Im so pissed off if I could give them zero stars I would. I’ll just attribute the lack of professionalism and ignoring what I instructed to get done as laziness. I asked the mechanic to put two new steers on do a front end alignment and weigh and balance. They put two 725 steers on didn’t weigh and balance and didn’t do an alignment. I’ll be damned if another TA touched my truck.

I couldn't help but noticed Ralph over by the dumpster getting ready to throw a whole load of trash bags trash away. I was getting air and had to walk about 150 to 200' to get to him. He saw me immediately as I headed towards him I could see him looking at me and studying me lol. As soon as I walked over and started grabbing some of the trash bags to help him throw it away, I said "if I catch anybody throwing trash out at your truckstops Later as I was leaving, I called him at his golf cart, learned that he had served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. I said what was your MOS he gave me the proper MOS, which was a truck driver lol what a amazing person he has worked all his life he said I asked him what did you do. I had to hand him $20 and thank him for hislife he has led to this date. What would Paul Harvey say about this guy probably some of the greatest things this generation has done for our country and is still doing thank you Ralph. Love you brother God bless America.

3 toilets in bathrooms (recently mopped), very small bathrooms, credit card machine at the pumps are broken so you have to go inside. They only have 87 unleaded.

Mary the service advisor is horrible and needs to be fired. I pulled in at 10 am told ill be seen in 1 1/2 hours didn't get pulled into the bay until 4:14 pm. She lied to myself and my company on when that time would be. When asked her response was "I have to give yall some kind of time". Whatever that meant. The technicians on the other hand are total opposite. Polite and professional. Mary if you dont like your job quit. Thanks techs for your great service.

By far, worst ta I've ever parked at. Besides the pictured trash, which was over flowing when I got here ten hours ago, I had to wait for an employee to finish her conversation before I could get a drink, I went into the bathroom when I got here yesterday and the toilet seat was dirty. Went into a different stall. I go in this morning and said seat was still dirty. Top it all off, I inform cashier my coffee would be free if the kiosk was working. No care in the world, still paid for it. I hope I never return.

The Popeyes was able to get an entire battalion of army soldiers their food in under 30 minutes, and thanked each of them for their service. Phenomenal job by the employees working, they all deserve a raise.

Warning do not stop here for any shop work. Just wanted a oil change. They tell me at 2100 will be able to get me in at midnight. Well it is now 0500 and called well sorry still can’t get you in until about 0800. Unless you plan on burning your entire clock to get something done here stay away.

I won't be back here any more in my life. My Vehicle used to drive perfectly before stopped by for some gas. My car had the engine light came up with very weight noise, the car was shaking, count not drive up to 50mph. Stopped by O'Reilly scanned and gave me the P219A code, he told me that the problem came from the low gas quality...

The drivers are waiting for you, the showers are free, they just want to clean a little and put a clean towel on you. The employees sit idly, three people at the counter, they don't do anything, they crossed their arms and hardly give an answer, I wouldn't suggest you to rest here, just get fuel and run away.

Horrible, 15 minute wait for gas, then card reader didn't work (pay first). Bathroom smelled like urine and was filthy!

There is a huge sinkhole when you pull out of the parking lot, the bathroom smells like a venereal disease, and they only had one grade of gas. This place sucks!

The shop mechanic Dakota is the best very helpful and kind hearted guy

Really good service. Brought me coffee. Took me to get something to eat. And Jimmy Blanton even took me to the hotel. Jimmy Blanton service is very elcent. Nice person
