Called with a complaint and spoke with Missy. She actually handled it very well. It would be nice if more companies in general could do this across the nation. Polite customer service is very hard to come by these days. Promote her for sure. Good atmosphere when I was in earlier, was just concerned with the gentleman leaning over the self check-out, breathing in people's face with covid possibly going back around.

Clean. Very Good selection of quick food. Ladies room had a changing table and a little chair you can strap your toddler into while you go .. They have a room with showers too, though I didn't use those. only gas is expensive? Good experience!

Well considering our situation we're in right now, the pilot has been in our daily intenirary!! If we're not washing clothes, we're taking a shower. So we start on some clothes and pay close to 20 bucks just to wash and one washer the clothes didn't even get wet, second one the clothes were so wet that they weighed a couple hundred pounds! I tried ringing them out and the water was brown! The other one didn't even rinse them and to top it off the manager was a complete " jerk," about it all! After paying 12 bucks just to dry our dirty sopping wet blankets and 20 on the others and 20 on a shower, let's just say as much as we are there we definitely should have been refunded, gotten a free shower, offered to fix the clothes by washing them in the back, etc. so needless to say the pilot has my undies in a bunch to say the very least!!!

High Gas prices and the place was dirty. The bathrooms were closed so they had an outdoor portable for people to use. That was closed too so they had two nasty porta potties for people. If you bring your wife here Don't expect her to use the bathrooms. Or you'll deserve the beating she gives you. :-)

Great pit stop. Clean bathrooms with tons of snack and travel selections for the entire family. They have books, phone chargers, and an automated teller machine. The coffee is fresh and they have a broad selection of energy drinks. They also have a Wendy’s Famous Hamburgers, Cinnabon, and Dairy Queen all built-in under the same roof. Who could ask for anything more? Super convenient for a family pit stop in route to Disney World..

Scary! Has a ton of stuff to by for the road, but it’s dirty. The people in the parking lot and in the store are shady. Lady begging for money for gas, goes in and tries to then bum cigarettes off people. No one stops her or asks her to leave. Bathrooms were terrible. Definitely not stopping there again!

Dont stop here if you want quality. The nastiest bathrooms ever. Pee on all of the toilets, trash, etc. Attendant in the back said you can pay $14 for a shower if you want want a clean place to use. Pilot is the worst. You are disgusting. Your management needs to be fired and all employees retrained.

Staff was so pleasant it was unreal. Had fun in and out was a good fuel stop and grab a snack deal.

Good gas station, right before I-75, but it's a little pricey and always packed. Bring your patients.

Worst dam truck stop I’ve been to in a long time not only do employees fallow u around the place but they let trucks park in the entrance n exits making it impossible to get in or out this place is a joke

Good services, right off the highway, good gas station stop for bathroom, shower, fast food, snacks, ant etc. Its like a mini Express Bucees lol. Might have to make a U turn if your exiting the south exit of the hwy.

This lady at the cash register over charged my card I told her she did an then she told me I know how to do my job you don't, worse customer service representative ever.

Very clean, outside and inside, very well organized, Bathrooms and showers are clean. Very well Lit at night and Safe for everyone To feel.

No doubt a very impressive rest stop. Super clean, accommodating and always feel safe even at off hours. Gas the car, fuel the body, and relax without a care.
