Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

Shower was perfectly good. Low stars is the fact there are 4 wheelers parked in the truck lot. It would be real easy to contract with a local tow company to come through once or twice a day and remove any cars in the truck area. If you really want to warn them first maybe a large sticker that says "not a truck". When I say sticker I am being polite about it.
Parking is horrible, but if you reserve a spot, they will go out and run the free loaders off. Unless they decide to pay for it. The McDonald's is a different story. It's filthy in the lobby and completely understaffed. Takes forever to get your food and the fries ? are trash ?️. The only thing really edible was the filet of fish ? sandwich ? that I ordered.
If someone don't speak up the problem would never get fixed and you know I'm livid if I'm going to sit here and take out my time to leave a review. No one really just walks into a establishment and leave a review. They either had a very good experience or a very horrible one. Please talk to this night shift as a whole. I don't like to do any name calling because I feel like that will get someone written up or fired that's not what I'm trying to do. Everyone needs there job that's why they are there. On the other hand if you don't like your job, for some reason. Just quit. Maybe you not feeling it or going through something at the time out side work. Well Learn how to separate the two from home and work. I have been coming to this pilot since 2017 this pilot and the employees always go above and beyond! Except for this particular morning 1/31/24. Its 4:00, 4:30 in the morning and nobody wants to print emails they whispering to each other then said they don't have access to the computer/printer I asked can you use the one in the back they said no wait on management at 7am. They are the only ones who has access to that. WOW PILOT! I couldn't get extra towels and rags for my shower. Mind you when I went back to take my shower no one was there I look for someone, but in the midst of looking for someone I come across the laundry room towers and rags stacked up no washer and dryer is going but her excuse was all the towels and rags are in the towels and rags are in the washer at the moment not knowing that I have already seen what I saw in the back. I just said okay and walked off because I didn't want confrontation. The unprofessionalism before I walk out overhearing that one of the registers are short a little and it's not their fault. No customer should hear what the company has you should always wait till a customer is gone before you have serious conversations about the company and what's going on within.
I wish I hadn't spent the time and energy reserving a parking spot this afternoon. By the time my husband and I pulled in tonight (about 9:30), all the reserve parking spots were taken. I went inside to see about getting a spot opened for us, but that was a joke. The young lady behind the counter simply said she would refund our money. I wasn't given a choice. She stated (twice) that she didn't have anyone to go out and make people move. Instead, she simply pointed me in the direction of a parking lot we could go to instead.... I've had issues with non-paying truckers park in reserved parking at other Pilots, but they've always rounded up someone to open up occupied paid parking. This particular stop didn't seem to care, and made no apologies about the situation. Won't be back to this one again.
This pilot has a limited Parking and it fills up pretty quick by 4 pm parking is full. Clean showers, fresh coffee, and subway and McDonald's is attached to the store and their service is quick. ?
It was about 1:45pm, 03/05/2024 I asked the lady working over there that I need to purchase a cigarette and I gave to her my ID which is my commercial driver license; she told me that my license is invalid which is not true However I figured out that she had personal issues I would suggest that kind of people they should not work for you guys because as we are truck drivers the truck stop is our groceries that we need to have a good customer service Thanks
This store is shameful. The amount of garbage throughout the entire property is disgusting. If you park your truck here be sure to check your parking space for nails, pallet wood with nails, bolts and shards of metal before backing in because you’ll likely get a flat tire. It’s almost impossible to walk your dog or yourself!! Unless you go out to the very front of the property you’ll only find unmaintained landscape filled with trash. It seems they keep what’s visible from the street just barely maintained. This property is unsafe and needs immediate attention.
Planned my trip, my parking reservation was paid at 2:00 pm. 10894516. Arrived at the parking lot at 9:45 pm. There are no vacancies, there are Bobtails in the places for the reserve, when asked to give me a place, they offered to return the money for the work they did not do. I refused. I took a tag and a check, got on the pump 24, glued the tag on the windshield and got into sleeper mode. a worker came, took a photo of the trailer, truck and left. Have a good rest everyone.
Pulling into this parking feels like leaving the United States. People are parked permanently and living here! Parking is impossible when there are CARS parked in the spots for trucks. This gentleman has been living here for over two months and no one will do anything about it.
If I had read the reviews of this place I wouldn't even have bothered stopping here. It's an absolute sh!tshow trying to find a parking spot even after paying $17 for a reserved spot... Reserved parking is cramped and free parking is tied up with locals who decide to park their cars there to hold spots for themselves. I've been to a lot of places and this one by far has been my absolute least favorite. Luckily enough one of the freeloaders in the reserved spots left so i was able to jump in there for the night but it's ridiculous. I can't speak too much for the staff or anything else yet but just the initial impression doesn't have me hopeful.
This is a solid truck stop in an area that has hotels right across the street. The gas is reasonably priced and there are multiple fast food options. The bathrooms aren't terribly large considering how busy the stop is but they are clean which goes a very long way. You won't feel unsafe passing out in your car overnight, but be prepared for significant trucker noise!
!!!ATTENTION!!! Inadequate staff call POLICE to kick you out!!! INHUMAN BEHAVIOR AND ATTITUDE!!! Busy truck stop with no available spots, we parked on free space by the forest, didn't bother anyone, did not block the road. This guy knocked and shouted at us to get out and park along the street!!! He walked around the parking lot and kicked out everyone who tried to stop for a rest as best he could. Unfortunately, truck drivers are not always lucky enough to find a place to sleep. And in a situation where you no longer have time to drive, you are tired and want to sleep - you are kicked out into the street and the police are called. It would be better if you dude took care of cleaning showers - you would be more useful! On top of that the two shower doors were locked and you didn't even have the keys to open them! A queue gathered and the lady who cleans did not even try to speed up!
Dirty. Parking is always full. They do not enforce reserved parking so don't even waste your time. They'll refund you but your still stuck looking for parking.
I don’t see the reason for negative reviews for this location, yeah its busy at this place but customer service was great and i was treated very well.
4 of the fuel lines don't work Lot lady running around calling police on drivers. Wth... ? Might be more important to make sure we all can fuel up...one of the worst pilots I've had to use!!
If you are a truck driver, don't pay for a $15 spot. You can park anywhere you want to and they won't do a damn thing! This is what I saw after I paid for a legal parking spot. Don't waste your money , just cram your self in!!! It's all good!
Don't bother to reserve parking here, they don't enforce it, and if you say something about it inside, they give you an attitude, but yet you have employees who refuse to go out and make anybody move, they flat out refuse. If you dont want to do your job, you need to quit.
Self explanatory anywhere in Georgia service is bad because of the local population don’t care when they work
Mostly paid parking. Shower room vent is blowing cold air the reason I use lots of hot water to get the shower room very warm before I shower for a longer time in a truck stop like this that blows cold air inside their shower rooms!
Rude and snarky staff, unattended restrooms, the shower cleaning staff can't get the right towels in, park where ever you wish. This place could really use an overhaul on customer service.
Customer service very friendly and helpful. Only 3 stars because parking lot is a mess. Personal vehicles park on commercial lots, and triple parking. Be aware if you stop for 10 hours break and try to leave at night. You maybe stock between the trucks. Some drivers have no respect today.
