Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

This is a great Flying J to visit! Show out to Angela , she is always nice, kind, helpful, and always makes everyone feel welcomed when they enter the store. The other staff is great too. The showers are always spacious and clean. The truckers lounge and game room is clean too. The quick grab food and coffee is fresh and good. The cooked food here at this Flying J is always great too! Thanks to the staff here for making this place a nice Flying J to visit.
Great Flying J. Plenty of parking for truck drivers. We stopped at 10:30 PM on a Thursday evening and there was still plenty of parking left. That is so rare! It was quiet and so much cleaner than other Flying J’s we have stopped at. Bathrooms and inside was clean too.
Great lunch buffet. Tasty meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and more. The dog had a good walk and the bathrooms were clean. There were some fresh snacks and brewed coffee. Laundromat, TV area, and showers for long haul travel
The day shift ladies at this fuel station are just a delight to be around! Great service, very friendly and helpful!! They deserve a raise!! They serve hot, delicious food from amazing pizzas to fried chicken, hamburgers or more dinner style food! Store was very clean, bathrooms were clean and store was fairly busy. Lots of coffee flavors to choose from and parking for big vehicles such as trucks,rv's and trailers!! You will be missing out on a great experience if you don't stop in and there aren't anymore big gas stations till Milledgeville so stopping here makes the most sense!
Cashiers and overnight crew were great and friendly. Very helpful. Overall store looked great. Restrooms needed some touching up but other than that. It’s a huge store and great place to stop while traveling. The shelves were stocked and clean. No issues here. Hopefully I’ll be able to stop through here again.
Not very happy with this pilot. I’ve been ordering the small cup of oatmeal for years and I’ve always paid $1.89 at other Pilots and this pilot charges $4.09 the price of a medium soup. The bathrooms are always dirty. I stayed for a weekend here and no matter what time of the day I went to the bathroom it was always disgusting and dirty. Not very friendly people. They don’t say welcome to pilot and are always complaining about their job they’re constantly looking at you to see if you’re stealing from them. It’s ridiculous. If anything they are the one’s stealing from their loyal customers now I know why this place is always empty. nobody wants to stay here. Everything is overpriced. And the quality of the hot food plates are horrible. Never staying in this pilot again.
Flying J is such a rip off it takes your money off your card then puts it back on your card just to take it off again a month later… ?♀️I do not recommend using a card at flying j…y take my money just to put it back on there and take it again … so frustrated with this ..now I got to clear a negative account just to use my card again when I had the money on there the first time it was taken off
Most helpful and HONEST employees! When I discovered I had left my wallet at a self-check counter, I was already four hours away. The store manager shipped it to me via FedEx and refused payment; all contents were in it. Great to know there are still good, caring people in the world!
As today 01.28.24 the IHOP restaurant is not longer available, you'll see the blue IHOP sign still on. So be prepared to be disappointed when you get here. Other than that this location has the sane amenities food and drinks and huge parking lot.
Three ladies were standing behind the food counter and didn’t help anyone who didn’t want food in a timely manner. They let people who didn’t want food cut in line while we had to wait to even be acknowledged, I didn’t even want food but had to wait... One lady wasn’t even helping people and just standing around. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here if your not getting food. It looked clean and had adequate trailer parking which is the ONLY reason they got 2 stars.
I have frequented this location since before the remodel. I have seen some employees come and go and I must say I have no complaints. I was surprised to see the various reviews. However I understand everyone has different expectations and might legitimately come in at a bad moment. I have always seen everyone diligently working. Trash emptied, bathrooms cleaned, the cashier's always speak and are welcoming. I appreciate the hospitality and being there when I needed you when I first met Flying J and even now as I stop in for whatever reason. You deserve every bit of each star!
The store is always clean and organized. The cashier's are friendly and helpful. They sell a wide variety of food and drinks. Gas prices are always lower than Pilot. A+
We had a great visit and a very friendly waitress during our visit. I’m the food was delicious and we actually didn’t expect such a good meal when we stopped here. Bathrooms were clean and all the tables were clean during our visit. What more can you ask for... oh yeah, the price was right too.
It's not often you get a Flying J with an IHOP... Not today either, apparently. They have the sign up next to the Flying J sign that signas from the highway, but until you go inside, you don't realize you wasted time stopping by. As a trucker, you hope for a decent meal after traveling all day, but at least there's regular Ole Gas Station food. Seriously, at least take the sign down. It's messed up. I had an hour left on my clock that I could have worked to get to another place with or near real food, but after the post trip inspection and letting my dog out to walk, that wasted any time I had left. Update: 5 months later, they're still advertising an IHOP and don't have one.
I wanted to give a shout out to the people of this truck stop. We had a pickup broke down on interstate 20 Friday morning. We are from the Savannah area and had no way to get it back to Savannah that morning. We had the truck towed there and was allowed to leave it till Sunday, when we could get a trailer to pick it up. Thank You again!! for being so nice to a traveler in distress.
