i always come to this gas station because with the app i get $0.10 off a gallon. however the price of the gas finally has changed and still had to pay more for the gas when clearly listed a lower price. but because i paid for the gas i couldn’t get my change back.

One of my friends recommended me to loves because during the time I did not have a place to shower or clean myself but most recently, I took his advice and walked in there one day and it was the best customer service I ever had. Everyone in there was polite, kind and welcoming. I love loves and the showers because of the space and how hig they are and how clean they are. They are spotless and I have never in my life seen a gas station with spotless bathrooms. It is very relaxing and peaceful to shower there because no one there bothers you, there is no time limit, no one interrupts you telling you to hurry up, telling you to leave. The music that they place is very relaxting and I enjoy it. I will definitely be recommending loves to anybody else in tough times and needs a place to shower in the future. I will definitely continue giving them my business.

I went to eat there after Work. An employee come out screaming weird stuff to me and my family. Saying I slept in my motorhome over night. I never slept in my motorhome or camper overnight there. I live around the corner. And only come there after work sometimes. The guy was really hostile. Saying his manager doesn't want no one to eat there. I don't know why they have a restaurant there. If they don't want anyone to eat there. I have seen ppl stay in there semi trucks and motorhomes there. So I assume it is a travel stop. But I get the feeling they don't want anyone to come there. So if your traveling or get food or gas you might want to avoid going there. They seem like they don't want ppl there.

Very small truck stop. Always packed no matter what time it is.. It is a hit and his here for parking.. Basically good luck and good timing in order to park here

Gas here at times is cheap or expensive. Hit or miss. Good location but kinda tight space.

While traveling home from vacation, we stopped here. "Virginia Steele" refused 2 customers back to back with proper state IDs to buy tobacco products. She claims she was a manager. If this is how your store is being managed, you will lose multiple customers. Fix your employee

My own experience in this place is that the operation manager John Roberts always is angry, mad with the customers. Is not my first time that John Roberts talk to me with actitude. If you read the Love's History the slogan is to be smile and caregiver with the customer. This EMPLOYEE is rude. He thinks that he's the owner. The really owner was warm with the customers for this reason the name LOVE'S...I mean this John Roberts needs to be trained again like a manager, or search a wife he needs that one urgent. This people to do that the customers don't want back at this place. I see others review with the same why the Corporate Office don't make something? Is not good that the customers has complaint about John Roberts and nobody answer

Stopped here to use the electrify america ev chargers. A broken down bus was blocking 3 of the 4 charging stations, with its occupants changing all 4 tires right in front of the ev chargers. If it’s not acceptable for broken vehicles to block several gas pumps, it shouldn’t be acceptable for them to block access to the ev chargers either. The chargers are also squeezed against parking spaces that are frequently full, making it difficult to navigate even without a bus making things worse. The entire Love’s parking lot, truck area, and gas pumps are all squeezed into a too small space with a bad layout, making it difficult to enter, exit, park, etc

Parking is an absolute sewer Trucks literally piled on top of each other with very little ability to get in or out. Heaven forbid a fire occurs there. Consider paid parking instead

If there is zero rate, I would give them what an unprofessional staff member. someone gave them to shower ? and they blocked me out. I was never seen someone sick like this person. This kind of person should need to get school and learn how to work with customers.

Honestly this place is a rip off, the fact that I needed an empty small cup with nothing on it! The cashier charged me 50 cents ! It only was an empty small cup of coffee! And it charges so much for something that cost them like 5 cents! It shouldn’t be more than 25 cents … I rather Go to racetrack! Or Wawa They don’t charge for cups ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

The only problem I found was seems that most of the trucks here are locally owned and the use this place as thier personnel parking garage so thier never is nowhere to park and dont try to go out the back thier so many bobtails parked on both side it's almost impossible to get around the sad part is these people leave thier trucks and go home not fair to the driver who needs a place to stop and management should step up if your gonna leave your truck overnight unattended then make them pay and that will solve the problem. ..

I would give a 5 stars because I never had a bad service here but today as I stand in line I noticed that the manager is not really people material or manager material… it was about 5 customers on the line and slowly moving the line… there was one cashier and one lady stocking next to the registers.. and the manager walking around stocking the store I guess.. he sees the line getting longer and instead decided to call for someone that’s on the back possibly cleaning the restrooms to come assist the cashier… mind you there is a closer lady stocking and himself… like 5 mins pass and we was still there, when the other guy was about to head to the chaises to help that’s when the manager decided to jump in… and honestly he should have been done that!… he don’t even look like he likes to work with people period… Most of the times the two elderly ladies are there everything is smooth… but this guy with blue shirt !! Yea nah he ain’t a team player… today service gets 3 stars for waiting 10-15 mins in a 5 CUSTUMER line for no reason really … we don’t deal with this in racetrack at all ?

1/23/24 they tried to hustle me again, I went for a DOT inspection on my trailer they said I had a seal leak, part $5 total cost $355 for a 15m job, ook, so I went to my mechanic he told me someone just put to much fluid in when putting it in, they just cleaned it went some where else gotta DOT inspection and past the DOT inspection, but my company wants Love's todo it so on my way back to Love's let's see what they say this time, I will keep you all posted.

As Loves go this one earns 5 stars!! The restaurant and the restrooms were spotless! The boys at the tire shop were incredibly courteous helpful and fast! I would definitely stop again.
