Store is little to small for a such a big truck stop, no drivers lounge or other option to seat or rest. Few table at the eating area and restaurant is available as well! Food at the restaurant is average and over priced for what they offer. Shovers are little outdated and need definitely some update. People are nice and lady manager was very nice and helpful.

Big Parking Lot and a great restaurant. What more can you ask for.. There's a huge TV room ? Showers and hot coffee and snacks. Only 4 stars because the place needs to replace the carpet going up to the professional drivers area

Nice travel plaza, it offers a lot. Gas, restaurant, showers, bathroom, lots of parking and convenient store. I was impressed by the cute fall decorations, making it feel homie. Very clean!

Shop guy Chance is a world class all-star! I had a real emergency and they did their best to not rake me over the coals. Got the work done quickly and efficiently. Would most definitely trust them to do anything they say they can do. Thank you again Mr Chance

This is a comfortable location to fill up before entering/leaving the hectic tri-cities. This truck stop is located just far enough to avoid the major traffic that you'll no doubt have to endure in the area anywhere east of here. Best of all, I personally appreciate the ample parking for a 20' U-haul towing a vehicle.

Clean & pet friendly! We are traveling with 3 dogs for Christmas this year and this place was so convenient! Great big fenced dog area away from cars with a tunnel for them to play on too! Multiple benches and very clean! Inside the TA gas station were 2 very friendly gals and very clean bathrooms! Very impressed! So much so when I told the ladies how much we appreciate the dog area for our 3 dogs, they gave me 6 milk bones for my pups! This was also around 1am so I definitely appreciated the staff being so friendly! Will stop here again! Thank you so much TA!!

Has 2 restaurants inside, food and staff was amazing! Laundry room is clean and plenty of washers and dryers. Plenty of parking. This is why I love TA! They had meals to buy, I got a pot roast dinner for later and pumpkin cheesecake to put in the freezer for Thanksgiving next week. Thank you !!! ?

R Diner (I think the name is right) has a fantastic breakfast burrito. Comes with a side, I chose hash browns, and I was really hungry, so I also ordered a side of biscuits and gravy. To clarify, I was there at dinner time. The burrito was larger than I was expecting, and so was the "side" of b&g. I couldn't finish it all (which is rare for me). So I can also say that the half burrito microwaves well and is plenty for breakfast the next morning. The food and a Pepsi came out to $19 and some change before tip. If you're doing laundry, the diner is a great spot to spend some time.

Literally my only complaint about this truckstop is that they have the heat blasting in the showers. So you’re already hot and dying before taking your shower. Saturday was fine as it was in the low 30’s high 20’s. Today it was 59, and they still had the heat blasting and I was miserable til I got out of there. Other than that, this TA probably has the best showers compared to otherTA’s. They’re spacious and there’s always hot water, as well as water pressure is good.

Nicole, Jake, & Brian in service got me in and done ✅ within a few hours for me to pick up my load. Changed coolant reservoir (was spraying out of cap-new cap and still leaking), and added heavy-duty air & electrical lines on back. The best part was they all had great attitudes. Priceless. Movie ? ? room is open. Comfortable chairs, quiet. Restaraunt opened at noon. By the time I was leaving, they had a long line waiting to come in. Very busy with locals. Great stop. Haven’t been here in years but will be back. Thanks.

I do like to dine at the B real restaurant and get there cheesecakes but the puppets and the toys they have it seems a bit creepy

Since 1989 i been happy to come to morris Illinois. RICKS PLACE. always clean, Great food in convenient store . Great food in Rick's place . Coffee always fresh. Good parking . Repair shop on-site. Big box stores you can walk to for sporting goods or hardware. The workers here always seem happy and eager to help

Package on sandwich had a sticker tag with one price and wouldn't honor it. This was a shift manager who rang me up. Do better TA .just terrible. Yours truly a too tired to argue trucker.

Worst experience ever!! On Wednesday before Xmas I happened to bump into the GM of the store Donna in the parking lot. She introduced herself and I asked her for a lil help because I was new to the store. She was extremely impatient and rude. And stormed off without helping me . Muttered several swear words and racial slurs. This is so unprofessional and not a good way to treat new customers. I will never visit that location again hopefully I will have better experience if I ever go to a different location

*****UPDATE***** I was disappointed when I got here and learned that the restaurant was closed. But, at least it's just temporary. Felt really bad for the people working because they were so short staffed. I have stop here several times over the years, and I never have any complaints. Huge parking area for truck drivers. Well lit at night. People are friendly and nice. Wide variety of food choices. Looking forward to stopping here again.

Clean showers, bathrooms and laundry room. They have a mini Casino, 24-hour restaurant and the usual coffee hot dog grab-and-go foods. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to stopping by again. :-)
