Clean restrooms, good customer service, pumps working is greatly improved due to of Management change. Thanks Sean! Drivers truly appreciate the improvement ?

Kevin's customer service is out of this world, he held the door open for me as I entered, he came to check if everything was OK while I was making coffee, he was actually talking to us while we cashed out. Great personality. The store was very clean and organized also. This has been 1 of the best Pilots I visited.

I spent 2 days sitting at location waiting for instructions for next load. I went inside to shop and visit the ladies' room. The staff were all very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They strived to take care of the customers as they greeted them with warm welcomes. The restroom was cleaned throughout the day due to someone urinating on the floor, on the commode, and throwing tissue after wiping their butt onto the floor. The housekeeper is a very proud worker and did not hesitate when he was asked to clean the restroom again. This store was clean and organized. It is so wonderful when you treat people the way you want to be treated.

You Can’t park in a regular parking if you are bobtail else they gonna tow your truck. Ok, I get it. You want to help those drivers with trailers but what about us? If you are bobtail you gotta pay for bobtail because most of it reserved parking. What is that? Thank you Pilot for thinking about us! Now I’m going to avoid buying from these place any fuel or food in the future!

This is absolutely one of the worst places. It can’t be a corporate store. Literally have to wait 3/4 hours for a shower bcus no one cleans the open showers unless someone asked them is it someone cleaning them. My terminal is a few miles from this place so I’m here at least twice a week and it’s the same every time. It seem like during the evening hours there’s no supervisor or manager on duty. You shouldn’t have to ask someone are they gonna clean the showers. As I sit here right now, I’ve been waiting over 2hrs for a shower with ONLY 4 people ahead of me. I go inside to see what’s the hold up and there’s 2 out of the 4 showers just waiting to be cleaned. I go to the counter where there’s 3 employees just standing behind 1 register talking doing nothing.There’s another employee just conversing with a driver all giggling giggling doing nothing. Some guy walking in & out from the back DOING NOTHING all the while other drivers coming inside to see what’s going on and why the showers aren’t being cleaned when there’s like 5/6 employees in the store and nobody’s attempting to clean the showers. If you do luck up and get a shower without waiting for hours, the water is almost NEVER hot.

This is on the list of “worst truck stops”. Got in around 8pm and thought I was going to get some pj fresh. The food looked dry and old far from fresh. The breakfast also looks terrible and they only offer eggs m bacon. The bathrooms are not clean and the truck lot is overflowing with trash. I waited almost 3 hours for a shower because no one was cleaning them. Pj fresh is not 24 hr food is out by 8pm. Fire current manager and please hire a new one A.S.A.P

Very upset with pilothey gotta get new managers. I was driving on a highway. I got off to get some gas and go my tank up. Want some fand I Is a was reasting For a little bit the manager came to the door of my God and tell me I was on private property. I couldn't sit there. They will call the cops but all sem trucks can park there and sleep I was on the road for 8 and a 1/2. No problem with love speedway never ever I travel a lot back to Is fourth Is in my Suv

Bobtail heaven they take all the free spots but they have spot for them up front just for them and they still take the spots so no parking here after 3:30pm doesn’t matter the day..but place across the street is nice. This pilot and the one on Harlem ave. The worst pilots I ever went to because never no parking box trucks and bobtails

Unfriendly staff. Black guy, golf kart boss, doesn't hesitate to wake you up and say that you must move out from their TRUCKstop because your SEMI TRUCK doesn't have a trailer attached. Ridiculous.

I asked for something eat because last company left me broke. I hate asking for things I’ve always helped people in need. I go into the truck stop thinking they would have mercy and help with a meal. It’s hard in this industry right now. My Company spends millions of dollars in fuel and they can’t help a driver out with a 7 dollar meal? Morally bankrupt society we have in the US. Always hard to find a spot for truck&trailer, there’s a bobtail parking nearby the gas pump and creative spots. Food isn’t as fresh as PJ Fresh! Only 4 showers available and long wait times.

This for the truck stop management: I witnessed one of your employees at the parking lot getting harassed by one of the truck drivers, the driver called him every horrible things y9u can think of but pilot emoyee remained calm and profession. Hats off to your employee.

Very salow service for shower cleaning i booked the showe morng 4:30 and now 6 am i am stil waiting and funny thing is that 3 shower is free but this lady said wait wow no body care about drivers

Bald tanker driver (refilling diesel) at this pilot last night almost killed me. Then got angry at me for his negligence. I had to circle to find parking I was just passing by him, he wasn’t moving. All of a sudden he blares his horn. This was 1 am. His short temper is going to seriously hurt someone.

Tried to return a phone which was bought from another flying j. The manager said she needs to wait for general manager to do it because system wouldn’t allow her. I waited till the morning and the manager couldnt do anything because they said the barcode isn’t visible anymore on the phone and they can’t scan it. The lady even said its not the same cellphone that she scanned last night. Flying j is just a big disappointment

I have been waiting 2 hours for a shower it says I am next and Colton the employee here bumps someone in front of me because he missed his shower. So I can miss my shower que and just bump someone else out of line. Ridiculous he needs to go go the end of the line. No respect for truckers here

Nice new truck stop. Good for fueling. But it’s kinda small and tends to fill up early. There’s also some decent food and parking spots at the truck stop across the street. There’s the intermodal center nearby , so there’s a lot of 24/7 truck traffic here.

Probably some of the rudest people on earth work here. It's almost like you have to pass an "I have the worst attitude ever" test to even get hired. Another reason why Loves just in general, is superior.

I have to give this place five the volume of activity and all the retards trying to scam parking this place is top top of the the line they police the parking very well and for all those people complaining about showers being cleaned if all of you lowlifes would park like you're supposed to they wouldn't have to be outside moving people and they can work on the shower you just can't fix stupidbut once again five stars in my book for this place for what they have to put up with
