A garbage dump. Drivers are 50% of the problem and flying J is 50% for not cleaning it up. Homeless panhandling for money at entrance !! Abandoned trailer in parking lot missing half of its landing gear. Garbage everywhere bags of feces as well. Extremely unsanitary. And the worst part about it ,,,,, this facility wants to charge truckers to park here!!!! I'm emailing all the pics to corporate office as well.

Always a sight for sore eyes and a balm for a weary traveler's' bones. They usually have great big pizzas on tap by the slice, a little selection of light repair parts for vehicles, some clothing, and clean, well-managed showers for rental use. Showers as of 1/2024 are $18.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because of the Denny's. This place is run down and has trash all over the parking lot. The parking lot is not big enough for trucks to be parked against the curve. Y'all need to make sure people are not parking against the curve because there's barely enough room to back into a spot. You have to beat on doors to make drivers move so you can get out. This has to be the worst Pilot in America. Then they got a scared security guard. There's a lot more I can say about this place but I'm just going to cut it short here. Pilot, y'all need to get this place together

Large parking lot. No microwave! It does have working RV dumps!! There are plenty of places for the furries to relieve themselves. I love the design of the showers here! The hooks inside the bathrooms are installed where they're helpful, and the shower isn't wide opened so that if someone were to open the door accidentally, you wouldn't be just staring at them buck naked. It's mid-May and hot today, but snow and 40+ mph winds are expected tonight and tomorrow. Bring summer and winter apparel along with you at all times.?

I came in the store around 11pm looking for a couple beers after I had been stranded at the airport all day after my flight had been cancelled and making me miss my best friends funeral. I just wanted something to help me relax after being put up in the hotel next to this store by the airline. Upon not seeing any alcoholic beverages I went to the front to inquire. Was immediately confronted by a short scruffy security guard. I was polite and said hello, he said you better not be trying to steal anything. I said I am not just looking for a beer. He rudely directed me to the lady up front. She explained they don’t sell beer. So I turned around to leave and the security guard followed me outside and started berating me saying I knew they don’t sell beer there and that I’m from there. Etc… After the day I had it took everything in me to not become violent with him. I turned and walked back to my hotel. I was wearing a 300$ jacket, had 200$ pair of shoes on. There’s no reason for him to think I was stealing anything. He just wanted to flex his authority or lack there of in my opinion. If the owners read this I would strongly advise you to alleviate yourself from this problem as I am disabled and will be seeking legal council on this.

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FLYING J!!! We had a reserve spot, came in and several people were parked in spots, shut down for the night, NO TICKET!!! They were instructed to move immediately by the Security Guard. What happened? The guard went on checking, they jumped out, ran in and bought reserve tickets. These drivers intended to take a spot, free and never pay. Once told to move they should move. Also, there is a No Dropped Trailers ever, violators will be towed immediately. In front of security, the guy dropped his trailer and drove off, after talking to security. Basically, it's obvious that they would have never checked had we not pushed the issue, these drivers would have sat. Turned out the people that did leave are in reserves that a drop axle cannot get into. They are as far in the back as you can get. Why pay for a reserve? We get drivers need to park, but the sheer volume of trucks stacked up here is horrific. Another Flying J failure. Best thing about this J they cleaning it up, and staff inside really nice! STAFF IS REASON FOR 3 STAR!

After 4 hours the old lady security comes and tells me I have to leave I'm parked illegally. I talked to the store MGR. He told me I have to leave if she said so. The first thing the security lady asked was to see my parking certificate. I said I don't have one it's not a space. She said I had to move then because someone else was waiting for it. I said it's not a space marked for parking or reserved. She said we consider it a space. So it basically came down to if I paid for it I could have stayed there.

Greg at the fuel desk, is above and beyond. I have been driving truck since 1979, this gentleman should be running management. I have never felt more comfort in what he has offered, to me has a professional driver. I really hate to share this but the showers here are the best I have ever seen. Greg will welcome you with a warm smile . And you will rest assured with comfort that you are being taken care of. Thank you pilot flying j for hiring such a wonderful person. It has been many years since I have felt so good about fueling at the flying j.. Again I thank management at flying j for hiring such a professiona. This gentleman has restored my confidence in your company.

Know your heroes , some bonehead truck driver cant walk 10 feet to the closest garbage can, and than you wonder why it’s so dirty here.

This place is completely out of control. If corporate sees this review, you guys should go undercover ( like the show undercover boss ), and come out here and see this place. It's pure lunacy. Run down motorhomes and homeless everywhere. The homeless knock on your door and wake you up, trying to sell you drugs or they ask you for money. Homeless sleeping inside the television room. Homeless urinating in broad day light. Trash everywhere. A security guard being paid at night and he does absolutely nothing. Non stop illegal parking. Etc, etc, etc. The list of problems is nonstop. It's a complete free for all here. It's like the twilight zone. A city within a city. I'll never again spend any more money here. Not even diesel fuel. I literally do not feel safe here unless I have all of my guns loaded. You see, this place is prime real estate. It's not far from the airport. So the management here is under pressure with generating the big numbers. And that's all they care about. Profit !!!

This is the worst run flying J in regards to parking I have ever seen. There are dropped trailers and bobtail tractors in the truck parking lot that have been here for days, if not weeks, you can tell by the dust. If you have any other option, take it and stay away. I didn't.

If you can park anywhere else, do it! I don't even go there to fuel because it is not safe ! I almost stepped into a needle the last time I was there to fuel and that was years ago. You're a lady driver, like me, do NOT go there! You have pets, do NOT go there! You appreciate your equipment not to be damaged, do NOT go there. Everyone else, good luck, you need it.

Showers were ok, 4 dryers out of order, 2 washers out of order. Dryer #10 don't dry at all! Ridiculous! Clothes are still damp after an hr of dryer time. Card readers don't work. Is it too much to ask for to come in & not have issues getting simple chores done? Homeless people lurking everywhere. Some real mgt needs to come in & straighten this place out.

this is suppose to be a 24 hour establishment and being one of the few places in town that offers propane, they really suck at it. Supposedly there Is one guy who can fill tanks so why is he leaving early on some one the coldest nights in Denver. The lady answering thr phone was very heartless about it. She was like I leave at 8... its 20 min til 8 son how does you think someone will make it there by 8. Take your business somewhere else folks

Parking is a real hot mess here, they allow people to park just about anywhere and block anyone. Absolutely 0 order to things and they don't allow drop trailers to do Grocery runs to Walmart that's 5min away.

Filthy isn't a strong enough description. From the washing machines to the women's restroom. Parking area and floor. Who wants to be in this? Don't wonder why truckers keep quitting. It's just a disgusting life of slave labor.

Overall it's a cool place. I love there's a single woman's restroom in the driver's lounge. Yes it it always busy here, but that's why we are supposed to be planning our trips. I love that night security actually gets illegally parked drivers to move. No one should be complaining about being asked to move, if you had done your planning correctly. I've seen it far too many times that alot of drivers just park anywhere without even taking into consideration everyone else in the parking lot. We still need to maneuver around the lot and/or park, and this is incredibly difficult because some drivers decide to just park and block the way. I think its great that there is security here that is willing to, and determined to keep order in such a disorderly situation. Thank you night security!!
