Man where do I start came in on Sunday night the tech Robbie jumped on my truck ASAP about hour in he called me and said we can’t get part’s until tomorrow but once we get them Chris and Kyle will jump on it for you! Long story short the shop was outstanding personally I was nervous being I always get bad service at TA’s until now! I hope these 3 get noticed for actually doing what TA Promotes and that is great service and keeping America moving ?

I go inside to pay for parking because I’m parked in a RESERVED PARKING. The guy at the cashier says it’s free parking, reserved parking is when you first come in so I say cool. So later on tonight an aggressive security guard comes knocking on my door demanding me to move. After I’m trying to explain to him what the cashier told me it was free. Never will I come back again. It’s night time and having a hard time to park

The best mechanics very friendly really really good service the mechanics and I do the work so will soon find out. Have a good day really give this I guess DA about 10 stars because they’re really friendly and they took care of me while I’ve been waiting for my truck to fix

You can lie to yourself about “maintaining a high level of service and quality” but you’re absolutely not. The only services you offer are the ones making you rich and to your benefit. Trucks don’t stop because it gets dark and neither should you. You’re supposed to cater to the truck drivers if you’re a “truck stop”. The whole TA/ Petro company is destroying itself and I’ll be here long enough to watch.

Who ever the security guard is just cost T/A $400 per month in showers. I will never go to this place again. The porter girl is also losing the tips I give her. Sorry sweetie, no ice cream...because the aggressive security guard can't control himself and now I've lost a tipping custom. If he keeps this up, mommy won't have a job. Lighten up. The parking lot is empty.

(Edit )after a small discussion, we worked this out , but it was only because the patience I need to have to deal with the situation Parking is limited as many have said , 80 % percentage is payed reserved. Went to get an oil change here, have only two skilled workers ( tall gentleman) , they rest seem to be walking around , clueless and uneducated, training / no mechanical experience. 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. Unexpected/ unacceptable. Cancelled a load due to it. Young short gentleman Had me start the truck, and oil filter was leaking all over the place . ? I understand hard workers may hard to find , but if the ones with knowledge have to keep stopping to help the others , nothing will get done. I pray ? that future for mechanics is bright otherwise the big corporate truck stops will suffer .

About 50 to 60 spots for big trucks. They are always full so you may want to reserve before you get here. Arby’s and Popeyes for food. There is a truckers lounge. An armed police man has been here every night in the store. Clean showers. Nice place if you can find a spot to park.

Small. 80% of parking is reserved pay parking. And it's always reserved online and early. Dontnexpect too get a parking spot unless u do it by 9 am in the morning. Does have a cat scale, shop, and a cb shop. Us Popeyes and burger King for fast food.

Visit this truck stop asking about the showers and all and was greater and given a small tour of the facility. I'd like to say the lady that was talking to me she may have been a manager or an associate I'm not sure. All I know is that she was kind and so helpful. I just got off work, was extremely tired and all i wanted was a safe place to shower and it is exactly what i got. Everything was so clean, didnt smell like a truck stop lol. It was perfect for me. Her compassion was so genuine. Thank you for what you did, had my shower and my dinner. Felt safe. Thank you so much.

Me and my wife and our kids stopped here for a little break wasn’t even stopped an hour before this aggressive security guard started knocking on the window telling us to move! Alyssa and Robert Priddy are rock stars with mobile service. We called to have a mobile service come to help our driver with an air leak on I-40 exit 10. Alyssa was very professional and set our expectations at a few hours out (roughly 4-5 hours before a tech can come out). I sent her pictures of the location of the leak and she promptly sent these details to Robert Priddy (our technician). She let us know within 2 hours of our first call that Robert is ahead of schedule and will be out to help us with part in hand in the next 30 minutes. It is few and far between we run into service dispatch and technicians that are so honest, thorough, communicative and professional as Alyssa and Robert. They are great assets to the TA company and we are proud to have encountered this level of service today. Please keep up the amazing work and we hope to work with you in the future.

This is a very tricky place to come and Park the only time you're going to find parking here is around 12pm to 2pm maybe you'll get lucky and you find one at 3pm other than that you're probably going to have to pay for a reserve one. I like the fact that inside you can find an Arby's and the Popeyes I love them both so you can have something nice and clean to eat if your trying a good sandwich in Arby's or some excellent chicken and Popeyes the prices are okay the service is ok. I like the lounge area would like it to be a little more dark though and if you're planning on cleaning clothes the washing machine and dryer are both $3 every time. Just in case you don't have any change you can have a machine that will work with your credit card which is a plus+.

Parking is limited although to its credit only 1/3 is pay(more) to park. Pumps are slow laundry is small showers are rarely clean. If your looking for parking dont bother after 1500 and if your looking for relaxing dont bother at all. Food isnt bad though. There is a small (paved) picnic area at the far end of you want to exercise or just sit in the sun.

A nice place to park a semi. Had a nice area to let our dog play off leash. Pay to park, but has security at night. Cannot drop trailer. Open 24/7. Helpful staff even on Christmas day. Easy to navigate.

This pass Saturday I went to the gas station to put gas and the cashier ask me if I can pay her light bill and water. She was actually was disrespectful to me asking me for money. She can go look for the goverment help there are plenty offices that can help her. Beside asking me for paying her bills, she also comment she doesn't get pay enough there working. Just to let the managers knows. Have a nice day.

Needed to change a trailer tire. The girl at the desk took 15 mins to complete the work order. After almost 2 hours waiting, found out she had lost my work order. Started working on my truck after 3 hours of waiting. What else is there to say??!! I'm done with TA!!!
