Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

This truck stop was not only clean but it smelled wonderful! The manager was so pleasant and greeted us as we entered! We Could actually use the restroom and eat without feeling dirty! Thank you Pilot! Top tier!
This is one of the more family truck stops in the area it has food choices and is easy to get in and out of. There is a Wendy’s and a Dairy Queen inside. Plenty of pumps to use for gas and diesel in the back. Near to the interstate so a quick stop and refuel the vehicle and family with food and coffee. A lot of trucks on this exit due to the travel centers. But not a traffic congested area. This store is open 24 hours and is clean. Gas here is cheaper or normal in the state of Georgia. Good place to stop for all your travel needs and family friendly safe store
This is a quick and easy stop right off the highway. They have 10 regular pumps and while busy during the day, it is normal to low traffic at night. Bathrooms are clea . Staff were pleasant and friendly. They have a Dairy Queen and Wendy's at this location, but I did not visit either. Convenient, new, and clean.
This Pilot is cleaner than most. Fuel lanes were clear, all pumps operational, friendly staff..... And the people in the Wendy's were pumping out the food quickly to hungry drivers! All went well.
Dirty bathrooms and when I was going to leave they knocked on the door of the truck and an employee almost broke it, telling me to move and I only filled the diesel tank and went to the bathroom and also woke up my partner who was sleeping. It's disrespectful. The first time in 3 years that happens to me, they should take training on how to talk to a client It's called Rosetta You know, Rosetta treats your customers better and with respect.
Shower number 4 in this location. I have to say definitely very dirty, we truckdrivers pay $17 and experience this dirt, this is unacceptable. And not only here, but at almost all Pilot points throughout the United States. Twice my toe got infected in these dirty places. The video and the photos speak for themselves!! The floor and walls full of grease!!?
The management is passive aggressive with his customers. I put my things down and walked out. I will not be back. I NEVER have this kind of horrible customer service experience at Loves. Do yourself a favor and keep on truckin!
They have 2 dedicated RV lanes, although they don't have Pay At the Pump, in those lanes. There isn't any dedicated RV parking up front, I ended up, having to work my way around back and park in the truck parking area, which was a challenge to get in and out of because of the way the truck pumps are situated it creates a very congested area getting to the truck parking. They have a DQ, Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts so lots of choices for food.
Poor set of business ( Wendy's ) to have attached to you they can't even do their job to keep drive thru open. They are just the McDonald's right next door. Lazy and rude
Under new management Nothing has changed, the current remodeling is just a new coat of paint. There is still a good amount of parking and people still dont park in the lines. Fueling is a bit of a wraparound but generally either here or loves (next door) is cheapest. Inside there is always a wait, doesn't matter if its Wendy's or the fuel desk. Showers are usually decent without much of a wait. Getting out os a pain as you will have to wait for everyone else to pass
I didnt go inside but there is plenty of parking you dont have to pay for which is nice. Parking lot is pretty clean as Well
To be fair I only used the laundry facility inside the store. But it sure could use a cleaning and an outlet would of been useful.
When asked if they had any sausage burritos (bacon burritos are the red label to the left in pic) their answer was "No, the truck hasn't come yet." As a business owner, if this is their entire stock and the excuse is the truck hasn't come yet... Their manager needs some training in ordering product.
I don't understand what happened to people anymore! It's as if they have lost their mind's. And pilot allowing dogs in there stores around food how nasty is that! I'm a dog person yet there's no way they belong in a place we're food is served! And anyone can buy a service dog collar. Have we become so soft we forgot the values and principles this great country was founded on! I expect this from loves never though pilot would allow such nastiness!
Eveything was good until I walked in the shower and found shtt stain in the toilet which was easily gone with one flush. Would’ve gave 5 stars if it wasnt for that
