This is such a wonderful pit stop if you are out and about in this area! The bathrooms are fancy which is not something you would normally say about a gas station. I would 100% recommend stopping here if you need gas, food, bathroom or even a souvenir. While I was waiting there was a man pressure washing who stopped what he was doing to check the air pressure in a lady's car who was traveling with her young son. I thought that it was a very kind thing for him to do.

Great place to stop if you're traveling. The store is clean and the washrooms are nearly pristine. Love the feedback terminal that allows you to rate the cleanliness of the washroom. There's a large selection of snacks and drinks as well as other travel fare.

A few ladies and I used the women’s bathroom as an employee was finishing up cleaning around 9:30pm this evening. The employee was incredibly rude, looked at me disgusted then sprayed air freshener over the area I had just used and slammed the bottle back into her carrier. I left the space clean. I’m so embarrassed and I’ll never stop at this gas station ever again. **Go across the street to any of the other gas stations where they’re far more friendly.

I give the store one star because they continue to put restaurants in their locations that are not open 24 hours. Truck drivers don’t stop when the sun goes down. If you’re going to be at a 24 hour truckstop then the restaurant needs to be open 24 hours.

The truck stop is great - staff is friendly. If you are a trucker however, find another place to get your service. I called to get two steers replaced. They told me it was one unit ahead getting a PM. After he was done and re-coupling I walk over to see another truck in the bay. I watch him leave. I walked in to see what the holdup was (at 1hr35mins). They say there’s another truck ahead of me which I saw pull in the lot about 45 minutes after me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - they will do it for you.

CLEAN RESTROOMS!!! This place is a gem! Very clean inside and out! Everyone we encountered was friendly. They have a great selection of snacks, electronic accessories, and other odds and ends. There’s a Hardee’s attached which was also very clean with friendly people! A great stop!

It's actually not that bad of a truck stop only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of the lack of truck parking.

I was having trouble walking because of back issues and the employees there got a chair with wheels from their office and a female cashier pushed me to the bathroom, waited for me, then pushed me out to the vehicle I was riding in. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for these 2 employees cause they went beyond their job duties to help me. His name was Michael but I didn't catch the female cashier's name but they deserve recognition

DOT & pm oil/filter change at the shop. The man running the shop was also the cashier & did the work on my truck. Amazing! Positive attitude and very friendly. Later that night called to see if they had 18 wheeler parking at 9:27pm *which I already knew would be slim to none. The friendly cashier told me she would go run out & look! So rare to find a motivated worker! I'm super happy with all of the workers here. Thank you so much for an amazing team!

This station didn't show up on my I exit app. It must be a new station. Very clean, healthy food choices, showers, video game room coming soon, Hardees inside, and baby changing station with a working strap. There is also a dog park here. We don't have a dog, but I thought it was cool.

I’m here now and it’s the cleanest most respectful place I’ve walked into especially in this town. I Came for the Hardee’s Restaurant and omg it’s a day too remember the workers are the cleanest most nicest I’ve seen in a long time. The atmosphere was clean and I actually sat down to eat here which I never would do at a truck stop. Shout out to this location. Id give them a thousand stars if I could. ?

Washers and dryers dos not work with card keep saying low balance i know i got money on my card

Me and my daughter took the dog's to the dog park at the love's I went inside to get the dog's water came back out was going to go back in where my daughter was with the dog's.. look down what do I see A ? rat. I told one of mechanic's walking back to the garage he said I know like he knew it was a problem.. so I called inside he said I will tell the general manager... where there is one there is more I told him.. they carry diseases and rabies.

Stayed overnight in our RV in Decatur IL...it was super quiet..the store was immaculately clean and the staff was very friendly! They even have an RV dump station!! 10 stars!! Great job!! Highly recommended!!
