This is a solid Loves stop, that finds itself across the street from a giant Buccees. Was easy to get to off 75 but the right turn out of the only way can get a little crowded with the tractor trailers using it too. We found good fresh food options, and a moderately clean bathroom. Usual selection of drinks but I swear way more jerky than normal. Rollers and coffee were pretty well stocked. Even though it was the afternoon there were still plenty of sandwiches and breakfast burritos too cold and hot. There is some grass to walk your dog. Overall a good place to get some gas and a snack especially if you don't want to deal with the Beaver crowds here.
I just wanna s/o to Tyler at Love's Truck Stop was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me unlock the shower doors so I could retrieve my EarPods. His assistance was prompt, friendly, and made my day so much better with getting me my property. I highly recommend Tyler for his exceptional customer service! Also Nick in the repair shop at Love's Truck Stop deserves a huge shout-out! He fixed my mud flap with such skill and speed, I was back on the road in no time. Fantastic service!
They were very friendly here. The bathrooms were clean. Bucee’s is across the street and has more options, but it is so much busier than here if you’re just getting fuel and a quick drink. Plus, if you have a Loves rewards card and scan it at the pump, it is 5 cents cheaper than Bucee’s fuel.
Easy access. Very clean. Friendly employees. Well stocked. Wide fuel area. Burger King and Subway on location (didn’t visit those).
Exceptionally clean facility. An outstanding organizational team. Team work here is the best I’ve ever seen at any Loves stop nation wide. It almost makes me want to work here just bc of the team dynamics. Thank you store 320 for doing what you do every day!! the kind & humble Truck drivers appreciate you!
I am a huge fan of Love's. This location was a bit disappointing. The people there were great... maybe some of the better service that I have come to take for granted with Loves. Had to dock some stars because of the traffic problem and the showers. This place had a 5-7 minute wait to navigate around to the diesel pumps most all day. Busy yes, but it seems like a poor design for parking and fuel navigation. The worst part of my visit was the showers. A year and a half ago, most places had $12 showers...now $17!!! Also, the water was off and on pressure wise and temperature wise. Kinda disappointing...
Loves you need to teach your employees basic math skills. Employees that are 50years old should know basic math. If not please don't let them handle your money. Bad business decisions. Customer service is your front line make sure its the best.
Lane came prompt with Great road service. Helped in the middle of the night and made the breakdown pleasurable. A special thinks to the night time guys.
My experience at Love's Gas Station was beyond disappointing, largely due to the incompetence and dismissive attitude of both the black woman cashier and the manager named Toss. Despite presenting my barcode for a promised discount, the cashier couldn't apply it properly, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. After multiple failed attempts, the cashier's only response was a nonchalant suggestion to try again. When I escalated the issue to Toss, hoping for a resolution, I was met with indifference and even rudeness. Toss seemed more concerned with deflecting blame onto the cashier than addressing the issue at hand. Her dismissive attitude and lack of customer care were evident when she callously said “there is buc-ee’s other side of the road Good Bye” suggesting to take my business elsewhere. The lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by both the cashier and the manager was appalling. I will never be returning to Love's Gas Station and would advise others to avoid it as well.
Big, spacious stops with a clean and well-maintained restroom. I would recommend to check their fresh bar, which offer fresh fruit
Since we were just looking for good gas prices, we opted to skip Bucee's on our return trip today. Not quite as chaotic as across the street and gas was the same price. Ended up using the restroom, which was clean. They have the vacant/occupied locks, which make it easier to avoid and embarrassing situation. And they had hand sanitizer right in the stall. Overall, it was a little quicker getting back on the road.
My husband works for Love's, and they are an absolutely amazing company. They treat their employees just like family. They are incredibly understanding and work with you to help you and your family. The mechanics shop manager Matt Jarrod and the store manager Scott are both incredibly nice and have exceptional customer service skills. I'm very happy my husband is a part of this wonderful community.
Drivers should avoid this place at all costs. Literally one of the WORST Love's truck stops you'll ever visit. If you're a truck driver you better be prepared to wait on the road or at the stop light. This place is literally designed backwards. Absolutely piss poor layout and planning.
This is an awesome place, from Mechanic Alex who got me in when the place was packed, to the store staff that was helpful, friendly and kept that coffee area well stocked. They even were great to my dog. Will make this a regular stop on this ATL run.
This truck stop has got to be one of the worst in the country. It’s a new loves but clearly training hasn’t gone very well. No organization and if you’re not parked in an actual parking spot they will call a tow truck on you. Most ridiculous loves I’ve been too in a while
