We appreciate an area for our pet. We just wish dog owners would pick up after their dog. It was quite bad. There's a trashcan and ample dog bags at the gate yet people don't pick up.

A little dog park and some of the least expensive diesel in the area. Staff was friendly and lots of room to move around front with my Sprinter. I think the bad reviews have more to do with trucker facilities and I can’t really speak to that.

Chandler lowell was very professional and did a great job. If ever I come back through here and need service done again I'm requesting him do the work.

If it was up to me I would give their customer service a zero. They were so rude and unprofessional. Talking about other workers in fornt customers. Somebody was late to work today, They talking bad about him. Also, I came in to get gas at 11:45 pm. The lady at the register told me I had to wait until 12:00am to put gas in my truck. Like I have appointments to make it seems like they really don't care about the driver at all. See we have to stop letting these people treate truckers any kind of way. I will be calling corporate in the morning

So this employee for subway comes out to make my sandwich and puts gloves on and scratches his face which happens to have some acne on it. I said change your gloves before you make my sandwich his boss was right there and started to talk to me like I was a 2 year old lol. I told him there is no argument here just a violation of the food codes in Florida lol.

Hello to all truck drivers ,I want to say that never do any repairs in this location TA because this guy's very rude and there are chiting. They charged me only for one trailer air bag repair $508. And the other biggest chiting that when they printing recipes they put some buddy truck Vin and mills. When I ask there supervisor to make correction, he said that he couldn't do because someone already printed invoice. Actually they before to start repair supposed to write Vin and mileage of truck . And the superior said that he will send a new invoice to my email address but he didn't. The worst truck stop I ever been.

Always a great place to stop in for a clean restroom break, hot quick bite to eat clean store and friendly cashiers who go out of their way to help find want you're looking for to get you back on the rd. One of our favorite places to stop when coming in or out of Florida. Keep up the great work guys.

Stop by about 10:30 last night ?, went into the store, Guy at the fuel desk spoke with nice greeting. The guy up front was a little different, I believe he was more so ready to go home for the night,(Robert),,So I made my purchase and I was waiting for the total amount to pay. But when I ask the total he seemed like a aggregated him,being that a young lady came up and they started talking about coming in to work for someone who took off.I don't know. But the customer service went out the window and the focus was on their conversation more so than customer's. So I thank him for the service and departed.

Great people working to keep the place welcoming and clean. There are lots of travel related items, gifts, restaurants, ATM, games, snacks & food—including my favorite in the road snack: the boiled peanuts!!

Gas stations amazing good people but the problem that I have Is that I go there a lot to get lunch or get gas and I go to the Popeyes and they will 110% always gets your order wrong. This is the seventh time that they got my order wrong and all I’m getting is a plain chicken sandwich. It’s just Frustrating the crazy part is the last five times I was their only customer and they still managed to get it wrong

Drivers Avoid from this shop.My steer tire was flat on road and i had to come near tire shop.But there was no my tire brand and size,so i came to TA to buy tires and take with me.They have tires but they told me they can sell these tires for only cash and it was 1640$ two steer tires.Who carries this amont of cash on road??As well as their ATM did not work,Why they did not tell me they accept only cash when i called to them before i visited.No Respect to Drivers

This is the a great TA. It has a Subway a Popeye's and a Pizza Hut and also a Country Pride all in which you can have something good to eat either fast food or some good salad bar this place got it with some good parking the good entrance for diesel and a great place to do a line stop bathrooms are nice and clean also the entrance is easy to find overall I recommend this place

Last night, one of the "security" people knocked on the door of my RV and said I had to leave it's trucks only. First time at a TA truck stop but you won't get that anywhere else. Flying j, pilot, loves, any of them. Bucky's will tell you no overnight parking whatsoever, but they'll do it with a smile on their face and treat you very well. This guy was a complete jerk even though I was being completely agreeable with a smile on my face. I told him "7 minutes and I'll be out" he continues with more smart alec remarks, walking away saying he's got trucks lined up trying to take this spot. So I get everything packed away and I pull my fuel pump relay out to see if this guy is going to soften up when somebody has issues with their vehicle. He comes back later, and I'm in the driver's seat with my dogs in the vehicle, he gets out of his vehicle with a another tractor trailer until that he's going to put in my spot he's leading him over there. He gets out and he starts using his thumb over his shoulders get out of here, get out of here. Twice he says it in such a rude way. I start cranking my vehicle and it's not starting, and I say hey it's not starting but I have a tow truck on the way she asked how long, I say an hour maybe an hour and a half which is pretty good response time for a tow truck actually. And in a very very rude tone he tells me that's not going to do it he'll have me to it out of there before that and then I'll pay. And now it's loud out there so we're standing next to each other and I tell him that he needs to stop talking to me like this. Because this is completely out of line you know what I mean? I have the chance where I can just go up to the main building and ask for a manager and Report this, but he starts running his mouth and then he goes ahead and squares up with me and starts pressing his chest against mine to where I go ahead and defensively shove him back to create distance. Nothing else, I didn't have started attacking or anything, and then his whole attitude changes because he's all bark and no bite. Says he's going to call the cops. So he goes around the front of some other truck and he's probably talking to the other Security on the parking lot and I shove my relay back in and I start heading out and the other guy that I assume is Security in a small I think gold truck, tries to get in my way and block me from going out. Criminal confinement. And I'm just wondering what is up with the training for these guys because obviously they are terrible at their jobs. They treat people with extreme disrespect, and you can see it if you look for the rest of the one star reviews you're going to get this specific guy and complaints for the way he treats people. And then I look up some stuff online and turns out the TA truck stops have a bit of a problem with their security because they're one of the only ones around who are trying to charge for their spots, and nobody said anything about having to pay or whatever they just tell you to get out in a very rude way. Absolutely provoking me the whole time. And THEY are going to call cops?!? Like hey dude, I didn't assault you. You assaulted me and you made contact. I pushed you back in self-defense and then you had your guys try to criminally confine me. And you know what? I do some internet searching after that and I find out that this is standard business for these people. There's even a security guard elsewhere at another TA truck stop who was telling a guy to get out and he just went back in his truck and sure that's not cool, to just continue to stay, but then the security guard ends up blaring his horn just laying on it until the guy gets out, and they end up getting into a fist fight and then the security guard shoots a guy. They end up shooting the guy over a $15 parking spot. Dude needs to lose his job.

Do not reserve parking here others drivers steal your parking when i went in to talk with manager she told me to park by scale but i wasn’t able to park there becouse another truck was blocking my way so another driver seen me struggling he was about to leave I ended up parking at his regular parking. Never ever stopping at this truck stop and I’ll let all my other drivers know about this place before they stop.

Nasty place! Bathrooms and restaurants filthy! The orange Fanta spit mold into our cup, and we were overcharged for drinks! When we tried to get a reimbursement, the cashier at Popeyes acted as if he could not hear or understand us!!

Friendly staff, subway was gd, showers had hot water, decent pressure, now the down side, the parking lot has some huge craters, watch out, they will swallow u up, parking lot is so dark, 1 giant spotlight isn't enough. It may appear bright, but it's not, the other light poles don't work. Safety needs to be #1, shower #8 looks like it could use a remodel. Although it does work, I think the credit card machine needs some work too!!

80% of parking here, you have to pay for, no truck driver should ever pay for parking. The last few spots that are free spaces, are either always taken given it’s in a terrible spot in Florida and you’ll have to do a very slow tight turn.

They need to set up online shower system. They don’t have enough showers. Customers has to wait for hours to get shower. I waited for mine more than 1 hr just to get a shower while there were no even other customers waiting. If you need shower never come here
