Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

Stopped in this morning 03/22/2024 at 0800. They had several people on staff for the day. However it seems that nobody was there to do their jobs. They offer hot foods like eggs, bacon, sausage, etc but for some reason nobody seems that offering and actually having the stuff are related. The only thing they had were their microwave sandwiches. They didn’t have any pizza or the home style meals that they advertise. The coffee station was disgusting the cold creamer was empty. And the manager was standing around not paying attention to the mess. Was very disappointed. I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat fast foods which because of the lack of caring of doing their jobs I don’t get to eat today. I drive truck so I can’t just pull in to most places and have to contend with what the truck stops have and am very frustrated when they don’t have the stuff they offer. I guess good workers are truly hard to get these days.
Give 5 star.one of the top gas station.washrooms are clean and got everything here.staff is also very nice.
Really nice new style store & showers, staff is cool will treat you nice. Wendy's, parking lit is a little tilted but ok.
This Pilot Flying J is a very nice place to stop. Excellent restrooms with baby changing stand. Great selection of snacks food and other items you might need. Also includes a Cinnabon. If I was in the neighborhood and needed gas or food this would definitely be a place I would consider stopping again. Gas prices are also very reasonable at this location
While the truck stop looks great the customer service was some of the worst ever. stopped in to grab lottery tickets for a holiday party. The total transaction took almost 20minutes and we were the only customers. They had 2 people behind the counter but one said he was only doing food, yet was just standing there on his phone. The other asked us to wait, helped another customer get items from the glass case and did their purchase ahead of ours. For the next gripe there was no sign stating lottery tickets could only be bought with cash, and nothing was said to us till we had everything rang in and as we swiped our card, guy was like "oh yeah, you'll have to get cash from the ATM for tickets." (i get some truck stops require cSh for lotto but normally you are told/warned up front, but not once you already tried paying). Would suggest to anyone that stops here do everything self service.
Very clean bathroom, clean showers, and friendly faces.
We went to get fuel for our Kia Sorento and both here and the Loves truck stop just an FYI to anyone right now we tried 3 pumps at Loves and 1 at here and both didn't work so we went across to the closed BP gas station and got gas and it worked fine
Apparently Julie doesn't make coffee or clean bathrooms here my husband and I asked her to make some fresh coffee because the machines were empty she told us no she's not making coffee to use the other machines honestly we don't like them because they don't get cleaned . A guy came and made the coffee with no problem he got a nice tip. Then I decided to take a shower waited over an hour for a shower and then had to clean it myself even tho I do do that anyway but she said she doesn't clean showers I trying to figure out what does she do all I saw her do walking around and going in the back to talk to someone else while this young man goes around cleaning making coffee and doing everything else around there. Maybe she was having a bad day but she's rude as hell and don't need to take it out on us drivers or anyone
Clean facility. Pleasant staff. Lots of parking for drivers. Overall good experience. Lots of good food choices too.
It's far superior to Loves down the road. The self checkouts are great and really speed things up. The pizza is good when it's fresh but often just sits around. There was a homeless man living outside for about 3 days. The Cinnabon and aunt Annie's pretzels Is not the quality I remember at all.
I know that nowadays it's hard to find good staff that cares. My rule about any food place is , If the front door looks filthy ,or not clean enough to put my hands on ? I don't buy anything.....
I can not complain on my visits to really any flying J nor pilot. Especially the ones with the pj fresh inside. 15 bucks for a pizza is not bad for the pizza they serve and fuel discount adds up.
Clean bathrooms they have a Wendy’s here to eat they have an Arby’s across the street they were really long road to walk Bella Bella still have to watch traffic but behind the fence there’s a field so that’s where were at now I’ll stop again
Came in for a shower and was told they shut down the showers because they don’t have enough people working. Took my diesel fill up elsewhere. Won’t be back.
Ain't real crazy about having to exit separate from entrance but at least it has red light to get back on main road. Employees were super friendly. Food was hot and fresh.
