There was a random black car parked in what did not appear to be a parking space, as inconveniently as possible, right smack in front of a line of semis. It was very difficult to get a semi around this obnoxious little thing. When i asked the front desk guy about the single car parked in front of the semis, he seemed amused and said it was his car. What? Why would he do that? He could have parked almost anywhere else. Was he being petty or something? Weird. Edit: 12/15/23, The employee parking his car awkwardly is STILL parking like a tiny manchild with a chip on his shoulder. Sad.

Really good Burger and very friendly Service! Clean Restroom. I would like the place, but because of my intolerances against preservatives and flavor enhancers I had really painful trouble with my digestion afterwards. ? Unfortunataly the waiter didn't know about the additives when I asked him before.

Did a 10 here ? This is a small mom and pop truck stop. LOTS AND LOTS of parking in the back. It’s a very large dirt lot. They have a cat scale. The staff were nice and welcoming ?? Their bathrooms are single stall.? It is an older place, but it very clean. They have beer ? There is a roller grill by the register. ? There is also a restaurant right next to the building. They serve American/Mexican food. They are open for breakfast. ?It is expensive, but they give out good portions. There is a patio outside the restaurant and they are pet friendly. Many spots to walk dog ?

Stopped by after visiting Half Moon Bay! So nice to find a real Truck Stop. While my truck is a pickup we did need gas and a restroom. The lady at the counter on New Year’s day night was very friendly and my wife was happy to find a kept up! We tanked up for home in San Diego… and bought a big bag of chips to support their small business. We really liked the small pergola area to eat.

Excellent pricing. There's only one pump aisle that I can get my RV/toad through for gasoline, the southern-most one. I have to go counter-clockwise around the building to line up for it. That said, it's easy to do (although some folks get in the way now and then). Well worth a little fuss for the price -- more than a dollar/gallon LESS than some nearby stations.

Best place to Stop,Rest,Park n Sleep in their FREE OVERNIGHT PARKING. THEY HAVE HUGE PARKING SPACE, CAT SCALE, FUEL PUMPS BOTH FOR AUTOS AND BIG RIGS. NICE CLEAN WASHROOMS. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BAKERSFIELD OR TO SALINAS IT THE BEST PLACE TO STOP. YOU ALWAYS GET A PLACE TO PARK. NOTE: THE REQUEST ALL THE TRUCKERS BY PLACING AND LETTER IN RESTROOMS TO SUPPORT THEM. IN THIS SECTION OF THE ROAD THEY ARE THE BEST. WE TRUCKER'S MUST HELP.THEM. SO BUY WT EVER YOU NEED FROM HERE THAN BUYING FOR GIANTS. ALL THE BEST. HAVE A SAFE DRIVE.

11/10 for so many reasons. The front bathrooms were clean and nice (locking room with one toilet, no mirror), while those were being cleaned, I got to use the shower/laundry bathrooms in the back pictures included). Not sure of the price to shower, but it’s probably worth it! Giant bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo, giant laundry sink and big mirror, ultra clean room/shower with a hook on the door and a stool for your items. Safe parking lot to sleep in, big semi truck lot behind the gas station and I stayed cool sleeping under the trees by the industrial lot fence line. There are some broken down cars there that don’t seem to ever move so there were no loud neighbors coming and going as I got a few hours of rest on the road. Also friendliest staff. They lent a man bike tools to fix a leak on his truck and chatted while he waited for AAA, giving advice for local tow/mechanic options. ??

The service personal are mostly friendly Remer you and are happy to see you. It's a tough job be nice to them. They will appreciate it

Gas pumps didn’t work for any customer when we stopped. They were pumping at about 0.25 gallons per minute. Go somewhere else

If you’re a driver and need somewhere to park in the Paso area this is it. Always a spot open when I visit home in SLO. Great little diner serving breakfast there, good food and good prices.

On the website it says that they have coin operated laundry. So I went in and seen the door that says Laundry and Showers. I opened the door to take a look. I was immediately surprised when 2 rude employees yelled from across the store to get out of there that’s employees only!! How about you put a sign on the damn door saying EMPLOYEES only instead of yelling across the store and embarrassing people. How much effort does it take to get a piece of paper. Write employees only on it and tape it on the door over the sign that says Laundry and Showers. I would suggest just taking the Laundry and Showers sign down but that would be to difficult to do being that you haven’t done it yet.

What a hidden little gem! We avoid coming to the west because of a lack of truck stops and the quality that we normally find. This place is fantastic! There is a huge, level dirt lot with free overnight parking. CAT scale if you need to weigh.. Clean showers for $12. The food at the restaurant is very good but most of all, the people here are SO DANG NICE!

I accidentally found this stop with one minute to drive on my 11hr clock! Great folks to trade with and good parking for trucks in rear of truck stop! The restaurant has awesome food! I'm so glad ran out of time here...I'll be back again! I won't have to be out of drive time to make this a good place to stop in when I come through....which is a lot! They definitely earned my business!
