Good stop. Use credit card then scan loves barcode for ten cents off per gallon. Easy to get in and out with trailer. Good bathrooms, soda machine and windshield cleaning stuff
Not according to the slogan. The traffic here is mayhem. Poorly designed lot for a Loves with this amount of traffic. Lots of truck drivers leaving and not fueling due to wait time and over capacity of trucks. Good leadership understands when it’s time to expand. Keep up with customer demand and enlarge your lot, and get those showers cleaned properly
The creative parking by truck drivers is insane. It’s hard to navigate the lot during the night to get to the fuel island. So many morons parked everywhere illegally. Corporate should force this store to nip the illegal parking in the bud. Make them move, or call local PD to ticket them and then leave. Make your city some money and help out the drivers that aren’t mental.
Worlds busiest truck stop & the smallest truck parking lot. Absolutely a nightmare to park here overnight. Pumps are busy 24/7 and theres always a line out the entrance. Showers are okay not the cleanest but they do. Only stay here if you have to plus side you get a show for truckers that cant back up
Bathroom break and time for second coffee. Like most Love's, this one is right off the highway and easily accessible. There are separate entrances for cars and trucks but you still need to be on the lookout and give those trucks a wide berth. Inside, mostly clean restrooms with some paper that had missed the trash can but otherwise good. Coffee was ready to go and I got a large cup with a few ice cubes and a few little packets of creamer. Quick and easy to pay for it and get back out onto the road.
I owned a fleet of trucks and outside of the dealer Loves in Emerson has been my trusted one stop Truck repair and preventive maintenance. After 6yrs that relationship has come to an end. I have paid with business checks for over 20k in repairs in 6yrs of doing business and yesterday I waited over 40 mins as if my check was untrustworthy!!!! I paid with a business debit card from the Sam account. I know it will cost more time and money going to the dealer but the way I was treated yesterday will be well worth it.every staff member look me in the face and said they never took a business check from me even after I signed the n my account to show proof!!!! I wish you guys well but I’m officially out from ever doing business there again
I had an amazing experience visiting this truck stop. The regional manager was there and they were nice enough to let us drop our trailer and go over and see the Etowah Indian mounts. This was on my Bucket list. A total W0W experience !!! Magical Thank you so much As for Love's for a very busy place, the staff runs this place very efficient, every single one of them. From the girl that cleaned the bathroom to the coffee ladies & the cashiers, And the a nice gentlemen that offered to help me take my garbage out because my freezer took a kerplunk. The only problem is the A-holes sitting in the Fuel island causing a traffic jam all day long.
Great travel stop, all the traveling stop needs and friendly service.
A messy older Loves Travel Stop. Inside The store it is a messy small not inviting environment. Personnel and staff seems to be very busy, but it is so crowded that you hardly can move around. Hardly any parking spots for cars outside, and the wait before you can check out at the cashier is longer than 10 minutes. The only interesting thing that I saw is a self check out Booth. I am still giving three stars because the equipment and food section is updated and fully stocked. When I visited at this location there were everywhere empty boxes on the ground and people could not just walk normally through the isles. This was at 6 o’clock Prime time and in my opinion should be all cleared for the crowd to come in. The bathrooms were very very dirty.
Way too crowded, yikes. And drivers here drive like they have ants in their pants. Also, there was a tanker driver parked very dangerously, so other drivers going to the fuels isles have to carefully navigate around him, which I see no drivers out here driving carefully. I said something about it to a guy at the fuel desk. Told him that someone should go out and tell that tanker to move outta of there before someone goes flying around him and goes crunch.
Love's Travel Stop The first time I came here, it was a long trip from Michigan and I was tired. Got some gas here and slept. Good place to stop because we had 24 hr Subway, Mc Donald's, and bathroom. Nice store too if necessary. Highly Recommended
Just wanted to say that I received the greatest customer service at mechanic shop from Devin. Had a airline snap while turning around to get in a semi spot. Wheels locked up on trailer, I was blocking loves traffic, Devin came out and helped with a quick fix to get me in the spot and out the way. Didn’t charge a cent or want food for his help. Really went above and beyond to help fast. Thankful for great people like that at this loves. Getting airline fixed here soon by these guys. Thanks again Devin
I am not sure which one I answering for because I hit every Love's truck stop just about from Columbia down to Savannah Georgia but the one right outside of Atlanta before you get to Macon right there by the pilot truck stop is definitely not RV friendly. For anyone with an RV do not plan on sleeping there overnight that's probably not know room very little room to get around and once you get your gas also go down the road just a little ways and you'll find a rest area.
Not too bad, not great either. Attitude from the woman at the driver counter, when she felt like going to the counter. 45 minute wait for a shower with only 1 guy in front of me. Decent sized parking for a loves. Mechanic and tire shop. Dirty dirty dirty restrooms, boxes stacked in the isles, but overall a potentially good looking building. Feel like it could be a great stop if the people who work here actually wanted to be here. The women at the other counter were very helpful. Had to wait a long time to get parked because the fuel lane comes out in the very narrow parking lane by the building.
Great stop in the way to the lake. Gas is always cheaper than have to stop neat Atl
