Dirtiest showers I’ve been in for a long time! Doo doo marks in the toilet from the last person in there, floors not swept/mopped, counter not wiped down, hair and dirt built up throughout the bathroom. Very little water pressure and just warm water. So much for the clean places and smiling faces….

Nice employees at this location, clean restrooms and showers, there is also a Arby’s at this truck stop as well.

My wallet was stolen from inside their game room. They wouldn't look at the cameras. They wouldn't tell me anything going on. The police department took forever to get out there and still hasn't gotten back to me. The one of the employees told me that they came seen who it was recognized the person and left and is unwilling to do anything about it. There was $320, My I d, my credit cards and the key to my house on a keychain. That was attached to my wallet. So I haven't been able to lock my house and someone got into my house while I was at work and stole a bunch of stuff so now it's cost me over $2000 because of loves and the police department there in Leroy unwilling to help me out and take care of business. When the guy went in the slots room. Behind me saw the wallet. Grabed it and walk out right on camera. Then I went right back in there and it was gone and I saw who did it. I don't know who did it, but I saw the guy with a brown coat. They're unwilling to reimburse me or even try to get my stuff back or help me in any way the employees and managers have treated it like it's a joke and that it's Some kind of entertainment to be amused by very unprofessional place all the way around.

Needed all my batteries replaced and they got me in and out in a hurry! They also helped me out with a charger when my phone went dead. I can't say enough about how polite, helpful, and professional these guys are. One of the best Loves I have ever been to. Kudos to Konnor, Mattison, Adrian.

Clean business with good selection staffed by friendly staff.

Below standard tiny little showers. Shower head leaks, blown light bulb inside shower, empty soap inside shower. You can see the staff dont care

It’s pretty clean, the restrooms are easy to find it, when you get in you will see the sign on your left. Also you can find fresh breakfast with a good coffee, the staff are pretty professional, so I recommend it to stop.

It’s getting 3 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I would’ve gave it 2 stars but the customer service is what earned them the third star. The fuel islands are absolutely disgusting ? almost every single island garbage can is overflowing and there’s garbage bags sitting next to them then there’s garbage just literally laying on the ground blowing everywhere. Even garbage near the entrance to the store on the ground. The inside of the store was clean and stocked and their soda fountain machine actually worked properly. The women’s restroom was dirty the sink area the floors didn’t look like it been wiped up for hours. When we got there, it wasn’t busy. Not sure why they don’t have enough staff to maintain this small loves.

4-7-24 Stopped here on our way to the eclipse 4 minute totality area in Albion. Nice clean store with plenty of food and drink options. Friendly staff! Fair gas prices. Will stop again when back through this way.

We love Loves. One of the cleanest Love's we ran across on our Oregon to Ohio road trip. The dog park was huge and well maintained

Clean store, friendly employees, and I was even reminded that Jesus loves me, but they need to fix the bean to cup coffee machine that has the Columbian coffee in it!! It's been down at least 3 weeks!!

They have THE BEST French vanilla cappuccino machines! I stop there at least 5 times a year! I love LOVES!

After purchasing fuel and starting to drive away, I encountered a warning light and audible beep for parking brake not set. I pulled around to the service center and spole with Mattison who referred me to John, a service technician. John informed me that there is a recall for a sesor that can cause this. He had me pull into the sevice bay so he could verify. He found that the issue was that the driver's door was not closing properly. Lubricating the hinges solved the issue. Everyone that I spoke with (Mattison, John, Dustin and Todd) were all very polite, friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this Love's Truck Care facility!

Decent Love’s fuel station, and about on par with most stations. The staff were helpful and polite, and the bathrooms where clean and in good condition when I arrived. Also the drink bar and hotdog bar were clean and in good condition. Easy access to the fuel station from the highway and equally easy to get back on the highway from its parking lot.

17 dollars for a dirty shower and low water pressure luke warm water. Assistant manager did not care brushed it off. Has to be in the top 20 worst loves. But I got the over priced shower that I needed

I have been reporting this truck stop for 3 years now for having a none working wifi. No response, no effort to fix it from the provider. PILOT HERE I COME.

Clean showers, friendly staff. There was plenty of room to park my RV overnight during a rainstorm. I asked inside and they were more than welcoming and pointed me out a couple of different places that I could park.

Loves is our preferred choice for bathroom stops on road-trips. The bathrooms here were not as clean as we’ve seen at other locations. Still acceptable, but noticeably different.
