Nice loves, clean & stocked store. Friendly personnel:) Clean restrooms. (Didn’t use showers). Not much in the way of hot/cold on-the-go foods like most Loves have. But there’s a Carls Jr attached inside. Snacks & goodies. Souvenirs. Clothing/hats. Truck supplies. Cement lot.

We always stop at Loves because of the small dog parks, love that we can let our pups stretch their legs. This one was particularly clean! Located a bit awkwardly behind the store, but we'll maintained!

Came in this morning to purchase a drink and snack, Christine was my cashier was talking on the radio to someone else then talks to a kid standing there at register never once acknowledging me I had to tell her I wanted a receipt, not only did I have to see what the final cost was but I also had to ask for receipt. Not one word was said to me no hi thank you or buy. Nothing at all. What a way to treat customers. Hopefully if you go here you will be acknowledged.

I went to use the service in the store today. The staff was not at all at the counter. I went in 3 times and called all 3 times and I used the service to add money to the account and the money didn't come in. When I went in to inquire, I had to answer like I was wrong and call the call center myself. I couldn't help you and acted like you didn't care. It's not my fault if have zero stars I want to Staff said you need to wait 24 hr and I asked normally 10 minutes I got money what happened and she said I don’t know and ignored

Went to get candy for family movie night and the awesome lady behind the counter deserves a raise!! Friendly smiling joined in our teasing we drove home talking about how great she was. I apologize I didn't get her name

We stopped by at our favorite Carl's junior/Loves today for dinner and was greeted by Nataly. Nataly's professional demeanor was outstanding. She emplored such kind words and impressive etiquette. She made all of us feel very welcome. I requested a special request and she carefully completed it exactly as I wanted!! Something most places can't, won't, don't, even try to do. I was VERY IMPRESSED. I am fully satisfied as a customer and my family is too. Thank you Nataly for giving me the service I asked for and thank you Loves/Carl Junior for having awesome employees. Well done!!! We will certainly see you next time.

This store is Phenomenal! From the clean showers to smiling faces, this store will treat you like family! Clean restrooms, great food, great team! The Store manager is lucky to have these great people working with them.

As a working truck driver I find it extremely difficult to get any coffee or food here because place is filled with car people aimlessly wandering around and blocking the foods or taking 15 minutes just to pour a cup of coffee and slap a lid on it. Too much time decorating the coffee with dumb flavors and sugary chemicals.

Lead Mechanic Brent is probably one of the best Mechanics you will ever come across. He got me in and out in record time. He's super knowledgeable which is a big plus and saved me a lot of money. Kara in the office is also very helpful and will go over and beyond in her professional work. Thank you guys for making this Love's one of my all time favorites.

2/21/2024 Fast, efficient, clean pit stop.

Hit or miss. Have to go on a mission to find a Love's employee when 2 sets of pumps go off line. Place inside looked like a train wreck today. Left and crossed the street to donate my daily $1500 to the national fuel fund. Nothing against the Loves road crew but there's nothing special here unless you like small parking lots being occupied by construction equipment.

So highly recommended!!! Amazingly nice and fast service! A special thanks to Tim who completely saved us (and deserves a raise!). We are traveling in a motorhome from Pennsylvania, and my parents are following us in another motorhome. One motorhome ended up with two flats, so we had to use a spare from each motorhome to get back on the road. Tim worked quickly and efficiently. He was extremely polite in dealing with us all, and talked to us through the whole process while we tried to decide the safest way to mount the spare tires we had. Thanks so much to Tim and Love's in Grand Junction CO!!! (A shout out to Marcia at the front desk as well, she was very nice and helpful!)

The shop guy was great we were broke down for 5days we really appreciate there patience going through a 3rd party warranty for payment great service guys thanks sòooooo much!!!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Love's Truck Care shop at the Grand Junction, CO location. I stopped in for a PM and to have an air leak checked out. Got the PM without issue and while investigating the air leak they found my air dryer was suffering from neglect (my words, not theirs). They replaced the air dryer cartridge and replaced the actuator that was failing. The folks made sure I was able to see what they were seeing so I knew the repair needed to be made. But then on to the air leak.... My clutch servo was failing. Shane tried to get a new one for me that night but the local dealership sent the wrong part, then said they didn't have the part. The guys were going to start calling parts stores the next day for me as parts stores were closed at the late hour. The next morning, Shane found that the local dealer actually DID have the part and arranged for me to go get it while he contacted one of the more experienced mechanics to see if that guy could do the install for me. Make note that Shane is not at work. He's helping me during his off time. And he talked to Derrick (the mechanic) during his off time as well. These guys went above and beyond before performing the actual work. I went and got the part and Derrick arrived for his shift that afternoon and got straight to work on installing the clutch servo. And it worked like a charm. No air leak and the clutch operates so much easier. Big shout out to Shane and Derrick. I didn't get the guy's name that was willing to do the work the night before but thanks goes out to him as well for diagnosing the issue in the first place. Just couldn't get the right part then. Additionally, I've stopped at this Love's Truck Care a few times for minor things. I've always been treated well and I feel comfortable bring my business to them.
