Gas station itself is nice. Easy to navigate to and out of to get back on the highway. They have a small dog park with two "sections". Just enough room to let your dog off leash and potty/stretch. However, it's clear that not everyone who uses it is a responsible pet owner as there are multiple piles of dog poo left around. So you have to watch your step and keep your dogs from interacting with it. It would be 5 stars if the dog "park" was kept clean.

Worst place for Air Pass service. Staff present but don't want to service Trucker with Air Pass service. Either Tire Air service on Fuel bays are not on working condition. Customer service says on request for Air Pass service bu shop outside to wait for couple of hours to be called. At that time, all workshops were empty. Bad bad and worse customer service and management at this Loves location in GA.

Love's Truck Stop has earned its spot on my list of favorite pit stops! The facilities were clean, the atmosphere was bustling yet welcoming, and the staff was friendly. Great stop on my long trip. They had a lot of pumps and a fenced in dog area which was sooooo great for my pups! The bathroom was big and had a lot of stalls but not the most clean. Also the inside store had a lot of options and a hot food spot

Cashier was new and long line at main registers but they have good deals with shop towels. Fresh food wasnt so fresh:/ short wait at diesel pumps. Better than nearby truck stops.

July 4, 2022- bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and there were no toilet seat covers in the restroom. Warm water to wash your hands though. Most snacks and drinks available as well as tobacco products. Atm and lottery kiosk available. Hot food items also fresh fruit and coffee. Food options available connected to the store. Gas prices are as of most recent date

Easy entry & exit. Trash overflowing in multiple cans in the lot & some blowing throughout. Maintenance is 24hrs. They have bobtail parking in front of the fuel island. Laundry Room services are $2.50 each & does accept credit cards for payment. Subway is 24hrs, but the rest (Chester's & Godfathers Pizza) is not. Two guys inside the store, and two guys outside soliciting CDs & t-shirts. I was approached four different times by four different guys. 2 of them didn't really hassle me, but the other 2 was straight up harassing me. I was even on my cell the entire time & was still disrespected & it was to the point that I was afraid to let them know which truck I was walking to. Very upset to have this happen, especially at a Love's. I need to go back inside the store, but I'm afraid that I'm going to get harassed if I do. If I come again, will they still be here?! I'm going to do my best to avoid.

Great, Pretty Large, Clean Well Stocked Macon, Ga. Location. Any Kind Of Food & Drink You Could Want Or Need. Also, There Is A Subway & A Chester's Chicken. Quite A Few Fuel Lanes For Trucks, W/Alot Of Praking. Showers & Clean Restrooms Too! Employees Are Just As Friendly As Can Be, Helpful & Very ProfessionalStop In, Take A Break & See For Yourself.

Whoever cleans the men's room has the bad habit of storing their cleaning supplies on the baby changing table. Seen this twice over 2 months, so this seems to be a policy or habit. Unacceptable. Otherwise, this is a great, clean stop..

I usually stop here for fuel and keep it moving and it's usually pretty good. It fills up early due to Amazon, tyson, tractor supply warehouses right off the exit. I basically did 24hrs here and took a shower which was awesome, but the laundry was a joke. They have 2 washers and 4 dryers!!! Like I'm no rocket scientist, but that's just dumb. The only 2 washers were out of order, truly unacceptable loves.

This location always has issues with their showers. Reason why is because no one wants to clean the showers they only have one lady and when poor lady takes a break the shower system collapses to 1-2 wait. I waited for 1 hr and still had 7 people ahead .. i had to leave our time also matter…. And It’s sad because there’s plenty of girls attending the counter but I guess they are all managers because no one cares . Defenetly wont stop here even to fuel up. And i would stop here at least twice a week . Drivers BEWARE.
