Clean restroom and just all around a great pilot. It has a subway inside for anyone that needs a bite.

This is one of the cleanest pilot's I've seen in my 14 years out here. The staff is very friendly they have a large parking lot and its in a good location for shopping. The hotels and restaurants in the area are truck friendly. The closest gym in 17 miles away, but it's a straight shot with no traffic...

Great place. Clean bathrooms, huge selection of food and drinks. They have subway and cinnamon onsite. They have Western Union , copy and scanning machines. They have microwaves. They also have grass for your dog to go to the bathroom.

My wife and I stopped by the Pilot Travel Center Subway Sandwich Shop for lunch. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. The service is very good. We'll be back.

Good gas prices for the area. Place is relatively clean and has a great selections of grab and go, hot food and a subway too. Sometimes the soda machines are out of order for certain ones. They have brewed coffee and bean to cup machines as well. But besides that is usually my go to for fill ups.

Store is nice and clean showers were clean laundry facilities worked great all around the store was pretty decent only issue I had is I was bobtail and stopped into shower and do laundry and didn't want to take a full truck spot so late at night not that there really was any so I parked on car side seems I was only going to be there 3 or so hours I went in took my shower put laundry in then my wife went in to take her shower and grab the laundry out the dry on the way out as I was sitting there waitting for her to get out a white car raced up into a spot a woman jumped out came over to me blonde hair shoulder length with glasses middle aged and started cussing me out sayingit was cars only no semis there is not one sign saying cars ONLY I tried saying I was just about to explain that I was just doing laundry and she cut me off had a major attitude told me I had to leave said she didn't care if there was not truck parking that I could go and park on the street ! I wouldn't have had a issue if she was polite and said they don't allow bobtails up there but she was completely rude and unprofessional ! Guess it's a tread with pilot guess that's a reason I go to love mostly now

Clean pilot, for once. Bit of a wait for a shower, but was worth it. Vapor locked pumps lost them a star. Subway and PJ Fresh are chow choices.

Very, Very clean showers and store. The employees are always friendly and very welcoming. The cool looking older gentleman with the gray hair and the tattoos at the front counter is just the best. From a trucker, thank you!!

Went in for the Cinnabon wasn’t open tho. But me and my boyfriend decided to get coffee, which was yummy, proceeded up to the cash register and was met by the sweetest lady! Didn’t catch her name but she definitely deserves some recognition. She was quick and even let my boyfriend know his coffee wasn’t closed! Then she drew a smile face on my coffee so we knew which one was which! Super sweet!

The lady Diana at subway was moving so slow if she moved any slower she would've been standing still. There's a line of 3 of us & I had to ask multiple pilot staff to get someone else to help old miss daisy Diana. Then. I unfortunately get Diana to start making my sandwiches & she's dragging her left arm in my bread!!! I didn't order a old miss daisy Diana left arm sandwich!!! It's disgusting. Unsanitary & UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Nice place, DO NOT LIKE THE SELF CHECKOUT! PEOPLE NEED JOBS, NOT COMPUTERS. The folks are friendly and helpful. This is right across from the Costco warehouse in Morris, Il

The shower was the only good thing about this stop. I paid $18 for a double cheeseburger that was so old and hard I couldn’t eat it, some dried crunchy wings, and a very small amount of fries that were just okay. The “PJ Fresh” hot foods were not out at 5pm on Saturday, nor were they out at Noon Sunday. I shall not return! After shopping, I landed at the TA next door, and that’s were I will be if I ever stop in Morris again.

Place is great but please drivers keep the parking lot clean, this is exactly why they don’t want us parking anywhere
