The place is clean inside, and there is a porter that cleans the parking lot. Unfortunately, the entire parking lot smells like urine from truck drivers urinating next to their truck instead of going in and using the restroom. They have an IHOP and Popeyes chicken. Showers are hot and clean, and the employees aren't as friendly as some places, not necessarily rude, just preoccupied with thought. Being California, the products are extremely expensive for what they are. My overall rating would be a C it could be alot better.

Honest paying customer. Ask for receipt. After lady printed my receipt, instead of giving me my receipt and tell him you have a nice day. She takes my, walks over to her coworker talks to her for a few minutes, then walks back give me my receipt and no explanation for taking my time. This place is straight-up has no ethical customer service. Straight up ethically racist. You didn't do that to the people of your color. But you do that to somebody of a different color without no explanation. Last time ever come.

The shop here has always been good to me. Bought a new tire and came back the following night to have the tire torqued. The girl behind the desk wanted me to wait 2-3 hours to get one tire torqued. No shop ever has made me wait, maybe 5 to 10 minutes, but, not 2 hours. Put a really bad taste in my mouth and will consider a different shop in future. The 2nd star is for the shop tech who treated me very well both nights.

This place definitely gets a 5-star rating he has great parking it's big is comfortable easy to Land & Park. You got your service truck area for any updates you need to do to your truck also inside you can find a "Country Pride" and a "Popeye's" which is a plus if you want to eat some good chicken or just go ahead and have a salad bar with all the essentials also on the outside you can find other parking lots places to eat and parking it's right next to the highway so this has everything you need to do a long stop Short Stop and in between

!!!FRAUD!!! EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. ITS NOT SAFE TO USE YOUR CARD HERE OR PARK OVERNIGHT! My driver used a fleet fuel card here and next day our card info was used to purchase fuel for $800 in WV! Check pumps for card skimmers. Also, I parked here few weeks ago and my brand new spare tire with rim was stolen while I was sleeping. Avoid this truck stop if possible.

A maxican girl work here on 2nd counter to door coffee section side, her behaviour very bad and lot of people feel like this , I am your old customer and always come here but because of her behaviour I think we wouldn’t come here again , so please fire then we will come here again and so many companies’s driver also. I refused to use showers 3 and 6 because they both smelled like sewer gas. I gave up and chose to leave to shower somewhere else. My shower credit could not be refunded right away because "Ultraone is closed." I was told Ultraone had to be emailed and I'd get the refund later. I hope that works because $18 for a shower is expensive.

Easy to get in and park. Staff at Popeyes were very nice and the food was made very well.

All food places inside travel centers food court were closed before 9pm yet their big bright billboards along the highway were lit up telling us they were open

I am very very disappointed in this company and their employees. I went into this TA last night and told the female cashier I had a question. She ignored me for 5 seconds because she was on her phone. So I walked away and said she must be too busy for me. She looked up and said yes she was too busy for me. So I asked for a manager and their phone number, she would not give it to me. She started cussing at me and told me she didn't give a effing and called me numerous names. And she told the other cashier not to give me no info as well. He obeyed her and he told me he couldn't give me no info. So i asked for a corporate number and she started getting loud with me in front of other customers. This kind of service should not go unaddressed this is completely wrong I left with no phone number. I frequent this TA every morning for gas but I will not be going there no more neither will my family. I write this review with hope somebody will contact me and discuss this matter. A wide selection, friendly staff, and good prices for diesel. I highly recommend if you're in the area to go here

Decent size truck stop. Has plenty of parking. Theres 2 restrooms for men, one located by restaurant and the other in the back by showers. For womens there is only one by the restaurant. There is a Country Pride restaurant with buffet and a Popeyes. The place tends to be kept very clean, but when it gets too busy the restrooms get dirty really fast.

I enjoy this truck stop as a trucker. I would stop Here regularly on my truck routes. The T.A. staff and the new IHOP staff are very nice to talk to.

Large parking area. Nice amenities. Wish they had health quick snacks and food. Overall a nice place. Thanks for being there for us.

Came here to get s few things the two beautiful ladies behind the counter were very helpful. One lady had a beautiful smile and was kind to me. The other was very caring. I was having a rough day and their customer service and professionalism. Was very much appreciated.

I can't speak to many facets of this business, but any gas station that has their windshield cleaning stations stocked with soapy solution and not just plain (or dirty!) water deserves high praise. Here, I was able to fill up on gas and give my windshield a much needed cleaning after driving for miles upon miles of interstate highway. Thank you and great job, TA Travel Center!

Diesel fuel lanes were pretty clean and there is plenty of truck parking. Restroom was clean and amply supplied, They have showers for truckers but I didn't use them so I can't really remark on their condition. The store was well lit and clean. There was a bit of a line but it seemed to move along fairly quickly and smoothly. There are fruit, sandwich and salad options to grab on the go and the coffee was hot and fresh. As always the staff was courteous and friendly.
