So there I was. Cleaning my car thinking about showering talking to a trucker and was offered perhaps a shower pass. No worries either way on my end and this lovely security gentleman comes out to tell me I am not allowed to shower here allegedly as I am in a vehicle. I have no doubt that there was a bias of some sort. And then just now after using the cover of the back area for like an hour to sort out my car a girl comes out and says we called the cops on you. I'm like what? I said have them meet me in the front and then she said there's no parking up there either even though I'm sitting now writing this in a parking spot out front of the legendary Apple Barrel restaurant. I mean like what the eff. If I'm in an area that is a problem just come out introduce yourself and kindly explain what I need to do. Don't let me do what I'm doing for an hour and then all of a sudden it's needless aggression and wasting law enforcement's time. It's a horribly wet, cold, and nasty day and I have the good fortune of living in my vehicle at the moment. I'm kinda thinking SAPP is an apropos name for whatever this place is. When will humans realize that all you have to do is talk to another person respectfully and that's it. Thanks for making me cry more in this horribly difficult life situation. You sure let me spend my money, didn't you. #fail

4/2/22-They have a lot of stuff for sale and even geeky products like dragon statues and blankets. The thing is, I remember when you used to be able to get cheap cool things here. They have raised their prices so high. For example you used to be able to get cool big dragon statues for under $20. Today they had a little one that was $21.99 and a normal sized one that they wanted $49.99 for. Huge sticker shock when compared to their old prices. I don't know why the subway was closed. The one bad thing about this places is that the bathroom stalls are all the same size and they did not have an ADA friendly stall. Also the attached Cafe wasn't that clean even though they weren't busy.

Filled the tank on my truck with premium gas because I was on empty. I have sensors and gauges in order to keep my V8 running like I need to, the gas is bad. C- rating. I completely wasted 140$ and now I'm going to have to empty my tank in order to save the engine. That's a disgusting thing to do. I also bought beef jerky inside. It had been expired for a year. The place is filthy. Needs to be shut down.

Shower was clean, but the tub water doesn’t drain. However we didn’t slip on the flooring because they gave us two FULL sets of towels. The shower may have been $30 bucks but we did have some GREAT water pressure. We didn’t have to ask for the extra towels. We didn’t try out the restaurant. Maybe someday. The parking lot isn’t full of potholes so that’s GREAT! And the store inside is GREAT lots of stuff to buy there and the store was super clean the floors the walls and the people working there were very busy. The cashier was nice to us. Explain everything about the parking because we never been here before… Seems lots of truckers are still leaving positive comments too.They do respect the drivers…As for the cashier she seemed tired. But that’s about all.

Called in to get a brake chamber replace , talked to frank got there 20 minutes later they got my truck in Quickly and fixed very knowledgeable the mechanic . The whole 9 yards with the service desk and mechanic . Great service .

This is a pretty good truck stop. The people are friendly. The food is delicious. It has plenty of reserved parking. Mostly all of the spots are reserved parking.

Worst truck service I've ever seen! They just don't care about their customers! When I arrived, they said that I had to wait 2 hours, at that time they had two trucks inside. As a result, I waited 3 hours, after which I was told that I had to wait another 3-4 hours. I could immediately go to a normal service and waste 3 hours. While I was waiting for a hundred nothing happened, the mechanics were sitting on the street, they just bought and walked and did nothing for 3 hours !!! Go around this "service" side, otherwise just waste your time

The cashier Jennifer made my entire day just by being a good person. A smile and friendly face goes a long way!

If they carried Cherry Pepsi ZERO I would change this to a 5 star. Nice little truck stop off of I70 and Quebec. Typical convivence store items and nice selection of items for the trucker or tourist.

I paid a parking spot for 3 days and they towed away my trailer at 4 pm after the 3rd day. Their towing partner wanted $700 for stealing my trailer. They have no morals and respect for their customers whatsoever. Please watch out for doing business with these guys.

Firstly, in the sapp bros truckstop there are always homeless people annoyingly begging for cash right outside their building doors or they wonder between the trucks during the night, which doesn't make feel safe for our trucks, secondly there are other homeless people who are sleeping in their cars right around their property. So this truckstop is absolutely unsafe for truckers! The security including their manager K. are only busy getting their cuts from the nearest Tow Company for towing our trucks! Dear fellow truckers, this how Sapp bros are treating us!

Very unimpressed with the food here or maybe it was an off day ..the breakfast looked like slop and the gravy on the chicken fry had sausage in it who does that!! The waitress didn't even come by and check on us, tea glass stayed empty.

I love this place the employees are always nice and smiling very friendly except one security guard but u have to have a cdl to shower? otherwise I'd give 5 stars

The employees here are so friendly and helpful. Not only is this a great stop for truckers, it's a great stop for local motorists needing to refuel and stock up on snacks.

Wow! Just like the other reviews state, they also towed my truck after i paid for 4 nights and i also tipped them! I had a family emergency and had to fly to see my first born child and stay with my wife 24/7 as the doctors required me. Then a stranger trucker, just called me and told me they're towing my truck while i was away. He located my phone number online, by googling my dot# on the side of my truck, while their Manager Ken said they got my information wrong so they did not contact me. So either sapp bros are partners with COLORADO ROADSIDE POSSE, or their security guys are getting their share after towing our trucks.

Nice truck stop! Friendly staff! Security guys are good! They assured safety of my truck and certainly followed through with their word! Definitely be back someday!
