I'm giving this five stars because they have cinnabon and shower stall number one was amazing..

Good place for a pit stop. Bathroom break. Food n drinks. A little walk through to check out novelties. Helps with stretching out the body. Then a gas up n go. Quick and easy access for on or off freeway. And that's what I call a good stop.

I've been coming here for 8+ years. DOUG the manager here is pleasant and on top of things! As is the staff, Leeanne,Lisa, Leigh, Robin (chef), and Brandi! Clean place and fresh food Pilot 1096 in cocoa is where to freshen up! Thanks ya'll!

I wish that I could upload this picture of the dried out meatloaf, 3 different color greenbeans, dried out mac & cheese, dried up baked chicken, not to mention the other items on display. I asked the server when will they be putting out FRESH food yesterday on friday evening and he said tomorrow morning around 10am. I went in to get our favorites at 10:15 and guess what???? They mixed and stirred the foods to try and make it look like it was fresh. Darn Shame!!! ALLLLLLL leftovers should be thrown out or given to the homeless

They enforce moochers parking in reserved who haven’t paid (lot of places don’t) but they don’t enforce people just parking wherever they please. I parked here after paying well in advance so I could deliver to Walmart right around the corner. Barely made my appointment on time because I could barely get out of my parking spot. You will have to bang on doors wake people up and run over curbs and grass to even get out of the place only one lane in and out due to everyone just parking up everywhere. Flying j/pilot are the pits for truck stops they build their lots as tiny as they possibly can and I only stop at them when I am forced otherwise I go to loves/TA

Stand in line for 20 minutes to check out while the cashier is trying to do a tcheck. 3 other flying j employees looking from a far and trying to act busy so they don’t have to come check people out. Waited 20 minutes standing in line with 15 other people.

disgusting! very dirty! 3 people worked… the manager was on social networks and had fun with colleagues, although there were no customers at all ... if it’s completely boring, clean the store!

This FlyingJ got off to a rough start but has turned into one of the best ran stops in the industry. Clean and well stocked. Friendlier staff. The current Manager should be commended!

Do not pay for parking here they don't enforce it spent three days here $60 everybody Parks everywhere management does not enforce parking so just park where you feel like parking don't worry about it save your money pull the curtains don't answer the door they don't enforce. I wasted $60 never again

Great place great for getting you your essential needs basic foods that have a Wendy's there and they also have their own flying j restaurant there with a variety of home cooking and Wendy's isn't bad either Coke and fries are just as good or better than

First off very very clean! Seems to be a common consistency with the Pilot owned travel centers. This location was very well lit and the Wendy’s on site had the conscience and convenience to serve breakfast. As always staff was very friendly as well. #travelcenter

Absolutely the rudest store ever. Managers and the guy named Jason. Price discrepancy and he checked but then asked where we seem the price which was in front of him so we said right there. And he got an attitude and said "Do you WANT me to help you? The lady manager cussed out another lady after being snobby to her .

Another great Flying J. Clean men's restroom. Good fuel prices. Great snack and drink selections. Always nice staff. Only downer was a lot of customers ignore the mask thing.

I called ahead to make sure laundry was working and they said yes. I even asked them to double check before I routed here. Only 1 washer working, laundry is not being cleaned or maintained. I asked the supervisor and he said “not my problem, if it’s broke, call for service.”. We just lease the space to them.
