The only trash cans are at the store, none on the lot. The water taps at the fuel pumps don’t have hoses—good luck filling your radiator reservoir or laundry bucket. The bathrooms aren’t terrible but they could use more attention especially during peak times. I’ll attempt to avoid taking another 34 hour reset here if it isn’t too inconvenient to find another place
November 6, 2022- Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but the did have a baby changing station and handicap accessible bathrooms. Water was cold from the faucet to wash hands and no touch faucets were available. Lots of snacks and drinks available to choose from both hot and cold. Gas prices are as of most recent date above. Atm available. Lots of pumps.
The line for the women’s restroom was very long so they opened up access to the shower rooms. I was in and out in a flash, and the restroom was so clean. We are traveling 14 hours (without stops) so that kindness and expeditious stop meant everything. Thank you!
Very Professional, Superb Courtesy, Great Atmosphere. The manager is 5 ? ? ? ? ? Stars A+ ! We need more Travel Centers operated like this one Thanks Miss Park for all you do!. This is my favorite Love's Travel Center of all.
If you could think of the bare minimum a Loves station could do, it would be this location right now. It looks like they are in the middle of some kind of renovation but there’s nothing stating that they are. The workers seem friendly enough. I replaced the soap insert in the bathroom because it was just sitting on the counter with both dispensers being empty. I thought maybe it was a key issue, but you just press the bottom and slide the new one in, so it seemed like blatant laziness. Subway seemed short staffed there was a decent line and the workers were in zero rush. They are decently stocked on snack items but I’m shocked at the level of presentation this Loves lacked. Two stars only because it was decently stocked with food.
As always, clean restrooms at this Love's. They are renovating, so there is dust and wires, but all the important things are there.
I use the exit 29 Loves on a regular basis. I appreciate the money being spent on the remodel but the building remodel doesn’t affect the receipt printers at the pump. I pay at the pump and expect to get my receipt at the pump. I have asked on numerous stops if they could put receipt paper in the pump. Today’s excuse by the girl sitting on her butt behind the register was, we are being remodeled. I don’t see the pumps being remodeled. Maybe the district manager should pay a visit or maybe he or she is too busy sitting in a chair behind a desk.
Still renovating, not among the cleanest showers. Parking lot get filled up early in the evening. Creative parking overnight sometimes makes it a little nightmare to get out of there in the morning. They need to remake the parking lines in front of the garage.
They are not cleaning the showers properly in between customers floors not swept, someone else tissue behind toilet, long brown hair on sink wet & dry, trash not dump before me, wet foot prints in the shower, & first loves I been to that gives out white face cloths…. Good luck on your renovations hope things improves
Old and musty smell from the showers. It's definitely time for a renovation. Door doesn't even open correctly. The handle is like hanging off of the door, I had to kick it open after entering the code. Come on.
Not a good branch at all, outside mess restrooms, soft drinks machine not working and more
Place is a dump. Sally the mgr is 2 faced. Noir vehicle broke down she told us where to park and said it can’t be towed unless she called. And didn’t this lady call the next day to have it towed after we left our phone number and contact info. Well knowing there were issues and it was going to be brought to a garage and fixed the next day. When I came in to confront nobody had answers or wanted to own up to the issue. Nobody cared - bunch of idiots!!!!!!!
I travel back and forth from Florida to North Carolina a lot, and outside of buccees, these are the cleanest bathrooms and they have the nicest staff on 95.
An employee walked in on me while showering then cursed me out for not having the door locked. I would avoid this truck stop for the many other options on the same or next exits. Especially if "Sy" is working the showers.
Showers are dingy, moldy, rusty. Loose fixtures no trash can. Save your shower points to go up the road. This store isn’t worth your money.
