Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

Points and rewards cards it's beyond me I had filled up in Cleveland Tennessee with fuel and needed a shower. I really just woke up. Travis was at the helm of the register and could not figure out. I guess my phone number didn't work so I gave him the card I had used the day before I thought I did at cleveland, they took my information for sure. I should've had a shower on there. We conversed about it. It shows several of my names I said it's the one all the way to the right the ordeal took about 10 minutes they could not figure it out, but we were able to get me in contact with corporate and solve the issue to get the shower, Tiffany , let me in the right direction. Thanks Travis for trying to help. Sabrina was moving around checking on the store she was involved. I was explaining to her how much these employees that these truckstops have to deal with. It's unreal. I really appreciate you guys.
If you want self service Dunkin Donuts, this is the place to be. I put together an iced coffee that tastes like I went through the drive through!! They had a donut case as well. The employees all seemed to be in good spirits and made a point to welcome everyone that came through the door. They had fruit, lil grab and go snacks/ wraps, hot plates, & pizza. They also had self checkout with someone there to help you. Didn’t use the loo, but overall this is a place I’ll stop again!
July 4,2022-Bathroom was not clean and not many stalls so there was a line. Urine all on the floor and toilet seats. No seat covers. Didn’t stay in store long just long enough to use the restroom. Hot food items available within connected fast food stores. Snacks and cold drinks available. Atm available.
I applied for a job here, and spoke with Amber. Be warned, she is completely unprofessional. She complained about her body hurting her during the interview, was very vague about openings and available shifts, and was completely discourteous during whole conversation. She never smiled nor seemed interested in conducting the interview. I would not recommend working or applying at the Madison Hwy Valdosta, Ga location. The other workers are not welcoming, nor greet you with enthusiasm. It's always the same monotone, "Welcome to Pilot." This is a toxic work location for people who enjoy a welcoming workplace. Don't waste your time, there is a better job out there.
I couldn’t help but notice that all the positive reviews got a response and none of the negative reviews didn’t get one , so I will ad 5 stars to see where this goes , I give only one star for clean showers, the negative many drop trailers in the free spots giving drivers the only option to pay for reserved. I gave my concerns to one of the employees and my response was total disrespect and rudeness. I was denied contact information to corporate and was told corporate won’t do anything about it.. if that’s the case I’m taking my checkbook and my trucks over to there competition January 1st .. I’m done with pilot !!!
Clean bathrooms, everything stocked - even coffee cups and coffee creamers :) Gas pump worked fine and gave the discount with no troubles.
Couldn’t get the pump to work after swiping the card, went in to ask for help because the button we needed to push was messed up. Girl working the self check outs nastily told me there were signs on every pump that you had to come in. I said there is not one in ours and again more nastiness from her. Including a pic of our pump. Please tell me where this sign is maybe I’m blind. The other pumps did not have signs either. Won’t be stopping here again.
This entire building smells of urine. The multiple employees are in no hurry to wait on you or to clean up. I travel for work and this one of the most disgusting public restrooms but especially a pilot restroom I've ever had the misfortune of having to use. Next time I'll try the pilot right across the way with a subway. When a customer makes notice of unsatisfactory practices excuses are not what they are looking for.
I visit today 3.26.23 everything was 'Very Clean' in the ladies restrooms. ?The only thing I dont like to see is my favorite soup like cherry srup broken the rest are Very Clean that is the important point.
Fuel lines are down bathrooms are dirty employees are really sick and tired of saying welcome to pilot every single time someone comes through the door. Just knock it off already nobody cares about the stupid catchphrase you copied from loves. It was annoying over there it's just as annoying over here.
50% pay to park 30% dropped trailers taking up spots. 20% free parking so realistically 5 open spots available what a joke
Pilot is Awesome! Super friendly, free ice (not bagged) @ the soda fountain whether you purchase gas or not! Always clean. Bathrooms as well. Really cool door "pedal " at the bottom of the in/on door for hands free opening!!!! Ample amount of pumps. Always my choice when on a road trip ?♀️?
This place has everything that you need to get your job done as a professional truck driver. And everything else you need to make sure that you have a wonderful day. Hot showers to cold drinks. Candy bars to Full Subway Sandwiches. Keep up the great work and thanks for your help in keeping America rolling.
This trucker parked in a no parking spot with the most ratchet sounding idle i have ever heard. All night non stop rattling. Manager is non existent i guess.
Careful at the pump of their ADDITIONAL credit hold to your charge. I charged 56.81 in fuel at the pump. I noticed another 151 charge on my account. I called my credit card company and they charge an extra amount as a "credit hold". This will apparently go away, but why do it? Never seen it before. If I only had 200 credit limit no more charges until they remove this? Very suspicious in my opinion!
