Had to stop and get gas and use restroom. Restroom was clean and stocked. Store was organized and also well stocked. I was waiting to buy a pop and the employee came from the Subway to help. There are showers for truckers and a whole separate section for trucker gear/supplies. There is a Subway and a McDonald's connected to the store as well.

My company called in to have a trailer tire replaced here. Loves Shop said it would be an hour. When I get on site after they final check me in they say it will be two hours. Two hours later they estimate another two hours. To add insult to injury the guy named Antoine (Anthony) is making rude comments to customers. Their efficiency scores are very low…. Worst (lack of) tire service anywhere I’ve been in 4 years of driving a big rig. These guys are really poor performers.

This is the 4th Loves in a row that we stopped at and the propane was empty or they did not have someone certified to pump it. We even called first to confirm. Even the airpumps weren't working at 3 of them.

Never had a bad gas experience until this one. So you know how most gas stations gave rewards programs, and they typically ask you to input tour rewards info when you start? Yeah this one made it worse. They gave the option to skip, however the skip buttons wouldn't work (not meaning the button itself wouldn't work, but the buttons just wouldn't do anything). So if you find a way past this screen, it automatically declines the service. I tried 4 different times today across 3 different pumps before going inside and manually paying. But to be this aggressive about a rewards program, deliberately turning away transactions just because they don't have rewards. Yeah I wasn't the only one to want to leave. As I was finally filling up, I watched 2 regular customers and a trucker run into the same problem, and flat out just drive away..

Made a quick stop while traveling. Gas and restroom break. Typical loves, we love loves!!

Had a terrible experience at this location. When trying to get a shower the previous night, witnessed a manager threatening a customer with violence over an incident. Then the next day, I was sitting and minding my own business after purchasing a McDonalds meal and had the cops called on me and asked me to leave. I had done nothing wrong and was just sitting there on my phone texting. Absolutely humiliating. Never coming back here again, and it's an embarrassment to Loves.

Jay in the tire shop fixed an air leak that multiple loves could not fix correctly. He went the extra mile to make sure my truck was road worthy and legal. The entire crew is full of personality that makes me proud that I only use loves for my commercial vehicle needs.

Always a pleasure to stop at Love’s Travel stop! They have almost everything travelers need! Good gas prices! Quick detour! Plenty of parking spots! Great employees!

Loves sure has gone down hill fast! This is the 2nd Loves in a row with NO TRASH CANS for us drivers. So I had 4 bags of trash. I just left them on the grass. Guess they'll just mow over them like they obviously have been recently, as that whole back strip of grass was carpeted with mowed garbage. If Love's WANTS is to trash their parking lots, we must oblige.

It was clean inside and outside. Fuel island was clean. Pumps running good. Staff was friendly and helpful. 1 problem ? employee standing next to only door to enter smoking. She was standing between pillar and wall . If I wanted to smell like smoke I would go to a bar.

Charging extra for sweet and sour sauce. !!! I don’t use ketchup so instead I use sweet and sour just one. But now I have to pay extra for this on top prices soaring!! Guess it’s time to go somewhere else for a quick lunch! FYI manager couldn’t care less and really was too busy to even engage!

This store overcharged me $.90 more for a kind bar than the price on the shelf. And the store employee could care less. Do not shop here unless you do not care what the price is at the register. They feel that as long as there is a date on the tag, (in the smallest font possible) they can charge what they want. 4.5 months is plenty of time to change the price tag on the shelf. I will not be shopping at Love’s anymore. The restroom was dirty too.

Jessy was amazing! She got me in and out and helped explain exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend giving her a visit!

Why HAVE the light ON when McDonald’s is clearly closed. So ignorant of you all. Negative 5 stars for No common sense turn the light off if it’s not open.

Very clean Loves. Safe place to park off road for a while but I have it five stars for the bunny!

Allen in service department was awesome. Very knowledgeable and polite with a great sense of humor. He was running the operations by himself and handling everything well told him he deserves a bonus cause you see he really puts his dedication in his work. Please Love's give him a bonus he really deserves it. Will be back to this location to get work done when I'm in Indiana again! Thanks

It's a ok stop. Good for getting fuel and food. But not for over night stop. Every sign says 3 hour parking. Just be careful overnight

Was rudely woke up by a mechanic who said I was parked my road tractor in a spot I shouldn't be and told me to move or be towed. I went to another spot, and the next morning, another truck was parked where I was. They should enforce the rules for everyone, not just a few. Very rude mechanic. I will never stay there again.

This Love’s only allowed for two hours of customer parking. So, I walked the dogs in their dog park and ate a McDonald’s meal. Road construction made this Love’s a little difficult to get to but once you’re in it’s all good. This was a nice break from the road.
