Rarely do I give a gas station 5 stars but TA Travel Center at 3AM is a 10 star experience. First gas prices are pretty good. The store is clean and orderly. They sell EVERYTHING under the sun. Bathrooms are clean. I had a blast chatting up the store worker. Stopped for gas but bought a good, warm winter vest for, like, $30. You don't need to stay awake until 3 AM to enjoy this place. I'm pretty sure it's great whenever.

One of my favorite stops, food choices galore! And have never had a problem finding a parking space.

Nice TA! Big, Clean & organized. Friendly personnel. Clean bathrooms. Cement lot. Snacks & goodies. Souvenirs. Clothing. Truck supplies. Also a Popeyes, Dunkin & sabarro pizza attached.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review much less for a truck stop. But I have to say this place was amazing, it was around 3am, I had an airbag leaking on one of my trucks and had good airbags on my truck that was broke down across town, long story. Anyway I had all the tools I needed except for one 3/4” deep well socket and a ratchet, we tried about 4 different places looking for the tool that night, we get to the TA and meet Mr Larry and he helps us so well with loaning us a tool and I was going to go across town to the other truck and swap bags real quick and bring the tool back, but Mr Larry’s service and attitude was so great we decided to just buy an air bag instead of going across town multiple times. There were no mechanics in house at 3am and the next nearest place to open wasn’t going to be opening until 7:30am and we needed to be at our destination by 7am. He hooked us up with a work bench to swap fittings to the new bag, teflon tape to seal the threads, and was the only person in the few places we’d gone to looking for tools to buy our use that was knowledgeable and helpful at 3am. Just a wonderful experience all around, even gave my daughter who was helping with the bag change in the middle of the night a hat to keep her ears warm. Thank you Mr Larry from one lifelong farmer to another.

There are lots and lots of gas pumps so you don't have to wait you can get in get gas and get out plus they have a really big Donut Bar iced coffee bar Krispy Kreme donuts and they have a big store full of just about anything you could want and big freezers and refrigerators so and also they do have fountain soda

03/16/2024 I find some defects in my head light and I was try changing for my self how I do do usually, but there was wrong something with wireless. I get appointment for fixing this in shop. There was work on my truck Young guy and he was so aggressive. For every my question he was answered so aggressive. I was waiting there almost 4 hours, he didn't find the problem what wrong with my light. Then he say I can't find what wrong with yor light and you good to go. When I checked around wires I see he didn't put back head light cup , I asked him why you didn't put back this, he say is does not metr just go out. And he's broked my fog light. I'm not recommending this place for anyone. But other mechanics was so friendly, just this yong guy was so aggressive.

12/22/23 this location is dirty. The counters need wiped and drink machines need to be torn down and cleaned. One pot of coffee was on/made. It didn't come out hot. The cashier must of been having an off day because she stated out total and that was it. If the amount had not come up on the screen I wouldn't of heard her.

Tammy the general manager is very unfair and fires people without telling them. She doesn’t have any sympathy for anyone’s family members in the hospital. She doesn’t deserve to be a manager. I’ve seen managers show a great deal of sympathy and she’s a horrible person to work for. She needs to do better!

A clean TA! Lots of different varieties of food and beverages. A great drive lounge, And clean restrooms

I usually stop here when I am in the area. I almost always find a place to park. Showers are nice and staff is usually friendly but we all have our bad days right. ?

One of the cleanest and well maintained truck stops I’ve been to. Shower is Very clean and stocked with several towels. Nice restaurant selection.

Plenty of parking workers are very nice and polite the restaurants are great specially the Italian restaurant a lot cleaner a lot more pressure looking than on any of the Ohio or Pennsylvania turnpike

I been here 3 times for service in my truck..... they are so friendly and good service.... fast fast service and back on the road fast.... highly recommend.... ??

This is a worst TA truck service that I have ever experienced could you believe it I have changed 2 Airbags in my truck and I got charged $850 which is unacceptable guys stay away from this place

I'll never come here for service again. I used the app to schedule a Premium service over an hour before arrival. Checked in after arrival and 1.5 hours later, over 2.5 hours total, and I'm STILL waiting because the mechanic on duty is more interested in whatever is in his cup. Seriously, he spent roughly 20-25 minutes drinking, refilling, mixing, stirring, and lord knows what else to that cup. I never got my service done. I'll take my business to someone who wants it. FYI, there is a Love's Speedco right next door.
