstop, meanning you can't even put diesel or weigh your truck. You are losing money. A lot!

Theft. Burglary and criminal activity all you will get here. Oh and a management team that is so dulled to fact that we are humans. I parked here for the night and had my truck robbed. Managers and the local police. “Leave a message at the tone” thanks bye

Pilot just recently remodeled their location so now they have 4 self checkout places and have ONE cashier taking money for gas and items. It was better before their recent remodel and makes No Sense to create long lines to purchase things inside by ONE cashier. Fire the person who decided to waste money on the remodel and hire more people for the inside cashiers.

It's not as large as the other pilot pumps, but it is the busiest one for sure. The staff tackles with customer needs very well. The coffee and cinnabons are fresh and delicious. They have some reserved stops which you can pay for. Or they have free truck parking for several semi truck n trailers as well. They have 2 CAT scales. The washrooms are not the best you have seen but considering the number of customers using it, they are clean.

Noemi is the best. When I’m lucky that she’s there, She makes my trip to this truck stop very pleasant ! She works at the subway but would do a great job running the entire pilot!! You guys have a gem of an employee! Take care of her !!

Very friendly employees for the most part beside the third shift guy that works alone he is very hateful and rude and lazy never has fresh coffee made and when you ask for it he gets all mad and huffs and puffs about doing his job but there is some nice employees during the morning shift especially the lady that works the cinnamon rolls department section, I always forget her name but she is very good at her job and takes care of anyone that needs help and goes out her way to help someone even if they have not asked her, she is very nice and professional

The guy working on shower side is so stupid. Kept on knocking ✊ the door ?, so that i can come out quickly for other people who are waiting in que for shower

Pilots are pretty dependable. RR were mostly clean. Couple of creeps in the parking lot, otherwise the fuel transaction was flawless.

They stole my tarp from the step deck trailer. Once they arrived, I kicked them out at night. The same day they arrived in the morning and stole it anyway. Generally brazen thieves. There are police officers walking around here and they don’t react to this at all.

It's a middle of the day. 11 drivers are waiting for the shower. All showers are open actually.

Every time I come here the hot water is out so no showers EVEN THOUGH THE HOT WATER WORKS IN THE BATHROOM. I would much rather be told we aren't doing showers than be lied to and expected to believe it all across America Pilot hot water heaters are going out its amazing. Wish my company would get fuel at T.A. Petro so I wouldn't have to pay for showers there what good are shower credits if the showers never ( WORK)
