There's a good size store. It's very clean, well maintained and stocked. ? Food There is a single roller grill, a small hot food case. There are also some sandwiches and food items for the microwave. They have an Arby's inside which is a far better option for food. ? Restroom The restroom is clean and well maintained. ? Shower The shower was clean and had lots of hot water with good water pressure. ?️ Parking It's a small lot and maneuvering is tight.

Facilities were clean, friendly staff, restrooms had a wait in line but it was a busy time of day. The driveways need to be marked better. The truck entrance and the cars entrance both need signs. It's the 2nd drive for cars.

Outstanding customer service! My husband and I run Team and we've had a rough week. We're tired, hungry and need fuel. The ladies running the registers and the people running Arby's were so kind, attentive and helpful. We really felt appreciated and supported as Truck Drivers. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! ?❤️

The place is clean, there's water and paper towels at the fuel Island! Inside fabulous friendly helpful staff. They always have creamer that I love to put in my coffee they're never out. I really like this place thank you ladies! You're the frosting on the cake!❤️

Conveniently located, fairly clean, and safe. Good coffee and beverages. Decent customer service. It even has a fast car charging station, but the cost is way too much at about .50/per minute! Most fast charge stations are between .29 - .39 cents...even in ATL area. I will take my chances at the crowded Electrify America at Walmart next time.

The pilot has stepped up their game since the last time I've been in there. Everything is stocked, the food looked pretty damn good for gas station food, and the restrooms... where clean as a whistle and smelled like peaches! All of this is surprising to me with it being an older travel stop in cordele, in fact I do believe it's one of the oldest ones in cordele (travel station not just gas station)

It really hurt my feelings that I came in on Christmas morning after spending the night in your parking lot due to making an almost 28 hour round trip to attempt to see my family after being in the navy for 4 years, just recently being discharged and seeing the employees saying merry Christmas to everyone, being so kind and sweet, but when you saw me, with my military cut still growing out (I’m a girl) no one wanted to say a word to me and maybe that would of made my whole trip after not being able to see my family but instead I just stayed in the parking lot for another hour and watched everyone go in and out smiling and getting greeted so kindly. The way someone looks doesn’t judge character.

Very nice staff very helpful. Clean restrooms with enough stalls for the amount of traffic that flows through. Has an Arbys connected where you can get food. Store was stocked with a variety of hot and cold items. Self serve check out options for no contact options. Reps do not wear masks. Masks are recommended but not required.

I have to say this Pilot Center is great! My daughter was coming back from a school field trip and she left her bag there with her important belongings and the General Manager Tracy was super helpful in returning to us her bag. I really appreciate the help and I still believe in the honesty of human kind. Thank you TRACY your amazing!!

Pretty clean store! Stocked well. Plenty of pumps. ⛽️ Attendants were welcoming and spoke loud and clearly with smiles upon our entry. ?

Friendly staff and always a clean store. Of all the pilot/flying j stores yall have the best pizza. All the others make it the same as the others and their dough is always raw and nasty. I'd suggest the pilot flying j franchise took a note from yall.

This place is pretty good I don't know why the reviews of some of the people have had their experiences mine actually was actually pretty good service was really nice very attentive bathroom for nice clean meat that is a must place is organized and clean especially a food stand area and overall experience is good now the way the diesel pumps are set is not that bad all I wish is a big sign entrance that says truck entrance also wish the parking lot was bigger but the location of the place is impeccable it has a Golden Corral Denny's couple of motels on the sides and Arby's McDonald's overall great place to come here and do a long stay definitely are recommended. Just remember that the entrance is after the diesel pumps on the left

Best bathroom yet. When you are needing to use handicapped stall becz of motorcycle accident, you really appreciate little touches such as a place to put phone or grandchild if they are with you. Cleanliness goes a long way as well in that wet floors and paper towels on floors are scary. Congratulations to this Pilot for excellence above and beyond as well as customer service. They assisted with knowledge in purchasing a phone holder so I no longer have to pick up my spouses phone after the 6th time. ??

The store and the bathroom were clean but the ready made foods looked terrible. The worst part was the 2 employees in that area "working" didn't do anything about it. We love Pilot but will probably skip this one from now on.
