Parking is between you and God past 5pm. Seems like there’s more bobtail parking spaces than tractor-trailer. Get creative. Mechanics will literally BANG on your sleeper come morning if you’re not in an actual parking space. Clean showers though

Ok, How do I start this one…. First of all, I go in, nobody on the fuel desk, nobody at the counter (cash register). Then suddenly out of nowhere a weird looking green hair Gamzette shows up. Can I get a shower? Sure. Let me see your code, show it to me, tap the screen etc. And ok i get it. You have a new POLICY to follow and got cought abusing the system of Loves. Now put that aside, when I asked that Gamzette girl if she follows all other policy like she does this one, she says yes of course. Then i asked her how about all these bobtails parked all over the car spots and all these trucks along the curb on a fire lane, she says thats not your business. Then out of nowhere a friend of theirs (not employed by Loves) starts going in my face confronting me. Dear Loves, Get your stuff together on this location, Clear up the mess. When i asked one of the Bobtail drivers if its ok to park there, he says just go see that green haired at the register and slide her $10 and you’re good. Seriously Loves? And you gonna turn me back for a hot shower after a full shift of driving at 4 am, for using my BROTHER’S account, which BTW fuels with you like more than 5000 gallons a month…..come on. Unfortunately for you, Neither me or my brother or everybody in our company will ever step a foot in this chain ever again. We are a 4 truck company plus 25 owner operated trucks. Fantastic new Love’s with tons of parking and cool things inside. The bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The collection of nick-nacks was epic. Loved the lighting on all of the snacks. Don’t pass this one up for a break from the road.

Clean store, friendly staff and the manager Brad I believe was his name went above and beyond to send A Mother’s day card for us personally after his shift. We are truck drivers and can’t access the post office. Thank you!!

This appears to be a fairly new Loves but it is poorly maintained all around. The loves and chester crew were friendly and professional, no complaints there but I spent my 34 here and every single time the bathrooms were dirty. Even though they had 4 workers at the register. Long wait for the showers in the evening because the same guy at the register is the same guy cleaning the showers, WHY? Fuel island with trash around the trash can and i don't mean one or two bags but several bags. Then there's the shop where my bad experience started. Arrived at 2 pm and they didn't finish replacing two tires until 10:30 at night. 4 1/2 hrs waiting to get in and 4 hrs to replace the 2 tires. In the meantime their mechanics spent more time outside than working. I wouldn't stop here unless I didn't have a choice so come at your own risk. ***On the pictures you can see all the trash cans in black and they're all overflowing with trash.

Come here daily to pick up nearby, night staff is the best! Always clean, however, parking at night is something else. Great place tho!

Update: That went sour quickly. The grounds are atrocious... difficult to find clean area to walk my dog. Cleanest dog park I've found yet Staff is very friendly Clean facility Clean showers Sometimes the grounds are more trash-ridden than I care for but that's usually on the weekends so I'm sure staff just hasn't gotten to cleanup yet

I came in for a melted taillight and the place was packed with other repairs. I spoke with Steven and he was very professional. He had excellent communication with letting me know ETAs on repairs even though they were busy.

Facilities are nice and clean. Like the restaurant and shop ?? Except the dog park is just mud or dust! Is big two separate areas but still just mud and dust can’t take your doggies there..

Had a hole in my air line and I checked in at the repair place to fix it! The manager was the worst he bragged about making people wait for certain amounts of time before being serviced so they would have to pay more money for the service! I think it is sad and very concerning to hear someone intentionally try to get money out of people!

Black lady working overnight is rude with bad attitude, she refused to check out me and another driver, she yelled at us and walk away. I left the items. Loves truck stop is one of the best truck in the states but this one the worst. This lady should be fired. She doesn’t know customer service. No customer no business.

Just purchased a shower with soap still in the shower, toilet not clean, cloth hanger on the floor behind the door...I pray none of us drivers get sick and catch Sars because the only thing any of these loves ❤️ are doing is using dirty towels left from last guest and drying the floors and making the showers ? available with new sets of towels

General manager and operation manager are both very nice and work hard ! Their staff throughout all the rest of the places are young and just don’t care about anything and not very helpful at all ! They empty the dumpsters and walk right by all of the trash scattered everywhere in my 19 years of driving this is probably the trashiest loves I have ever seen ! Trucks going through the parking lot at 30-40 mph almost running people over and almost hitting other trucks ( I know this isn’t loves fault ) but there has to be something that can be done about it to slow everyone down. Talking to a cashier (she was very nice) and she stated that accidents on this parking lot aren’t a uncommon thing! ?‍♂️ I won’t ever stop here again

This location is awesome near by industries, I been there for oil change and they said waiting hours one and half hours, they called me pulling bay one and then I was waited another hour on porch of entry no one didn’t come to me to explain why I waited so long, I mean it is hard to service all customers same time , but I advised them to talk customer to explain for the announcement of the work!

The place is nice but waiting 3 hrs for a oil change and I was the first one there/signed in is ridiculous. Be sure they put everything back in place after an oil change. I got to my delivery then realized something leaking from under the truck. They forgot to screw back on the oil cap. Also it seems like they don’t care to work. ?‍♂️?‍♂️ Lord give these men a better work ethic..
