This sounds incredibly frustrating. On Thursday 1/4/24 Stopped at this truck stop to get diesel like usual and it’s not my first time, I know the pumps are slow and it’s nasty but it’s cheaper than other places, it was 31 degrees outside. Put the hose in the tanks and started pumping, Jumped in my cab to stay warm, meanwhile, I was watching the digital screen at the pump on the driver's side. I noticed that the pump on the passenger side did not shut off when my tank was full, causing diesel to spill onto the floor. I lost a significant amount of fuel, which was upsetting. Went inside the store and saw the cashier about what happened, She informed me that they had been experiencing problems with the pumps, and technicians had been there earlier that day to fix them. During my conversation, the supervisor was present, but he ignored the situation and went into his room to get Lottery tickets. I waited outside for the supervisor for 42 minutes to explain what happened, but when he finally showed up, he refused to listen to me and blamed me for not attending to the hose. He did not apologize for the issue or take responsibility for not fixing the hoses properly. He even said that they would not refund me, even though I didn't ask for one. I became frustrated and raised my voice to explain that I was not there for a refund, but to ensure that the pumps were fixed properly for the safety of everyone. It's important for the head management of the truck stop to be aware of the situation and the supervisor's behavior. If the pumps are not fixed properly, it could lead to a dangerous situation for everyone involved. Finally, after figuring out that I was talking to someone who was not human, I left the store and started driving on my way.

One of the worst TA’s! Seriously! Every 2-3 weeks we stop in here on our California route from Michigan & nothing ever changes. That pop/ice machine has been out since the end of last summer!!! If not longer No joke! & have been told every single time we’re here that it’s supposed to get fixed? Yeah ok! Bathrooms are always grosse! The floors throughout never look swept let alone mopped! The counters change every time, sometimes they’re wiped & sometimes it’s as bad as floors which is why we stopped buying food from here. If I’ve learned anything through the years its that clean store & bathrooms=clean & properly taken care of ‘foods’… You definitely don’t look out for drivers. - I’ve posted piks in past of store & bathrooms but it never matters anyways…

One of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest TAs with age that I have been to. Ashley, a super friendly professional behind the fuel desk was very hospitable and made this TA look fantastic! Kudos to you Good job!! The showers are nicely appointed. Linens hung with a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Definitely one of the cleanest that I've been to in a while!!! Many won't say it but we thank you for doing a good job. We know a lot of this is thankless work but it does not go unnoticed.

This travel center is a good place to stop for the night in your truck or RV. The center itself has a store area, a small lounge, laundry machines, and showers. The private shower rooms were very clean and included all the basics. The attendant even gave our party an extra shower room free of charge. This center is quite basic and you shouldn’t expect any extras, but it certainly gets the job done. I had a positive experience overall and I give this travel center my recommendation.

My spouse and I are non CDL commercial drivers. We always fuel at this truck stop when taking this route. So last night we decided this truck stop was our stopping point for the night. So I walk in ask to pay for a reserved parking spot for the night. The young man working the counter ask if I have a CDL. I SAID NO BUT WE ARE COMMERCIAL DRIVERS. So He calls the manager SHE SAYS I NEED A CDL TO RESERVE A SPOT. I had my ultra one card and fleet card. Infuriated I went out and had my spouse ( a man) come in . So he asked to reserve a parking spot ( HE WAS NEVER ASKED FOR A CDL) AND THEY SOLD HIM THE SPOT. With my fleet card. Absolutely discrimination. Clearly treated differently as a woman. After speaking to the GM BRANDY we were told we would be reimbursed $44 . They took $44 off our card double charged us after I was discriminated . NOW WE ARE BEING BLOWN OFF AND HAVE NOT YET BEEN REIMBURSED. Someone named Sarah offered parking credits instead of money. What a joke. They took $44 we want it reimbursed as promised.

By far one of the worst TAs I have ever been to. bathrooms are never clean on the night shift. No restaurant any longer, the night supervisor or manager whatever he is does not care about the establishment obviously. Alot of pumps out of service, fountain machine out of service seems like more stuff is oos than in service. I unfortunately end up having to stay at this horrible truck stop due to hours of service. Try to avoid if you can.

TA in Wheat Ridge, CO has the best porter... his name is Jesse, and does a professional job. My shower was so clean, even asked if I needed extra towels or soaps. His kindness and outgoing ways shows he cares about professional drivers. Not to mention the other staff members I can see appreciate the job he does. He surely is the "go above" kinda guy who works diligently and professionally. I wished i could give it more stars if I could. Thanks for making my visit full of welcome.

As a truck driver that has tried to give this place a couple chances I have to say this is the worst fuel station I’ve ever come across. I visited today on my way up to golden and needed fuel. I regret my decision as soon as I arrived there were only 2 diesel pumps working !!!! The women’s restroom is always dirty, they are low stock on almost all their items , the employees are always rude

Every. Single. Shower is broken. There’s not one that doesn’t have some sort of issue. The dudes who “clean” the showers try bribing people into giving them $10 cash for a shower. It’s obvious everyone here is on hard drugs. Including the manager. Why can’t they fix the showers? All the money goes to drugs. I also talked to an employee who said he hadn’t been paid working there over a month. Save your time and money and go to the TA in commerce city.

Unacceptable TA Travel Centers, I gave you one star because I had to give a star to leave a review. We stop at Truck Stops and Travel Centers daily as my fiance is a Truck Driver, this store is a joke. No food service, dirty bathrooms, the store was dirty. Just Unacceptable do better.

Most fuel pumps be down, no windshield water in buckets. It’s absolutely a stupid place.

Unfortunately we had to stay here. What a badly managed place. The fan in the women's room was disgusting. I told 3 people. Oh sorry. You need to remove all the pictures. Not sure when taken but sure wasn't recent. I shared 2 of the fan in the women's room. That is recent

Not great. A man working the vacuum inside joked around about having people's vehicles towed and thought it was funny. He said later he was joking, I didn't think it was funny. He also asked somebody if they were done doing their laundry even when the customers clothes were not fully dry. WEIRD and INTRUSIVE. He didn't seem like he belonged there, a cop even asked him if he worked there?? Odd experience.

I’m giving five star ⭐️ cause the shower guy does an amazing job keeping them clean and with a nice smell, first truck stop in the USA ?? that i walk in and smell good and ive been in almost all of them ( TA/Loves/Petro) mostly Keep it up brother

Showers were clean. Bathrooms are a hit and miss. Hot box food for dinner was good. It was Beef tips and mashed potatoes. Not many options for breakfast. Nothing on roller grill. The country pride is takeout only and not open at 630am. Dog park is a joke. It’s maybe 3 feet wide. Embarrassing to call that a dog park. Staff were friendly. There is a truckers lounge and laundry facilities.

This is the nastiest TA I've ever been in. No restaurant, bathroom was ridiculous looks like it has been weeks since it was cleaned last will be my last time I ever stop here even if I have to pickup my next load right down the street . -5 stars
