9/2021 Experience was good. It wasn’t the best. No complaints really. The set up of the store seems off. All product is by the door but the cashiers are in the back. Restrooms were semi clean. There was a guy there cleaning up and making sure everything was good in the deli area. But he wasn’t really paying attention to the customers. Overall experience wasn’t bad. Just stopped to get diesel and shower. Some of the shelves were a little empty. Some areas did need a little attention. Other than that, I guess it was ok.

$25 for a shower?!? Much of the truck parking has been eliminated due to the road construction on the highway. All of the spots are now blind-side and trucks are parked along the curb in front of those spots. Bobtails everywhere! Make-a-spots parked everywhere. City truck stops are all pretty bad but this one takes the cake.

Great customer service the store was very clean and nicely arranged with self checkout available. The drivers room is large with a open table concept for eating. The showers are reasonably spacious with decent water pressure but the parking lot needs some attention for trash pickup

Ended up stopping here for the night and paid to park here guess that was mistake number 1 from there everything went down hill besides my shower. The shower was clean and had extremely hot water that's about the only good thing here but for $25 i would at least expect not to get a dollar store rag for a wash cloth. Was looking at what food selections they had and the man that was working the register felt the need to stand there and stare at me while I was trying figure out what I wanted for dinner so of course I made another mistake by going to Arby's after waiting about 10 minutes to order I was handed my cup for the drink I bought just to find out they are out of everything in the restaurant and on the truck stop side. I hate to say this but most of the pilot/flying j locations have really gone down hill. Bet I won't come back to this location again

It’s a big flying j . 10 Fuel pumps around 10 showers. Big driver lounge n washing area his bed and clean. They have arby’s for food.

Five stars is for the staff. I had a reserved spot and some dummy’s parked in reserved spots without paying. The staff ran them out and got my spot (and a few others) open. Great management and staff.

I'll know better next time. Parking is a joke. Generally a dirty place. Washers don't spin out the water and after putting $5.50 in the dryer my clothes still not dry. Cashiers are grumpy and unpleasant.

Store ? and everything with that is great but as far as parking and showers….. hurry up and wait. That’s all I got…. Oh and some pics ?

$25 for a shower that doesn't drain??? And then the cashier doesn't care-- no refund for a shower I couldn't take. I should've known when I saw the tide lines on the shower walls, but I didn't realize the issue until the water had ran for a minute and I was standing in ankle deep water. Thanks for the impromptu swim to the door and the rude customer service. Maybe get some employees that care about their customers, instead of caring about singing songs like "We don't give no refunds..." while I'm standing there with a soaking wet duffle bag. Posting a review on my company FB page so my fellow drivers can avoid this pit.

Let's just say I was not greeted when I walked in I had some lottery tickets that I needed to cash out to receive my cash Fallon was the cashier name. She was the lady behind the counter where she was very rude very racist very disrespectful. I spend a lot of money with pilots as far as food Diesel and DEF. Fallon her customer service was awful and disgusting and distasteful as an African-American I felt disrespected she needs more training with customers. If this is how Pilot is represented I will take my business elsewhere. She Need to be fired

No shower at night. Today is my 3 rd days the do reserved parking but not have space left. ThNk you. But I park Get good take care. Very nice staff .

Wow, What amenities! Anything you want to eat. Nice workers, but all Pilot- flying-J are customer friendly. Drive RV for disaster relief and feel safe at this one for overnight. I visit dozens a year for over 20 years now. Stressbusters Inc.

Easily one of the absolute worst flying J’s you’ll ever go to. This one ranks in the top five of all time worst trucks stops in the United States. You can’t make this up. Every time I come here, there’s some excuse as to why the showers are unavailable. Tonight the reason was “the water got turned off” Which is nonsense. The real reason is whoever was scheduled to come in and clean the showers, decided to stay home. I reserved a shower, went to it and entered my passcode number and this is what I saw.

Fraud alert! Be aware - a Pilot associate is accessing debit/credit card info from Pilot membership cards and trying to take money. My bank stopped the transaction, but check your accounts just to be sure.

The manager (male) just came beating on my truck waking me up saying I don't have a reservation!! I go to get the proof I paid for parking and he says you can't make a reservation now its too late! Like I just told this rude dude I was getting my proof. He looks at his list then says its not reserved then all of a sudden its there on the same page he was looking at! There are better ways to approach truck drivers when all the lights are off in their trucks! That was rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful! Besides this guy ruining my sleep the cashiers were super awesome earlier!
