Locals take up the parking so when we OTR come ; we have no parking not even for a NIGHT. Don’t waste your time paying for RESERVATIONS , you will be very disappointed. Besides the manager is nice but he too NICE. He needs to start TOWING LOCALS WHO PUT THERE CARS IN PARKING SPOTS TO HOLD IT WHICH IS NOT FAIR AND HE NEEDS TO TELL PEOPLE TO MOVE IF THEY DIDN’T PAY FOR RESERVE. Like STOP BEing SCARy AND BE A MANAGER; CONTROL YOUR STORE ACCORDINGLY. I bet corporate WILL NOT LIKE THAT LOCALS ARE TAKING RESERVE PARKING SPOTS FOR FREE . That’s basically STEALING FROM CORPORATE ??? besides the store is clean MAJORITY OF RESERVE AND FREE PARKING IS TAKEN BY LOCALS TRUCKS THATS BEEN SITTING FOR MONTHS N WEEKS . After 4pm don’t waste your time.

Let me start with 22 bucks to reserve parking and u pretty much don’t have a choice because the free parking is taken up by drop trailers… bob tails… broke down trucks… and furniture trucks… and it’s even bad that when there is a reserved spot that has a truck sitting in it so long that the receipt is faded out… at 22 bucks that’s $15400.00 a month out of drivers pockets a month… the parking lot is trashy… the guy only cleans up what u can see from a distance… there’s trash cans piled up at the end of parking down there and u can tell nobody goes down there…. Inside the floor needs to be mopped and drink area not real clean… Parking is hard to find as it is… and they need to get a tow truck out there and haul all that junk off so the paying customers will have parking

Great guys working here. Without going into details my truck broke down and they were very kind to let me sit at a no parking spot for two days without kicking me out. I really appreciate their understanding. Didn’t catch their names except for Frank. Thank you so much.

Today I was blessed to have stopped for gas at this location. After filling up, my car would not start. The women inside were extremely helpful and Aron (another employee) was kind enough to jump my car. His kindness and willingness to help a costumer in need was greatly appreciated and made my day. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this Pilot location.

Im a trucker and I come to this place every week for the last 3 years , I fuel there twice a week and park my truck in reserved every weekend. I have always been treated well me and my colleagues in the company specifically the staff are always amazing specially Josh the maintenance employee,he is so helpful and with a positive energy ready to go the extra mile for the customers . Also Justin a hard worker manager who exceeds all the expectations for his dedication to this job. Hats off guys from pilote you are doing an amazing job to help us in our journey as truckers. Experience was ok, it was average. Look pretty clean and decent at least the trash on the diesel island wasn’t all over the ground. Over all the store looked good.

The phone number is a disconnected verizon wireless number? What? I have come to Pilot about 15 yimes over tha last 12 months and only got propane filled 3 times... no propane, noone to work pump, pump broken. The showers are terrible and very costly. They have no 2 liter drinks. Water is like 3X store price. The only reason they survive is Fuel truck stop. The fuel pumps for deisel sometimes dont even work or barely work.... This place is really a joke when it comes to service.

This place os ok. Inside it has a Dennys which is a plus. The bathrooms are nice and clean. Service was nice and I see the employee maintaining the place neat and tidy service was fast in the parking lot was okay I like the entrance it's easy to go in and out and I also like the way you can get out it's right there in the parking lot which makes it a super plus

Do not come here and get fuel and expect to be able to get a cash advance or cash a EFS or com check they do not and will not cash anything after 10pm. This isn’t no damn truck stop that’s for sure. And it doesn’t matter that you just got 175 gallons of fuel at this dump. The employees are rude and have no respect except for Victor I believe was his name he has great customer service but they other employees like the older lady with the pony tail with the big lips she is rude as hell and has absolutely no customer service. Won’t be back here period took them 15 min to answer the scale and everything it’s a dump anyways always dirty

This doesn't just go for this Pilot, but actually all Pilot/Flying J in general: bobtails are taking up spaces in the car parking which leaves us expedited commercial vans out of a parking spot, and I've seen at some locations they have "no bobtail parking" signs up in the car parking, and that's all fine and dandy but not all locations are enforcing it and they really need to do so

It's a little insane how frequently the coolers for drinks aren't working. The past two times, they never put signage out stating they were down. This is now the third time, and at least there is signs. It's been a pretty common occurrence the past three months. I see one other review has also mentioned this same issue. Edit: 6 days have gone since this review, and the coolers are still down. Unsure how rare of a part they're waiting for.

Worst experience waiting on a shower. Attitude and behavior from one of the workers when I asked why they weren't cleaning the showers. Bad customer service

Nice friendly staff, clean store and restrooms. Didn't get to shower here tho. Maybe next time. I will definitely be back!

Limited parking for trucks... everything is kind of new. Lots of businesses around it. I like it, but driver lounge needs improvement... showers... restrooms...dirty. I took a shower and it was dirty. What do I mean? Understand drivers go in and out of showers. Having an employee picking up dirty towels after drivers doesn't mean shower has been cleaned. The same white employee was told to clean the restrooms and he seemed to be in a rush to clean the girls restroom. Truck drivers burn lots of money buying fuel. It was Pilot and Flying J commitment to provide a safe, clean and comfortable truck stop for truck drivers. Advertising FREE WI-Fi and not been able to use it, it's not FREE at all. Just another scam to drivers, just like Pilot and flying J cheated owner operators and trucking companies over fuel rebates. This place failed.

Heyyyyy EJ!!! God forbid there ever is a situation with a driver here. These people will tell you they can’t do a wellness check on drivers whose location is here but hasn’t checked in or responded to dispatch in days. Because they don’t have the staff to do it. Sad.
