Parking is a trap! You pull in on the east side and you go straight to the backside of the fuel pumps and cant turn around because slack jaw steering wheel holders park along the backside curb and the scale has two barriers on the exit. Shower was great, good food too. Managed to snatch a parking spot for a few hours but wow, just a cluster fack with parking. Also theres a truck on the end that's been hit and apparently been here for 3 plus months. Other review already showed a picture of it. I'll add one too. Just amazing.

This is not only a busy location but their fuel lanes don’t flow steady and their pumps are always glitching with a ton of issues everyday and all day. The food deli is not fresh and it’s passed the discarding time and never gets tossed out until the end of shift. The General Manager and other manager’s are unprofessional, unethical, and it’s a toxic environment for the workers. No security overnight to prevent truckers from blocking fuel lanes and prime parking. Not enough staff overnight’s. The GM bullying his good workers in front of customers and staff. It’s dictatorship at this location and no leadership. Prices are too high in price, especially the food! Not a good pilot to work at or be serviced by!! Poor management skills

Place is a mess, it's all paid parking but the lot is small and so busy it takes 10 minutes just to park. Cell service is terrible and the location is pretty small so good luck getting parking if you're coming in late. If you're gonna pay for parking the place should be clean, well maintained and preferably secured. There's no gate, no fence, trash all over and poorly designed plus it's just too small. The only way they get away with the price and quality of location is because there is no other parking in the area.

This truck parking area is a Circus. Area beyond fuel pumps is blocked with caution tape without regard for how much room is required to turn left out of pumps avoiding trucks next to you. Reserved parking areas are often blocked with trucks parked outside of lanes across restricting the path out of parking spaces. Bathrooms are filthy and toilet seats not attached securely. Showers are clean but wait is long. Store attendants are friendly and helpful. McDonalds on-site.

July 23, 2022- Bathrooms were not clean, there were no seat covers. There was a baby changing station but the bathroom only had 3 stalls. There are several pumps and space for trucks. There is a built in McDonalds. Lots of drink choices and snacks. Adult beverages are available as well as tobacco products. Gas prices are as of date of review. Cashiers were really nice. Cappuccino machine was broken. There are two ATM machines and a lotto machine.

Never no parking and need a bigger parking lot. To many bobtail in parking spots.They need to park up at the front taking up space. Raggedy broken trucks in parking spot like it’s a junkyard.

I haven't been Here in a few years, and I stopped in today. This place has really went down hill! The parking lot is disgusting trash everywhere. The picture is just a small example of the parking lot.

Absolutely I appreciate them because sometimes u buy parking let is say for 2 nights u going to deliver around there 2 or 3 miles there is no parking most of the area so u have to buy before one day these guys they will give u your parking any time u show up I love them most of the flying j and pilots they wouldn’t they will tell we can’t walk up any body at this time and u don’t have u came already u mess up I hope flying j and pilots have to change something for that . I really appreciate this store I buy many times and I still get my spot thank u all the staff.

The place was clean enough and the employees were polite and kind. All I wanted was my receipt from the gas pump, since it wasn’t available at the pump. An employee had to show me how to get it from the self-serve kiosk, which took the two of us three tries. I also had to insert my credit card again in the store to actually claim the receipt. This seems really odd and cumbersome to me. It also showed me that they had a list of all of the times I have used this credit card for gas with them in recent months. I guess that’s helpful if you need to print out older receipts? Otherwise, strangely creepy. Pilot, can we make getting a receipt from your pump a little bit less cumbersome?

If you are going to spend a reset advise NOT to do it here. Showers were old, parking lot is crowded, and there is no good cell signal. So no internet unless you want to sit inside on the McDonald’s wi-fi or pay for Pilot wi-fi.

When you pay for a spot to park, you should not have to park halfway across the world from the store and the paid truck parking is at the back of the lot and the truck is leaning on a hill while the unpaid spots are on flat ground doesn't seem right. Drop trailers and unattended vehicles at this location should not be allowed it is too busy of an area.

Another nasty Pilot location. It seems most trucking location are messed up here down in south. I paid almost $60 for 3 nights to park here. Then most trucks parking any ways and any where they want causing a mayhem in the lot. Most of them speeding thru the tight parking spot as it was the main road. My truck was almost hit by a Schneider truck all most hiding my side mirror. Trash bins are over bulking and some of them are knocked down by trucks. This low class truck drivers, don’t deserve anything better any way. No wonder trucking industry is getting so bad.

This truckstop is a joke and is horribly designed they need to expand the parking lot because it’s a damn circus

Shower was clean … people was nice …. Need fuel pumps fixed and the parking is out of control… they need someone looking over parking… got dumpsters taking up prime parking and trucks blocking other drivers from getting out

Really Pilot???? All the money you take in and you let it get this bad? I was fortunate and got a free parking spot. Then it got bad, all the lights at pumps that work, maybe 4 of 8, went dark, not to mention the entire parking lot. There are trucks now parking in front of me. I really feel for the employees that try to keep upbeat. Won't last.
