Good selection of items, including fresh food. They have an attached Arby’s, a dog park, big selection of electronics. Unfortunately my kid said the men’s room wasn’t the cleanest. But they have a baby changing station in the men’s room which is great.
Great gas stop and convenience store. Plenty of gas pumps, beverage and food items. There’s an attached Arby’s. Clean restrooms.
Clean & stocked store, friendly personnel. Plenty of on-the-go foods, snacks & goodies, souvenirs & A Arby’s attached. Haven’t used showers yet, I’ll come back to update if needed. Bathrooms are so-so, they need to hand someone a mop & broom please, check on stalls more often. My husband is a long haul trucker so we’re in & out of truck stops daily & I gotta say that the last couple of months the loves truck stops bathrooms aren’t as clean as we’ve come to expect, but otherwise all was good!
The day we stopped, everything was clean. They had nice food options such as fresh fruit and hummus with veggies which we appreciated. The employees were friendly.
Nice loves travel center with plenty of parking a clean store with an arbys inside plus Nice clean showers
I had two trailer tires that needed replacing. I had called to check how long their wait time was and they said no wait. I asked if they had the tires I wanted, they said yes. Well when I got there they did not have the tires I wanted. So they needed to be brought down from Gary, IN, so I waited. I don't know what took the driver so long to get from Gary, but it took longer than it should have. So that's time lost for me, and I have a load I need to deliver. I have been a professional driver for 14 years, and I have been to many shops. Two trailer tires should take about 1.5 hours max, but somehow it took 4.5 hours! I don't know why, but it seems like Love's shops all across the country have issues being timely. You cannot take that long for two tires! Absolutely horrible shop to go to. I would have gone to the TA across the street if they didn't have a 3 hour wait time. Now I know why they did, because everyone avoids this Love's. I didn't even get a free shower for the loss of my time and I was late on my load. And, I almost forgot, they didn't even know you needed to match tread depth on a dual trailer tire, which if it wasn't noticed, would have eaten up my new tire in a matter of months. Love's, just quit doing shops if you can't service the driver's needs.
The travel stop itself is fine. Quick pumps, well stocked convenience store, relatively clean bathrooms. The Arbys connected to it is dismal, poorly run with extremely slow service.
I called them to tell them to change the brakes. told me it was 1 hour. I came. I waited 4 hours. no one changed my brakes. I ask you to be careful! if you call here and hear the name Anthony, don't believe a word of it!!!! he will only lie to you a hundred times so that you come to him, but not to anyone else. I'm worried about this manifestation because of them I have a problem with my unloading, they took my 04:00 hours, I despise this place and advise no one to go here. Thank you.
I don't know why I gave them a second chance after they royally screwed up my order so bad I had nothing in the bag that I could eat the last time I was here. But I did. That's my bad. One person who was mopping the floor went back to prepping bags of food without washing their hands and the other one went back to helping prep food after Gathering up trash without washing his hands. Gross He last time I was here they forgot part of my order completely and gave me a number 1 instead of a 2. Which would be fine, except I can't eat cheese. The other loves I stopped at once I noticed wouldn't bother to correct the mistake either. Screw loves in general and screw this Arby's in particular
This Love’s was having work done in the parking lot which made maneuvering through it more difficult but I was able to find a place to park for an hour while I ate lunch at Arby’s. It’s the first I’ve eaten at an Arby’s in many years. I ordered what I used to get, a beef and cheddar. It was as good as I remembered it but I also remembered later how beef effects my body. It was worth every bite though.
Nice price for gas and a lot of pumps. They have showers and big restrooms. Lots of snacks but pricey too. And truck parking for big rigs.
Wow nice dog park area. Benches, bags for pickup. This makes traveling with our pets so much easier. Kudos to Loves Travel Stop for adding these areas. We will always stop there for gas, lunch, rest stop for us and our pets. The staff was friendly and place was clean. Arby's is located there. With all the amenities we can get everything we need in one stop and get back to the road.
Our experience here was awesome! All the employees were very helpful, cheerful, and professional ?
Was 2nd on line for a shower, middle of the day, the personnel just played around doing their own business , been waiting more than 1 hour to get a shower
Shower was clean but the restroom is dirty with toilet paper on the floor in multiple stalls. It looked neglected
No showers no bathrooms trashed out parking lot there's a ta across the street
